Received a call from this number at 5:26 AM on 7/30/2010 ... yes, that's in the morning not evening! No message left. If I had answered, they'd have received a ration of sh*t for calling at that hour!

Caller wanted to know if I was interested in selling or renting my timeshare, I said no. She hung up.

Called a business number just after 1 AM CDT (yes, AM, not PM) and didn't let it ring long enough to go to voice-mail.

Called my workplace and asked to speak to the Boss. Identified himself as Chris Young. Didn't want to say what it was regarding.

Received a couple of calls from this # stating they're with Ralph Accumulation Group and want to speak to management only. They ask a lot of personal questions about investing but offer no information about their company. They are adament on getting your last name. They sound east indian but have very simple names like Joe Young or Chris Boyd and they push to get your name, saying it's for a big investment opportunity. Sounds like a scam to me.

We are in BC Canada - someone called asking for the owner or a supervisor.

I answered by identifying myself. A man asked "Is this TXXX-SXXX?" (the name of my company). I said "Yes". Then there was silence.

Received call from these asshole identify himself as Steve Marshall for APS. He claim to have an affidivat on my so soc.
I know this is a scam, because four week ago. Someone identify himself as an officer for the Burea of Criminal Investigation,and he identify my so soc. as the prime suspect in a criminal case. A week after ignoring that call, I get this call from asshole Steve Marshall (both of those call have an indian accent). Steve say that if I don't call him back he will sent a policeman to my place of work to get me, and that was two week ago.

Got this call and it said it was from schlumberger credit union and that my atm card had been frozen and wanted to transfer mt to the security department. I hung up immediately.

I bought something from glamourhandbags.com, located in New Jersey and an hour later I received a a CALL FROM CALIFORNIA. I looked the number up and it was associated with scams so I got on the website for glamourhandbags.com and called their toll free number. I ended up talking with the very person who had called me from CALIFORNIA...the suspicious phone number. They wanted to confirm my order and tell me when the item will ship and by what shipping method.

This number just popped up on caller ID. That is what I luv about caller ID...If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer the freakin' phone. If it is someone I want to talk to, they'll leave a message and I get to decide whether to call them back, or not. Got a call from 415-880-5599 on 12/2/2009 he said his name is Mark or Mike from Blue Energy Investments, the connection was bad so he called back, this time my privacy manager picked up and when there supposed to announce them self they did not say anything. Called back again and announced himself, I told him I had no money to invest and to stop calling this number and put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I am blocking the number now.

Got a call from this number today. It was from a cell and I couldn't understand the message because it kept cutting out. The guy said he's from a Fortune 500 co. and received my resume. Left a 314 phone number for me to call back. The odd thing is that I'm looking for a job.

They said that they were affiliated with a real estate company in the Phillipines.

I have received 3 calls from these people. Each time a man with a thick Indian accent tells me I am being charged with 4 counts of fraud for defaulting on a payday loan from cashnetusa.com. He wants me to repay the loan of $210 plus legal fees over the phone. He threatens me with arrest and jail. After checking with cashnetusa.com and my bank records, I have never had a loan from cashnetusa.com. I used *69 to get the phone number. I have reported this scam to the local authorities.

He just called me and knew the last four numbers on my debit card and my address. Trying to sell credit stuff and I asked how he got my information and he said it was from a company that I ordered something from but would not tell me the company. Keeps calling saying that he will continue to call 100 times a day until I admit who I am. He says he has a summons for me!!! He cannot tell me anything about why he is trying to summons me. He says that I have an overdue loan but cannot tell me when it was taken out. He just says 2008. I do not have anything like that at all.

They drive me nuts. They call asking for a Patrica and say I applied for a goverment loan. I tell them I'm not Patrica and to stop calling my Cell phone 4-5 times a day. Then they say why do you need this loan? They don't even listen to what I say. Finally after arguing with them I screamed TAKE ME OFF YOU LIST. these people say they are from the FBI. They try to get me to confirm the last four digits of my social security number (not the entire number)...i would not. The number belongs to some internet phone company (probably Net2Phone). It's the C.I.D. we usually see when my wife's mother calls from an internet cafe in Central America. So you could see that CID for just about anyone who calls you using that internet phone service from anywhere in the world... a friend, relative, scammer.

Took advice from below subject and called the company direct. They said they had already disconnected the number, but the Scam artist are using spoof caller I.d. . They too have reported it to the gov..

This number called my house today, a man with a very heavy accent tried to harrass my 17 year old daughter into giving them my banking information. He knew my name, phone number, address and birthdate. He told her that he wanted to put $2,000 into my bank account, and that he couldn't wait until I got home because they would be closed.

Got a call from this guy on 3/12/08. He was possibly from India saying he needed to update my business info for his phone book. Couldn't understand much of what he said. Didn't understand his name but he said he was from "Yellow Book" or "Yellow" something. I get calls like this from companies that publish contact info about my type of business(fitness center) often so I didn't think much about it until he asked for the month and day of my b-day, for security reasons. I gave him a false b-day. He called the next day and talked to one of my employees and asked her name and she asked why he needed to know and he said "Because I love you." I should've been suspicious the first time he called since he was calling from a cell phone. We made a police report.

These pricks are calling 4-5 times a day. I've reported it to the criminal harassment bureau of the phone company. The accent is Indian, not Hispanic.

Said they were updating Yellow Pages Info. Verified address and phone number of our company. Then, told us we would recieve a 7 day free trail including a 5 page business profile that would be mailed to us. We would receive a call back to give feedback on the product. I told them I was not authorized to order any products without my manager's approval. After arguing with the guy about us not wanting to receive the free trail he said he would try back when the manager was in the office. But I will be keeping an eye on my phone bill for suspicious charges coming up. The guy on the phone refused to take no for an answer.

Received a call from "Private Name Private Number" at 7:00 p.m. on 1/4/08. A woman asked for my husband. When I asked "who's calling" she replied "US Pharmacy." I said he wasn't home and offered to take a message. She hung on me and hasn't called back since. When I first picked up it had a pause like the call was coming from a telemarketer.

Did some research in the absence of a phone number for "US Pharmacy", which is where people identify themselves as calling from. I found a Bangalore-base telemarketing company who claims to be doing the calling for US Pharmacy. Here's the profile page for someone who says he has 200 people calling for them as of December 18, 2007.

I have been receiving calls from this number everyday and everyday they are told to remove my number from their list. Advised them my number is on the do not call list. The man on the phone starts laughing and hangs up and then calls back again a minute later. This is getting annoying. Yesterday, 11-01-07 I told that very same man again, you have the wrong number, to remove my number, or I will take further action. Once again, man on the phone laughs and hangs up.

They called my home phone at 5:58 am Eastern time. I didn't get to the phone in time to pick up, but it did get the day off to an irritatingly early start.

If you have ever ordered medication online they have your number and will call you to try and re-fill/get your infor & credit card info. They are not in the US. They are calling from outside the country

Re: TTC LA's message. It's baloney. My son works at a call center for a bank, and of course they can receive calls from customers, but if a customer calls their number, they get the fast busy. I've had solicitors identify themselves as "so and so pharmacy" and even tho I'm on the "do not call" list, and ask them every time to take me off their calling list, they either hang up without answering, make a rude comment, or say it will take 6 to 8 weeks to process my request - then the next month they're still calling. Spoofing their Caller ID - that's a lie.

When answering mach. picks up call, the caller hangs up. When I answer, it is always someone with an accent that I can't understand, but the part I do understand is that it's from some pharmacy who wants to "renew my meds". Wrong. Regarding 415-880-5599. Yes, we are a paging company that owns this number in a block of 10,000 numbers (415-880-0000 -> 9999)assigned to us. Paging companies only receive *incoming* calls- we do not make outgoing calls. We are not calling you with this Caller-ID because our Paging switch can not make outgoing calls.

Sadly, like with email spam, someone or someones are "spoofing" or faking their Caller-ID with this number. If you actually call it, you'll see it that it doesn't go anywhere- just to a fast busy which means the number is not in service.

Unfortunately there are hundreds and hundreds of telephone numbers that Telemarketers and other scammers use to their Caller ID. For a partial list see: litigiousconsumer.com where you will see that this number is just one of many, many.

If you are an AT&T or Verizon land-line customer and you are getting calls from this number, I suggest you look into a "custom calling feature" called "Call Screen" or "Selective Call Blocking" that will allow you to build a list of up to 10 telephone numbers that will be unable to call you. Called again today. This time no background voice when my answering machine picked up. I noticed that they call every several days.

The person on the other end tried to sell me Prescription Drugs at a discount.

Caller ID said California. My answering machine picked up the call. Party on the other end just said hello several times and then hung up.

A guy with a hispanic accent selling drugs. Demanded to speak to a supervisor (there was none). Asked their address (all they said was New Jersey). Asked their company name, they said "Health Care Solutions," but when I Googled it, there was no such company in New Jersey. I get calls from this number and similar numbers a few times a week.

I just received a call from them moments ago. I screen calls they stayed on through the message and during their time to leave a message but said nothing -- except I heard him or someone (a male) say they're not there.

Someone just called me five times in a row about a minute apart and didnt leave a message.

Four times now this is pissing me off

I called my wife daily from an internet cafe in Costa Rica ... this is the number that showed in the caller ID. Must be some kind of international switch ID number?

This number calls on a daily basis and claims to be calling on behalf of Bell Canada/Sympatico. All the callers are of Indian descent and when you decline to hear them out, they become rude and call back an hour later. Arg.

This number calls me all the time. Always trying to sell prescriptions. I advise them that my number is on the national do not call registry. Their response is, "come on, don't you remember me....

these calls are coming from some pharmacy in INDIA , some indian fella says this is "john henry " etc etc and they keep calling even when told to stop or %$#^@ ,to piss you off they will call repeatedly in minutes , some AH sitting in india sippin tea and makin 5 bucks a day and laughing at us , damn shame

Calls all hours of the night and day. very annoying. have told them to stop calling and will not stop.

These calls border on harassment. It's some pharmacy, that I've never ordered from, I have asked them not to call, and told that I am on the National Do Not Call list, and take me off their list. I get at least 3-4 calls a day. Most often I do not answer, except hoping to finally get through to the one who will take my number off the list! Today they have threatened to charge me $1000.00! I called the FTC, and my cell phone carrier, and they registered my complaint on the Do Not Call registry....which I have done numerous times. Other than changing my number, which I shouldn't have to do, what can be done?

Called my cell about two minutes ago, so I googled the number and ended up here! Left a message: "What up my holmes, this is Blah(?)" then a bunch of mumbling. Didn't ask me for anything. Weird.

A South Asian-accented voice asks for Elton "fontaine" (I think), when I say it's the wrong number, they ask for my name. I tell them it's the wrong number and hang up.

These drug scammers call on a daily basis. They are based out of India and sale fake drugs illegally.

just got off the phone and I guess they have records I use Viagra. I asked the guy a bunch of questions and he did not respond. I asked him if uses Viagra and he said no. So I told him if he didnt use it how can he sell it? Oh man it was funny as hell!!!

They call my house regularly, I have told them I am on the do not call list and ask for an address, and they always call back. Is there anyway to get them to STOP?
I have asked for the supervisor and he is either out or says the same thing the caller says, they will block my number. However, they continually call back. How can we stop these people?

This guy has called me several times in the past few weeks. He says his name's Mike??? and he wants to know if I'm taking medications. I always reply, "Not any I'm discussing with you." and then hang up. If I don't answer, he leaves no message on my cell number which clearly identifies me as a police officer in Montreal.

This Pharmacy has called me 12 times today.. Sometimes when they call it is quiet, I belive they have an automated dialing system, that goes to an operater when the phone is answered, that's why it appears no one is there when you answer.

Received 2 calls @ 11:45 am. Man just kept repeating "Halloj". Background noise sounded like some kind of laser cutting machinery.

TOday is the morning this # called his cellphone too, how did he get my cellphone and the # of another cellphone that's not even mine?? i was on the other line so i didn't answer, very strange

They keep calling me too. They don't leave a message, but break my train of thought while I'm trying to conduct business.
Just get a fast busy when I call back.

They are scammers overseas, they call an overseas operator which in turn calls a stateside operator and the stateside operator then connects them to the phone number. That is why the caller ID comes up sometimes with a city. Tell then you are reporting the number as you are speaking to them to the government via the internet and that they are being tracked and monitored. Then inform them that the USA has a policy of DO NOT CALL for solicitation using the phone and that if caught their company can be fined thousands of dollars and people will go to jail. The goal is to get them to hang up first, otherwise they just keep calling back. It works for me, the calls are less and less these days. Good Luck!

Called me at 10:45am this morning, left a message. Sounded foreign and said something like "Hello are you there?" then hung up.

Keep receiving calls from this number, most of which leave NO message. However, yesterday a message was left. It appears to be a telemarketing firm (possibly via India from the message that was left). The company represents an online pharmacy.

Pharmacy that won't stop calling

We get numerous calls from this guy...who speaks broken English, wanting to sell us prescription drugs. We are a non profit youth agency, and have asked him repeatedly not to call, and he gets very angry, aggressive and rude.

Received a call on my celllphone from that number on March 31, 2007 at 9:32am EST, and another immediately following the first. I ignored both calls since I did not recognized the number. No messages were left.

On March 30, I got 3 phone calls from that number; I didn't answer it. The calls were about 5 seconds apart each. Interesting, right before the first call I got a call from 8110932. I googled 8110932 and came up with a number from the UK, and one for Vietnam. The most interesting result was a myspace page named 8110932. This page was one of those scam/telemarketing type pages people use in myspace to try and sell products and spam myspace users with messages.

have received 2 calls, back to back - asking if I needed any meds. If so, could I give them my pres number.

This person called both my CEL and my business telephone within 1 minute. Only place he could have got that info is off one of my business EMails which have both those numbers in the footer. Strongly suspect SCAM artist.

The number says San Francisco. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

Got two calls this morning

I have received 3 calls w/in the last 2 days.....I don't p/u & they don't leave a message. I also get alot of phone calls from rx pharmacies. I assume that is who is calling.

I have received several calls from this number. Most recent call was this morning and no vm was left. I have answered these calls before and asked that they stop calling me. The man spoke broken english and was extremely rude. I hung up and he immediately called back.

Received one call yesterday and two today on my cell phone. I did not answer and no one left a message.

Recieved a call from 415-880-5599 on 03/03/07. The lady spoke broken english and sounded like she was from Africa. She said she was from "US pharmacy" and wanted to know what medications I took and that she could get me 50% off the price of medications.

Got a call, they kept asking how many pills we needed. Definatly a spammer.

Left blank on message machine - about 15 seconds of silence and then dial tone. So means we have to "play" the message and delete it although there is nothing there.
