Who Called Us

Called on my cell phone. I don't answer any number that I don't know. Did not leave message.

Seems this number belongs to a magazine outfit. Times are rough guys..........no extra money these days to buy other things besides food & utilities not to mention current price of gas.

They called my cell phone to ask about printer information..survey...

I finally picked up on this number. Didnt' know who it was. I had a car accident during Christmas Eve 2010 and this research company called me regarding service repair on my car. The guy wasn't rude or anything and told me that this will only take 2 minutes which wasn't even a minute long. I didn't plan on being rude to him either because I've worked for a research company before and know how hard it is to get people on the phone to take the surveys.

This call is from a research company from Utah. They conduct market research surveys.

Called and hung up. Other references on the net say this is a scam organization. I suggest not giving out any information. If you do answer just tell them to stop calling you.

I've set my phone to simply drop the call every time they call, it doesn't ring and I dont even know they called... Oh how I love my jailbroken iphone.

I have a voice over the internet phone (VoIP), and they call it during the day, and don't leave a voice mail. I haven't answered it, but I did have an auto claim with USAA insurance recently, so it appears that this is a company contracted out on behalf of USAA. My number is registered with the do not call registry, so that's why they must be able to get around the do not disturb registry (because i'm a USAA customer). Hope that helps the next person that looks this number up.

I actually work for the company. It's a independent research company that is hired to call and conduct surveys for different companies.
We usually don't ask for any personal information, only a name to verify to the company who we spoke with. If you are uncomfortable giving out any information, know that it is not a requirement.
And yes we will keep calling if you do not answer of if you simply hang up the phone, it is our job. The only way to get us to stop calling is to take the survey (which are usually really short and simple) or listen to the reason we are calling and say that you are simply not interested and do not wished to be called again.
We aren't allowed to call any location after nine P.M. by law. And we only call in the mornings if we were told it would be a good time to reach someone.
We do not have call lists, nor does the "call list" apply to us. We receive most of our information from the different companies who hire us to call you. We don't know if we are calling a cell phone, house phone, or work phone. We also don't know if we are calling at an inconvenient time.

Please don't be rude if you do get a call from us. Most of us are young college students just trying to pay rent. I was desperate for a job, and took what I could find. I do what I have to do to pay my bills. We're not trying to scam anyone.

Whoever this is they call my home ALL THE TIME at all hours and we have an UNPUBLISHED phone number!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls and does not leave a message

This is a CONTRACTOR for USAA they call to ask you questions about your house and car if you use them as your insurance agent.

They call me at work after I leave (btwn 6:00-9:00pm, and on Sat) so I never talk to them, but they don't leave msgs, so you know it's nothing more than a solicitation or survey.

these people are like stalkers. did not answer the phone. they left no msg of course.

survey company desiring opinion for "services" recently received.

They just called here and I let it ring. No VM.

This number called me today at 8:39PM, I hung up on them and sent them to voicemail (they called my cell) and they didn't leave a message.

I received a call from this number. They did not leave a message.

who ever they are I let the anwser machine come on and they did not leave a message and they keep on calling. What I can't understand is I am on the donot call list how are they getting around it?

I recieved a call from this number lastnight. She asked for me and then told me she was calling on behalf of my bank. Wanted to confirm my bank account numbers. I told her she was crazy and hung up.

Wankers keep calling at dinnertime; no message ever left on the answering machine. They have been calling every day.

They call every day 3 or 4 times. I let the answering machine get it. They never leave a message. Haven't tried to call back but it is really getting annoying.

They've called 3 times this week...last call was at 6:43 pm...no msg is ever left...I hate this freaking calls, what is the do-not-call list for if we are unable to control who does call our numbers!~

Received a call but did not pick up. Might pick up next time though... According to my google searches, they are a 3rd party marketing survey company. One individual mentioned they were asked questions about auto stuff. I just had my car repaired so this sounds likely. On the other hand, some people have mentioned that they were asked questions they didn't feel comfortable ansswering and did not know the reason for the call. So just be careful...

The Do Not Call registry does not prevent companies that are involved some way in an existing business relationship. (I.E. a 3rd party calling on behalf of a service you recently had performed.) I'd say at least try to find out why you are getting the call before posting here.

We don't answer when they call since we don't know who they are or what they want. They never leave a message on the answering machine.

Called my cell phone. I told them never to call this number again and he started to give me an argument, but I hung up on him.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number and one 435-893-0167 call for the past 3 days all in the 6pm hour on my cell phone as well. I called this number back and it says it's a research company as PA also said. The other one rang about 4-5 times and then a recorded message came on and said "I'm sorry this mailbox is full"....all I know is I'd like to STOP getting these annoying calls!!!!!!!

They've called everyday for the past week.

called 4/16/09 at 8:30 pm and 4/22/09 at 7:31 pm... ON MY CELL PHONE!!!!!!

Calls every day, never leaves a message. Why don't our laws have any teeth to deal with these people?

They didnt leave message. I called back the number and got a recorded message from a survey company. This is one of those companies who calls to get your opinions for their profit without paying you for your time.
