How do I stop them from calling?

I keep getting phone calls from this number, sometimes not just once a day... but 4 times a day, morning, afternoon, and nights. Sometimes they don't call for a week... one time I decided to answer my cell, without saying a word... and a lady answered in spanish "bueno" I hanged up on her. They can keep calling, and I can keep hanging up on them. Flip phone open, flip phone closed heheh.
