JUST WENT ON MY BLOCKED NUMBER LIST :)
The caller left a message saying that he was from rms collection agency and gave a callback number of 866-509-8323. When I called that number I was able to speak with the same voice (small agency or huge coincidence). The gentleman told me that I owed some company I've never done business with $140.90
