This is a toronto canada area code. I get this call 2-3 times a day

i got a call on 12 dec 2007 around 2:20pm and as I said hello.. for a few seconds then someone hang up without speaking. wtf is up this shit

Call the CRTC and complain. I've called on similar numbers in the past and they do stop. It is no use going to your service provider as they will just ignore you.

Possible phising SCAM trying to get your credit card.

This number keeps calling everyday. It will ring for 3 rings and hang up. Never bother to pick it up.

Keep receiving calls from this number ... just got another one at 12:15 PM today.

I have Bell blocking service but can't add this number to my blocking list. Bell says it's a fictitious number.

i missed a call from this number around 7pm thursday sept 6th. called 411 they said the number is not listed. tried calling it only to get a busy signal or the operator saying this number is not in service... it called me again 2 40 pm sat sept 8 and wheni picked up the call ended...

I received a call from this number around 4:30 pm. When I answered, a man said "Hello" in a bit of a flirtatious voice. I asked who he was calling for and again he said "Hello" and then hung up. Very weird.

I spoke to them once a month ago or so.. It's the Toronto Sun if you were wondering. Told them to remove my name from the calling list, but they didn't do it obviously because they just called me again!!!

I called the number back and was told or words to the effect this is not a working phone #

silence, then hangs up... i call it back and it gives a fast busy signal then hangs up on me.. if i call later, the number is not in service

Get calls from this number daily. Will be doing a Call Trace next time they call.

These people have no life. I get calls constantly with this number and when I try calling back the number is disconnected. somrthing strange. I think we should get the cops involved.

They call me every damn day sometimes numerous times a day and never anyone there.

Its really pissing me off, they'll call early in the morning when Im still sleeping.

These idiots bother me everyday between 3 and 4. there is never anyone on the line and they never leave a message. I just want it to stop

I get about 2 or 3 calls from this number daily. I don't answer it because until now, I didn't know who it was. I guess my instincts were right. What can be done to end this?

Got a call this morning - the first one. When I answered, got a dial tone. No name showed up, just the number.

I have been recieving calls from this number, asking if Im interested in the toronto sun. I have said no plenty of times as well as my husband. They have been calling 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks now.

Got a call from this number @ 9:28 am on June 28. I have gotten a call from this number before. They leave no message. When you call the number back they say all lines are busy and call back later. This is very annoying.

Call sometimes, no response, just hang up. No big deal. Dont use web sites that display your phone number to sell items.

It could be the Toronto SUN.

Call them and they will try and ignore you.... but keep calling until the telephone calls stop. Eventually they will do something, regardless of who is actually calling.

Number called today at 505pm. No msg, of course.

Just got called by this number. No answer on the other end despite multiple uses of Hello? by me.

THEY HAVE BEEN PHONING US AS WELL ONLY FINALLY TODAY AFTER RECIEVING MANY CALLS AND THEM HANGING UP, I HEARD ONE GIRL SAY IS IT HER THEN THE OTHER SAID UHH AND HUNG UP

Got a call from this number in Calgary but they hung up when I answered. Tried to call it back and get a fast busy.

Just got a call from these guys. No voice or anybody saying anything. I think its Toronto SUN, they called me once to solicit - I was not interested. Someone mentioned theme here - so I assume it is them. I don't get why they would feel they need to call me back so many times.

They call many times, never leave messages. They even called during the night! We even have an unlisted number. I'll report to police. Suggest you do the same.

Got a call, they asked for the wrong name and then "Andrew" proceeded to try the standard Calgary Herald sell.

Someone had been calling me several times in the last 3 weeks I had recorded more than 10 calls so far. Usually nobody respond when I answer except in one occasion I heard a female voice laughing and like in party (laud music on backgroud) the only information I had is the number and some connection with Toronto Sun newspaper. Plase help! If this harrasment continues I will search for legal assitance and start a formal lawsuit.

Repeatedly getting hang ups from this number. Creepy and frustrating!!!

number just called, asked to speak to mr/mrs xxx ... told them not here and asked to take message, male on phone said "youre attractive, looking good today" and then hung up ...

This nuumber phones at least twice a day, nobody is ever on the other line. I had a sub to the Calgary Sun once, maybe they gave the Toronto Sun my number. (I cancelled my sub because the paper never ended up coming.)

called 220pm Toronto time Wed 15 Nov 2006. Nobody answered when I said hello. I hung up.

got calls from this number 5 times in the last week, comes up Private Name(since 11/5/06) answered once they asked for Mr or Mrs (i'm not married) i asked what it was regarding, they said it was a 'curtesy call' but didnt say for what so i hung up

Got a call today (November 9,2006). No answer. I pretended to hang up and I heard the other side hang up.

Got a call from the above number, at 1605 oct 12, 2006, caller ask to talk to Tim, I have a call display, and am aware that it some kind of telemarker based on the phone number, so I answer the phone, and speak German with the caller, They get very frustrated and hang up soon.
