How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

same as many...using a bogus name'opinion search' as caller i d and ask if i am so and so stay on the line and call this nuber etc.... rediculous...under tx law when i did have unsettled debt..it was 4 years and it was dropped or couldnt be sued...but the law changed..this IS the u s a and we still have ex post facto. and these numbnuts don't get that point !

They are calling under different names in an attempt to get you to answer. The names on the recording are not remotely recognizable. Don't Answer!!
Just got the call from 480-588-0743 on my cell. Some automated machine came on (which I beleive is illegal in FL) and said "If you are so ans so please press 1..." blah blah blah... I pressed 4 which was the option of the person does not reside at this number
Called asking for someone I've never heard of. My number has been with me for 4 years and its unlisted, as well as registered on the donotcall. I am not impressed.
They called, upon answering they said "If you continue to stay on the line, you agree that you are_______" some name I have never heard of. Caller ID said Name Unavaliable. This is not my first call from them
they love to call my number even thou I have no clue who they are trying to get ahold of
guess now they are using opinionresearch as a caller ID instead of the old assest acceptance
have gotten this call serveral times. Recorded message says it is for Ingrid White, or ssomething like that, never heard of this person. Says if i stay on the line i am acknwoldging i am ingrid white.
THey never leave a mesage they just keep calling i dont know why
They just call never leave message I do not know who they want and not interested in knowing who they want
