I never pick up the phone when I don't recognize the number on my ID. Tracked down Level 3 Communications in Carrollton, Kentucky (they have a website); with much persistence, got to the fraud department and reported calls and the number.Man in fraud department was very nice, said he would work with his "resellers" to block my number from being called. Hope this works.

Robo call. Persistent callers impersonating Fraternal Order of Police. Asked for credit card number and personal identity information. Changes phone numbers to call all hours of the day and night. Complaints filed with state AG, FTC and FCC for criminal activity.
