It's Bank of America! I never did answer because I don't answer calls unless I know the number. They have called me daily since opening the BOA card. Did you recently open a Bank of America account (credit card or other)? I called BOA and told them that I had found out it was them. She removed my phone number from that call list. I told them if they could not stop the calls I was going to close the account.
I receive calls from this number all the time. I notified Bank of America .... they did not seem to care.
I got phone call too, about 7:30pm. I think B of A gave my number away because I just sign up with them.
These bastards call anytime they want.... Hey federal government how about going after them
this is just one of many numbers they use. FIA Card Services and Bank of America are the same. I guess they are the credit card division. They have been calling over a month since they approved me for a new credit card. It is a cash back master card. I didn't need credit but needed a master card because everyone doesn't take visa. I sent an email to them saying that I received everything ok and that I'm very happy. I know that they just want me to transfer balances, take a cash advance, a special offer or buy credit insurance. Told them in the email I didn't need anything nor want anything. I don't need to talk to anyone and get myself into something I don't want or need. Getting really sick of it because they keep calling and calling
Had a couple calls from this number and then finally answered it and no one answered. It sounded like a computer generated call where you wait for a live person but no one came on the line and I hung up.
Call around 830 pm and 830 am most every day.
I am not in arrears on any credit card.
Most times I let ring...no message of course.
Other times I tell them to stop calling this number.
When these clowns call, answer the phone, "Bank of America, how may I help you today.". Hilarity ensues...
I do not answer calls from people I do not know.
There is an applause superior to that of the multitudes: one's own.

A caller from 469-201-7025 is a regular dinner time

I have been getting so many calls from this number I do not recognize the name or number, so I don't answer it.
No messages are never left. If someone needs to get a hold of me this person needs to leave a message, but sometime I rush to answer the phone for it maybe an important call so therefore these calls are such nuisance.
I answered the phone, but no one said anything.
fia card svcs
yeah got a 3 second voicemail saying nothing.

Advertising, from a purchased phone number, probably (from the name asked for) originating at Expedia. We are on DO NOT CALL, they called anyway.
Who ever this is always hangs up before I answer.
Same company, different day, different number. No message on machine.
Left no voicemail on my phone.
That is a courtesy call from Bank of America. Not a collection call.
This caller or auto dialer calls every evening and leaves no message. How do we get off their call list?
Almost every night wehn I come home this phone number (469-201-7025) is listed on my caller id but there is never a message left on the machine.
Wow. This site really got spambot bombed.
i don't know why they call us all the time, we don't have any kind of of busines whith them, we don't want more calls from them.
Same thing; FIA Card Services. Received call 7:20 EST. No answer. Likely some dumbass has left an automated dialer running with no one to attend to the people who answer the calls.
F*cking Morons.
Picked up, dead air
MBNA on Caller ID, but no message left
On our ID it says "Fia Card Svcs" which is the company official name for Bank of America. I do have CC with them but don't know why they are calling. No message left & when I called back it was after their business hours. The recording stated that you've reached Card Services and to call back between 8AM to 5PM EST.
I think this is Bank of America
boa idiots
They have called before identify themselves as BofA. The woman asked for my husband and I told her that he was not home and if I could help her, she said no and would try another time. I told her that she has called before and not found my husband to please stop calling if we need anything from BofA we will call the bank or go to the branch. She said thank you and hung up. They keep calling. What I do now is look at the ID Caller...pick up the phone and walk away..I come back and hang up. Sooner or later they will get it not to call.
Hung up when they got machine, no message. Call at 12:32 PM (lunchtime) at home.
Called left no message. My phone number called is on the do not call list.
They claimed to be calling from Bank of America when they called me on Saturday. I told her thank you but I'm not interested and take my name off your call list immediately. She started to protest that she wasn't selling anything - but I hung up. I do have an account with Bank of America, and their caller ID says "Bank of America" or something equally identifiable when they call me. Annoying "company"...
Yet Another one today from them
Called before 9am on Saturday morning. When I picked up to let them know I did not appreciated their early call, there was no response on the line. We have received many calls from this number that I slways ignore, but today was crossed the line. I do not know who they really are.
Called the number back. An automated message said it was Card Services and that if I had gotten a call from them it was for service reasons and not a sales attempt. It said to hold for the next available application specialist. Once a person was on the line, I told them I had gotten a call from their number. The woman acted as if she was looking up something then says they were just calling to thank me for my business. I told her I don't do business with them, that I know whom all my credit card companies are and they aren't one. I told her I looked up the number on the internet and several websites report their number as a solicitor. I told her I wanted my number taken off their call list. We'll see if that happens.
theses ppl are something got a bran new cell phone and this number already called me on it
Caller identified herself as calling from Bank of America about the newly issued AmEx card I had recently been sent and to see if I had any questions about it. I did recently ask for and receive a new card from BoA and did have some questions. She never asked for any personal information from me, but was able to see my account information and answer questions related to other credit cards I have with them. Though the caller ID had me cautious, the call itself was legitimate. She was able to confirm all kinds of previous and current information without me having to disclose anything myself. Given all the banking and credit card consolidation, there may be some crossover in the servicing of cards that were previously issued by others, etc. I did call the number on my actual card to verify all this today and it was all okay.
They just called our home and asked to speak with my husband, I asked if I could help them... They identified themselves as Bank of America and I explained I was his wife and would be happy to assist them. They told me they could not speak with me becuase my name was not on the account.
Please note that our accounts are joint accounts and I shared this with them, they then proclaimed that my husband just opened a new account in his name... I told him I was certain he was mistaken... He then hung up on me.
I called my husband and he confirmed that this must be some sort of a scam. Yes, I handle our books... I would know about the creation of new accounts or transfers from our existing accounts. Understand that my call to my husband was not because I did not trust him however I feel I should warn him...
I will not disclose personal information over the telephone unless I have called a service provider and they require the security passwords we have established on those accounts....
My simple rule of thumb... If they call me to request personal information they are quite simply SOL!
Called, thus far, twice today (02-28-09). First call, I answered and asked them to not call again. They did again an hour later. Nice folks. Am filing FCC complaint.
Yes, I agree with Martin -

Received call - no message. Also received call yesterday from 216.545.8326, which is supposed to be another number from which phishing calls are placed. One would think these people could be identified.
MBNA was the caller id for this number but it is more of the same credit card garbage
They called at 8:00 p.m.!! I did not answer as I did not recognize the number.
Please mark me off whatever list you have and stop calling me.You have nothing that I intend to purchase. You are an annoyance and I want it to stop NOW!
I suggest everyone files a complaint with:-
1) Their States Attorney General
2) FTC
You can google for both
This is the most negative advertisement they could get for their company. To me it gives their business a low Quality image.
I say Boycott any Business who solicits over the phone.
They said they were from Bank of America and were offering me a new Platinum card. They wanted key info from me like my date of birth and my mother's maiden name. I told them they already have that info. The lady was very nice but ended the call when I wouldn't give her the info she wanted. Sounds like identity theft to me.
Offered new additional credit card; wanted to ask key info over phone to send out card.
I'm so glad I checked this, because I had no idea who called on a SUNDAY, I might add. No message.
They called claiming to be Bank of America. They said since I had an account with them I qualified for their new credit card. All they needed was some information from me. I told them they were wrong on 2 points. ! I haven't delt with Bank of
America in over 9 years, and 2 I don't give out personal information over the phone. He hung up on me.
They called daily, even later at night when my newborn was asleep. I called them back and asked them to remove me, told them I was taping the conversation and would report to Tx PUC and FCC. They removed (supposedly). Lady was nice enough, but the only thing lower than a telemarketer is a, a, a, well, there is nothing lower. I suggest calling them and bitching. If nothing else, you keep them from calling someone else!

I just got another call from them. They asked for my husband who was not in, so they said "thank you we will try again" and right before they almost hung up, I asked "who is this" and they said "Bank of America- Thank you" and hung up!!! We dont have a credit card with them but he used to have a checking account that he closed months ago...So annoying!
I just don't answer calls:6:57pm 4/25 07, 2:18pm 4/27 07, 11;25am 4/28 07. You would think they are trying to check your work schedule. Tough
Who is FIA Card Svcs???? Telemarketer? Sooo annoying...call daily and and at all times of the day. I have answered before but its just dead air!!!When I call back the # on my caller id, I get a message from an operator saying "No longer a working #" I cant stand telemarketers!

They called and left no message. Annoying!
Pests for sure.
This number keeps showing up on my caller ID. They could at least leave a message as to why they are calling. Telemarket Idiots
Received call on Mar. 13, 2007 2:08PM and also twice previously. Comes up as "FIA Card Serv." but no one ever leaves a message.
no message
Been receiving calls from them. And they won't stop calling even if you won't answer them. They won't even leave a message.
FIA Card Services aka Bank of America. Credit card, specifially an MBNA DU Card I had previously, not used in 3 years.
They called daily, even later at night when my newborn was asleep. I called them back and asked them to remove me, told them I was taping the conversation and would report to Tx PUC and FCC. Called my job. When I answered with job name, they hung up. Pest!
Called at 8:40pm. There was dead air so I hung up. Google'd and found indication number is for Bank of America/MBNA -- FIA Card Services.
Caller ID read Dallas, TX. They called 2006-12-16 at 12:34pm. They never leave a message. We do not pick up on unidentified calls.
Same as everyone else - they call daily. If I let it go to voicemail they never leave a message. If I answer it they ask for my partner. When I say he's at work and ask if I could help them they say no thanks and hang up.
Recieved 2 calls from them, the second one was today, 12-16-06.
Pest for sure, they leave no message. If we don't answer you would think the calling party might just get the message that we are not interested in talking with them.
No message.
They called at 3a.m. in the morning!! twice in quick succession.
They didn't wait for, and or woulnd't leave message.
What pests.
THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING DAILY
