How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

These people are outright going against the Do Not Call List which would make me more apt to believe they are out to SCAM and Steal from Senior Citizens instead of actually being a legitimate business. They are just RoboDialing..Report them and Warn any elderly people to IMMEDIATELY HANG UP.
we received this call this afternoon nov 28th 2012- we were not available- but saw number on our caller ID- we assume it was spam- we are on do not call list but some how they get through- no name came up- we called the number and it said sorry mailbox is full. how do we stop all this annoying mess????!
Finally was able to be home when they called. I held on through the recorded message and pressed 1 to speak with someone. "James" answered and said the company was called 'Senior Emergency Care'. As soon as I asked to be removed from their list, he hung up. They have called my house 20 times in 1 week, not counting previous weeks. Just finished filing my complaint with the DNC registry, not that it will do any good.
