How do I stop them from calling?

Received call this morning from 44-207-422-0067 saying I could have my credit card interest reduced to 6.9%. Press 1 to speak to an operator, 2 to be removed from the list. Pressed 2. This afternoon, got another call but this time no phone number showed. Was Card Services about my rate. This time, my only choice was to press 9 to speak to someone. I did so. When the woman answered and I said I wanted to be removed from their list, she hung up.
