They say pres 3 to be removed from their list, but how the hell am I supposed to do that if it a message left on my answering machine. I am NOT interested in lowering my interest rate or improving mny credit score. Quit calling me you douchebags!

I am on of the carriers that terminated this guys calls today. Sorry about that. Blocking it on our sonus.
After the initial blah, blah, blah, "press 3 to discontinue receiving offers" just doesn't seem to work AND I guess the "Do Not Call" list is just as much as SCAM as these calls are. I would classify these people as harrasement calls, wouldn't you? So, why isn't anyone putting these *^%&#$@ - ers out of business? This type of cat-and-mouse has been going on now for three + years. I'm with JStorm - Zero balance accounts just proves these guys are phishing and fraudulent. ENOUGH!!!!!

The call had to do something with lowering interest rates on credit cards.
Pacific Tel has called 4 times this month, from 4 different Phone Numbers.
Probably someone spoofing the Caller ID for Credit Card Scam.

Called at 1148, and again at 1150, this morning, from PACIFICTEL according to Caller ID. Left NO message. Had 2 this past Saturday that came up UNKNOWN on Caller ID, probably the same people.
Called but did not leave a message. Now on my call block list. No doubt they'll call again using a different phone number tomorrow. Sooo sick of these people.
received automated call stating nothing was wrong with my "account" but I urgently needed to return call to have my interest rates on my credit card lowered. Going to be a little difficult seeing as I don't have any CREDIT CARDS!!
