These people call me at work several times a week asking for a person who doesn't exist (something I tell them each time) trying to get me to subscribe to Electronic Design Magazine. They call from several other phone numbers too, I now say "yes I'll get them" and put the phone down until they hang up to waste their time.

This is the second time I got a call from this number. Again, they did not leave any message. I'm listed on Do not call, I filed a complaint for the second time. Whoever they are, please stop calling me!!
This company "verifies" eligibility for various free trade magazines. I don't mind the nuisance but in the process they will try to collect business information and ask for the names of other potential recipients. If you don't answer their questions they'll tell you the free subscription will end but I've never had a magazine actually stop.
They call 5 times a day and refuse to stop. I don't even let them get to their BS.
I just filed a complaint with the FCC. If they called your cell phone, or if your number is on the 'do not call registry', you can make a complaint. Only takes a few minutes

Get calls almost every work day have never picked up no voice message left
They are just a company looking to do surveys..... takes 10-15 minutes
I've received two calls in two days that didn't wait for the recorder to pick up. I run a business. If I'm on the other line with a customer or am working with a customer in my store, I'm not going to pick up a number I don't know. Have no clue who they are or what they want. They just let the phone ring 4 or 5 times then hang up. It's irritating.
A very strange call. Voice mail picked it up. The caller whispered my name and then hung up. I wish I had a job where I could waste time like that.
