Another recorded message from "Rachel" which sounds exactly like the "Heather" from Card Services. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and he asked if I had more than 4k in credit card debt. I said yes and that I wanted to lower my interest rate but then when he started asking more info I said my wife had my card and I needed to call back later when she got home. He gave me an invalid call-back number 800-321-1792 and said his name was John Taylor.
