How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Well I happen to be only 16, and I also received a call from them. Being that I'm under 18, I feel it is useless to receive calls in which I am legally unable to partake in so this is very annoying.

They called at 5:39 pm in the middle of our dinner....very annoying! We didn't answer when we saw TELEPOLL CANDA on our caller ID. They left no message.
they called last week and they were so polite on the phone!
i had a blast filling out their shopping survey. the person said it would take over 9000 minutes, but it was way shorter than that!

I received the first call from Telepoll Canada yesterday at 6:00 pm. They called again at 9:00 pm. Both times, they left 90-second messages consisting of dead air and various clicks.
On their website (telepoll.net), they practically crow about their ability to interrupt your dinner anywhere in North America. But the site also has a wealth of contact info (telepoll.net) for their management team. I suggest phoning one of them or sending an e-mail to have them remove you from their calling database if you can't get through to an agent during one of their calls.
