How do I stop them from calling?

I get 3 to 5 calls per week all robocalls, that will go to voicemail if I am not answering. I now pick up then immediately hang up. I have reported this to the do not call registry a number of times in the past few months
AZZHOLES, THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHOT SO THEY CANNOT GIVE ANYMORE PEOPLE MENTAL ILLNESS
They called yesterday 10/15/12 and today 10/16/12 but I didn't pick up and I am also on the Do Not Call List.
