How do I stop them from calling?

Sprint phone change in December same number just new phone. Ever since December I get 2 - 4 calls a day. Leaves a message in spanish, (I'm told). Checked with phone store where I changed out my old phone. They are mystified.
Got a call on my Sprint cell phone. Only number showing on Caller ID was 408. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
