We came across another phone number on these tax payer bailed out thugs and crooks after they started terrorizing our family and refused to stop, even after showing we DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! This number was listed on another web site dealing with Domestic War against America Citizens.

WaMu Legal Department
888-567-2271 Extension 4538741

This takes you directly to one of their little Legal Pukes where you can return the harassment they are perpetrating toward your family. We started calling this little puke right after each harassing call was made to us. It said to stop calling because we were harassing it. The nerve of these bastards. We said fine! Sue us and take us to court because we would love to discuss what is going on in open court. It hung up on us. After this continued for 5 days, the 8 month long WaMu attack on this American Family stopped, or has for now.

Don’t count on the law or politicians to stop the war on your family by the filth at WaMu because they are all in bed together (remember the $Billions$ of your money the Gov freely gave them!). They are all in bed together, laughing at you and me each night when they all get together for fine wine and steaks on your bill or Business Jet trips to Las Vegas for Gambling and Wholes also on your bill. You have to take their War back to them and take matters into your own hands. Turn the war waged on your family by WaMu back on them and call the above WaMu puke each time they call you.

OK, these calls are totally out of control. All day every day. The other night I was driving home and I received another call, and I was thinking how nice it would be if I could stop at a pay phone and call back the number and once they answer just leave the phone off the hook. You know, tie up there incoming lines, give them back a little trouble, just like they are giving us. Would love to do it every day to every number that I know is WaMu. But, I know that would become expensive, using a pay phone, and I don't want to use my home phone or my cell phone, because they could track the phone number. Then it came to me!!! Why not program these WaMu numbers into Skype, and every time I receive a call, or whenever I have some free time, just call the WaMu numbers with Skype. It works, and they cannot see a phone number with Skype. I don't use a Skype phone number, just pure VoIP. The call goes through, and eventually a real person answers, but I don't say anything. So they eventually hang up, and I call again. Imagine if hundreds of us, or maybe thousands of us, called these WaMu numbers over and over again using Skype! Maybe it would cause them to stop the calls. Maybe not. But, at least it gives me some satisfaction! Try it.... you'll like it!

Washington Mutual Card Services. . . keep getting numbers on my cell phone from this POS company. I have called them now three times informing them that I have no account with them and that they should remove my phone number from their databases, each time I have been told this will be done. 2-5 calls a day and the harassment is continuing. Guess its about time to upgrade this to the next level, maybe they will get the message them. I will never recommend anyone to get a credit card or deal with Washington Mutual ever, even if it was the only bank/credit card company in the world.

They have been calling for over a week asking for an individual. I told them several times there was so such person here. Since they ignored me, I started jerking them around by saying things like "he owes me money too, how much does he owe you". The answer was always that they could not discuss it with me. This morning I told them for probably the 3rd or 4th time that there is no such person here.

If they continue to call, I will figure ways to take up more of their time and jerk them around even more.

READ: Companies are using dialer-systems which can log (1) million calls per hour. Random dialing to find a 'live-person' on the other end.
In India, there are (3) companies one can hire for calls worldwide. They guarantee a live operator will 'pick-up' the call in (2) seconds, if (and this is important), if a 'live voice' answers the number when dialed.
Using the Internet with 'VOIP', the calls cost the companies NOTHING. You on the receiving end will see various 'phone-numbers' or false 'Caller-Id' info. All they need you to do is... ANSWER THE PHONE. Your number is then 'logged' as viable & you're on their lists: FOREVER.
Located outside the USA, Federal Laws do not apply.
Their systems leave no trace of ever having called you, even if you answer.
But once you answer, your number will be dialed over & over again. And sold to other lists.
1) Don't block the number. This tells them 'human-intervention' occured. They dial with another 'number'.
2) Load the number to your 'contact-list'. Use a name of 'Junk', or 'Sales'.
3) Never answer a phone number, you do not know. If it's important, they'll leave you a voicemail. Whoever it is.

Quit fuming & arguing about these parasites. Load the number in your contact-list, so you know its 'Junk'.
And... NEVER ANSWER if you don't know who is calling you. Period. Even if it's a business phone.

Once they find out, there's a 'Live-Person' on the other end ? Your number will be circulated for years...

Wake up people... WaMu is using the Internet with 'VOIP' to make collection calls. By doing so, you'll never get 'caller-id' on your phone. With 'VOIP' the phone number can be anything they program in.
If you owe WaMu & want to pay them: Mail it in and/or use their secure website. Do NOT conduct business over the phone.
Just load the phone-number in your system as 'WaMu'... and don't answer.

Picked up and no one was there.

They don't have up to date information in their computer, and continue calling after payment has been made in EXCESS of the minimum due.

This is Washington Mutual collections.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
