How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

I have blocked this number. It seems from comments below that a Do Not Call List is not important to the scammers.
I too have asked these a**holes to quit calling. It seems that I get even more calls from other 'indian speaking' peoples. I started ordering rx's c.o.d. and then I change my mind and refuse to pick the package up. This really fries their asses ! I figure that sooner or later after they pay for delivery and return of say.. 5 or six packages that someone will say "hey quit calling that guy" "he is costing us too much money." I've haven't been receiving calls from them anymore.
Person calling said they were calling from "your pharmacy". I have previously asked to be removed from their call list, as I am on the "Do Not Call" list. Asked again today, although, given the caller's 'heavy accent' I am sure he didn't understand.

You are told quite plainly that complaints to DNC form a pool of intelligence for regulators and law enforcement, and that's all. Your complaint does not summon a strike force to slide down fire poles and deal with your nuisance callers. If you hope for more prompt human assistance, file complaints with the FTC and attorneys general. Individual action through a TCPA lawsuit would be a strong suggestion, but it's likely the call center is outside US borders, which helps to explain the difficulty in stopping them.
I've lost count of the times we have told these bozos to stop calling. We're o the Do Not Call List, and we have reported them. so WHY is it that they can continue to harass and NOTHING is ever done about it?
