there # has actually changed its 718-989-2508 its a staten island # and remember the easy way of getting them off your back is being patient and telling them " plz put me on your don not call list" and remember if you here no one on the line just wait a little bit since it takes a couple of seconds for the call to ring on the agents head set and computer and this causes that delay...

what they are called is babytobee.com and actually the only way you will get rid off them is by telling them: "plz put me on your do not call list" and they might try to change your mind but just be patient and tell them again, because what happens is the following: if you hang up they will disposition the call as no one on the line and you will be called again, if you insult them and hang up, call will be dispo as call later, but if you are interested what they do is read about 20 offers to you than leave you alone, example like a columbiahouse dvd club offer and shit that has nothing to do with expecting moms or dads, now of course try to keep in mind these are people trying to do there job and they actually dont want to bother you they dont even know you plus the calls are automated, trust me i used to work for them

You are getting these calls from BabytoBee.com aka Morex Marketing. The five9 is one of their calling systems that they use. The reason no one is there when you pick up the phone is because the agent is still trying to connect and there is a delay. They got your home/work/cell number from someone who entered it at their website or when they signed up for survey/gift card prize offers and babytobee was one of the 'free' sign up offers to finish to get the gift card/prize at the end. Someone had to put your info in for them to get your number. They are calling to verify your information and ask if you want to recieve free baby stuff, and to try to sell you other stuff. It's a telemarketing company. They have a new call back numbers that maybe you can call them back and ask them to put you on their do not call list (specifically mention this list) Here are the numbers:

Her name is Linda Allgood and this is teh best way to go a about getting your name off their calling list. she is available 24 hours per day at this phone number to get your name off the list. if callig linda does not solve the problem you can go to ftc.gov and file a complaint.

I worked for this company and because of the honest person that I am , I had to quit with them because of the fraud they are putting on others.
People supposvily register on their website babytobee.com and we call to "verify" their info,offer them additional "free information" and then these people are being billed numerous dollars for the so called free information.

They've been calling non-stop for over a month now at different time of the day. Someone need to stop them.

All of you people getting these annoying phone calls...anwser the damn phone and tell them to put you on their do not call list. If you don't, they WILL keep calling until they get in touch with someone because someone (maybe not you) has put your # on a registration on their web site.

Not only is this number calling my daughter's cell phone, but also our home phone and my cell phone. This has to stop. Who are they?

I called the number back and got a repeating message that said "please hold for the next available agent"..i waited for nearly 2 minutes and finally someone picked up. They are from Baby.com and i asked them to take my name off their list and tey havent called back since.

I have recieved numerous calls from this number on my cell phone. I never answer and they never leave a message. I figured it has to be a solicitor, but I am getting pretty annoyed they don't seem to get the hint!

What is the point of these no call lists when they are not enforced? I should find an alternative number tot here company and leave the president (CEO) a voice mail every day and see how he likes it. I bet if everyone did that it would put some fire under there asses to get our name removed.

I spoke with an agent from baby2be.com, and she tried to tell me that I had registered with them, and I told her she was crazy. She assured me that my name would be removed from their call list. In essence, 718-502-8046 is a bogus number that this company uses to call in, but we cannot call them back. I have reported them every time I have received a phone call. Now that have confronted someone there, if they call again, I am hiring a consumer affairs lawyer.

The 415-901-1582, has called me twice, I can not rember the first time but the second time was on 11/26/06. I wood like for them to stop calling me.

I got a voicemail last night left at work from # 4159011582 at 8:09 PM, I could hear heavy breathing, someone typing in the background and some whispering I couldn't make out...very strange. I used to work for Babytobee.com, so I may be able to give all of you a little insight to these calls. These calls are made when you or someone you know registers YOU on the site to receive free stuff for your new baby. Sometimes when people register, they WILL put a fake # down (which may end up being your #). The best way to avoid these calls in to answer the phone, talk to the agent and tell her you have not registered and please take you off of the call list. If this slips through the cracks and you do get a call again, do the same thing (sometimes, there are new agents that incorrectly put do not call people back on the call list). It doesn't matter if you're on the "do not call" national registry because these people are calling because they have (or they think) been given your number by you or a family member. They DO NOT buy call lists from other telemarketing companies.

I recently had a baby and apparently my information was sold to this company. I am reregistering all of my phones on the DoNotCall Registry to attempt to stop this.

Yes I recieved a 4 calls today and a call tonight from that number. I thought I had signed up for something online because I just had a baby. She went on telling me about free stuff I was going to recieve. Well I went through a survey with them. They wanted to know my date of birth and the state I was born in.. Hello Why do you need to know this... Well I lied to her about that b/c I have no idea who I am talking to. And at the end of the phone call they tried having me buy some bullshit membership for 1.99 and they were going to send me a 25.00 giftcard to babiesrus. She wanted my credit card over the phone.. Thats when I ended the call... Also they record the whole conversation. I dont know if this is a scam or just telemarketers.

My wife had me google the number and I ended up here. I called the number back from my work, and a lady answered it and she said they were from an online company called "baby to be.com" Not sure if she was flubbin or what. I called them back at 2:30 PM CDT on 10/12/06

I don't know who is calling, but I am fed up with it. I am getting calls while I am sitting in class trying to pay attention to the professor. When I do get a chance to answer, there is no one there. Is there anything that we can do to report this to a higher authority????

4159011582 has been calling my house numerous times a day, right up until that 9pm cut off time! They do not leave messages, answered once and no one was there. They evidently have a computer calling and then it transfers to agent or something if you stay on long enough. The calls are out of control! I am going to use info I got here to try to make them stop. One suggestion I have for people is turn them into your BBB and Attornery Generals office in your state and if we can find what State they are in, report them to their BBB and Attorney Generals office too! I have recently had baby, but do not remember registering for anything with Baby To Be!!!!

I just called the number back and the lady said that it was for an online site to get free baby stuff. I do not have kids and did not sign up for this...she said that she would take me off the call list...if not I will repost. They call my cell and house at all hours of the day! I have received several calls from this number in the last several days, and since I have had so many dealings with telemarketers I won't answer a call from ANY number that I don't know. Glad I found this site and found out that they are just harassing people. What a waste of my time.

I think I received two or three calls. After they called again today, I called the number back. It was just as the lady, Kelli said. They were a baby company and asked if I had registered on their site. I told them no and she said she would remove me from their system. I hope the problem is fixed and this may help you.

i just received another call from this number, when i answered there was nobody there. i called back and finally got a hold of someone. the representative told me that i was registered on their website - babytobe.com and wanted to know if i was intersted in their special offers, i quickly told them 'no' and told them that i wanted off whatever list that i was on because i have never registered with that site. let's see if the calling stops. has anyone else tried calling the number back?

I have been getting TONS of calls from 'Five 9S'. I did a search online, and it appears to be some telephone company in California. I don't know why they would be calling me - I'm in Virginia!
