Call came in around 7:30 pm with caller ID saying it was Kenneth L. Sykes. No message was left... caller hung up after 3 rings.

Called the number and was told by recording that the number has been disconnected.

I received a call from this number at 12:26 pm today 1/18/13 and did not answer. The caller i.d. was " WIN A CRUISE" which screams scam to me. No message was left on my answering machine. I rarely get messages on my machine from scammy robo-dialers since I made my outgoing message over 1 minute long. In my outgoing message, I state "Press 1 to bypass this greeting and leave your message" which humans usually do. I was tired of getting half messages from robo-callers that said stuff like "press 1 to talk to a person and press 2 to be removed from our list."

another telemarketer--but now using a name instead of Credit assistance! Block this one.


How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
