I'm looking forward to the day that we all just get up and march on the Banks.

A couple years ago a computer glitch removed $4,000 from my Wells Fargo account..they would not admit the error, or, put the money back. I sued and prevailed with no admission of guilt from Wells Fargo. Last year I had a slight stroke and was in the hospital for two days. When I got home Wells Fargo had started calling my phone 6 to 8 times daily because I had not been able to get to the bank and deposit car payment money. I called them and explained I will mail in the 2 day late payment when I am able to get to the bank and to please stop calling because the calls cause me extra stress I did not need at that time. The calls did not stop. I had the number disconnected and changed to a private number. Wells Fargo than got my Fax number and started calling it 6 to 8 times daily. This phone does not ring, it just automatically goes into Fax mode. I made my payment that was late, and was asked to provide a number they can call me on..I told them no freakin way, "you didn't care about my situation, so now, I don't care about YOU". So now I am getting the 6 to 8 calls a day on my fax number for a reason I do not know why..my payment is not behind..and I only have 5 more months and I will be free of them. DO NOT finance your car with these people, they will hound you to death..so Wells...my Fax sound will all you ever hear from me until we are done..FOREVER....

Aggressive calls. 3 times today. Refused to ID self or company. Filed complaint with State Attorney General. Not person they are looking for.

I don't have an auto loan with Wells Fargo. I have never had any auto loan of any type whatsoever.

These people are harassing me with debts of a relative of my landlord. I have no affiliation with these people besides renting property from them.

There is no reason they should be calling me on a Sunday Morning and using profanity.

I heard them put the call on speaker. The call center representatives were laughing hysterically. The SUPERVISOR was gleeful that he had me upset and told me to go have a beer and be upset with my landlord because one of his family members is behind on an auto loan.

Absolute scum.

Wells Fargo has ruined the Wachovia name and will not exist much longer.

I am not even two days late and they call like I am 30. 8am to 9pm every half hour. Its absurd!! I know they want their money but geesh I have a 10 day grace period. GRACE!!!I refuse to talk to them, because it goes on record what you said, what they said everything. And that marks you if you try to get something else. Also they are very condescending in their tone. Why are you late, when will you pay. If I had the money I would send it!!!

They are jerks. Lots of idle threats. I made my final payment two weeks late and the caller's opening question was "have we picked up the car yet?". Will never use or recommend Wells Fargo to anyone. $27billion in TARP money and they have the nerve to question people about why they are two weeks late on a payment.

I received a call from a Mary once from this number, then a Daniel twice. The same Wells Fargo Loan Officer, Daniel, once said he was with Wachovia and the second time we spoke he said he was with Wells Fargo Loan Services. He has called every number on my record including my employer and upon my returning the calls, the Wells Fargo Loan offices confirm that my account status is not out of ordinary and that there is no one by the name of Daniel or Mary who would have contacted me as a Wells Fargo Loan Officer. Is this a popular scam under the name Daniel of Wells Fargo Auto Loan or Home Loan services? This Daniel from Wells Fargo makes aggressive calls from this number as well as 407-444-1995. I do not know what else to do but ignore, however its uncomfortable to know that my information can be accessed, mishandled, and so easily abused.

The people on the phone are idiots and rude. Everyone has experienced this. No one in here has even mentioned doing what I did and it works like a charm. Get all of your documentation together or whatever you need, and go to your local WFF office. Its a lot harder for people to be rude to you and call you a liar when they are face to face with you. Plus, they are a lot nicer to begin with because they deal with the public on a daily basis as opposed to these over the phone social misfits.

Then the local office gets to call and deal with these idiots if it's necessary.

Just today between 8am and 11 I've received 8 calls from these dam ppl. I already paid what was due and calls don't stop is ridiculous. Last time they were extremely rude, the guy that called was trying to update my account with the right info when it got updated a few days before. He asked for my work number I refused to give it to them, told him they already have it with that he told me if I want to keep my car to give him the number. They can take the car if they want for something stupid like that but I'll sue them for it cause I'm not late on payments.

Goodness Gracious! One more call from these idiots and I will just drive the car off the edge of a cliff!
So the first time in my life I could not make the car payment in time. My due date was the 16th, they called on the 18th and every two days since then. It's a mcahine, nobody ever speaks, I can't get off their list. What is wrong with these people??? I wish I knew how to disable it!
The worst part: I just made the payment yesterday, but that did not matter, they still called 3 times today already, and it's only 2pm!!! I HATE THEM WITH A PASSION!!!

i don't know who's worst Wells Fargo auto finance or HSBC auto finance in dealing with both of these companies. I would thing by complaning to our every so trusted BBB Better Business Buera would do some thing about these two business and how they do their practices. and i know it is against the law. but if every body started calling them and hang up or don't leave a message in to who they are or reason for the call. WELLS FARGO will complane to the at&t or bellsoth phone company and then they want to remove your phones or end your services. in which this is not right. But in all something really needs to be done with Wells Fargo auto finance company.

This number called our house phone around 5 times a day for a week or so. The thing is, we don't have a loan with this company. They were asking for someone else. We were never there when they called so we just kept getting calls.

They did not let me know that they had tacked on a hidden charge, then when they did they have hounded me 4-6 times a day from several different numbers... Demanding that I tell them the confirmation number the bank gives for the bill pay. They will have the money in two days they can flipping wait.. They were rude when I did answer the call.

They are everywhere!! The first time in 2 years I have missed an auto payment(Dec.) which I emailed them to let them know I would make this up in January and calls are coming from 5 different states so far and at least 8 times a day right now. I put both phones on the do not call list which includes my cell, but it states than it can take 31 days to go into effect and after that they can be reported. I wonder if that's any guarantee!!!!

Wells Fargo calls 4 to 6 times a day. Wells Fargo also calls from 484-895-2000 at least 3 times a day. Never leaves a message

One of the worst days of my life is the day Wells Fargo bought the loan I have from GMAC... I hate this company!!!

Wow, is this really a company that needed taxpayer dollars for a bail out? Shouldn't the government only support companies with some ETHICS! Oh by the way, the CEO gets a multi-million dollar bonus!!!

Wells Fargo is by far the worst Financial institute on this planet!!! My ex-wife financed a vehicle with them and she fell into some hard times. I started making the payments for her until she could get back on her feet. She was caught up and then again had to take a paycut, in the mean time I lost my contract working in Brazil, due to not being able to get my Visa renewed. They keep calling me and harrassing me (to include the place where I work) demanding that I make the payment. I again worked with my ex to help her get caught up. I spoke with a Brandon one day, he said he was the account manager, made a payment and arrangements. The next week this rude woman named Mellisa called demanding more money, I said that I spoke with a Brandon and told her that I would speak with him, she started yelling and said she didn't know a Brandon and I needed to speak with her, I told her our conversation was over, I then overheard her say to Brandon " I am not talking to that F&&king asshole. I asked Brandon why she lied and said that she did not know you and why she said what she did. Of course he had no answer. I had to refresh his memory of our conversation after he denied speaking with me. he said I was lieing to him. Then I gave him his telephone number - extension and name and asked him if he never spoke with me how in the hell did I get all of his contact information. Again he got the senile syndrome. Anyway I requested the documents be sent to so I could review the statements, Brandon refused. I called one of the WF numbers that I had on my caller ID and requested the documents. After I reviewed them, I found that some of the payments that I had made for her they applied to that one month payment and the rest to the loan principle. WF kept saying that she was 2 months behind and that the vehicle was in repossesion stages. I have been trying to fix this problem, everytime they call and I bring this up they hang up on me. I have no idea what the next course of action would be. They are the most arrogant, lieing, ignorant people that I have come across. Good Luck to everyone that are having problems with them, your going to need it.

I think that these people have started taking some dumb pills. I didn't have problems with WF before, but now, they call for anything. I made a payment this morning and they have been calling me all day long. I don't know why their automated systems won't update to stop calling you immediately, but they can start calling you as soon as you don't send a payment on the due date. To Gemma, they are the reason we couldn't get approved for a home loan. They reported one of our payments 30 days late, and was the only current derrogatory mark on our credit in a six month period... now we are having to wait until this payment rolls off before we can get approved for a home loan....

Wells Fargo SUCKS! I have never been so harassed by anyone as I have been by these morons! They start calling BEFORE the payment is due, and if you're even 1 day late, be prepared. They call ALL DAY EVERY DAY!! It is seriously ridiculous. Maybe this company should consider hiring people with a brain, and not these rude idiots that call me every 15 minutes. Most of them can't even complete a correct sentence. I will NEVER finance another car through them! I thought Capital One was bad..they have NOTHING on these waterheads! DO NOT FINANCE AN AUTOMOBILE THROUGH WELLS FARGO!!!!!! You have been warned!

I have had a tough time paying Wells Fargo due to myself and the other person on the loan both losing our jobs. They call me non-stop demanding I pay the loan. One day they called me at least 15 times, once every 30 minutes! Finally I spoke to a gentleman who said he could help me out. He told me that in April I would qualify for a deferred payment. I had a baby in March, meaning I wasn't able to work again and was really looking at the deferred payment as a saving grace. I called them in April and was told I did not qualify! I called the direct line of the person I spoke with and he no longer was at that line! Now since I work for the school district and it's summer I don't work again, which means no paycheck. I've explained this to them and have been told by a MANAGER that I was "too immature and irresponsible" to handle a contract and if I couldn't make the payments I shouldn't have signed the contract. I nicely told the Manager that I had no idea I would be laid off from my job in October when I signed the papers in June!

They are completely unprofessional!

I've tried to refinance my car with them because the economy is making it to hard for me to make my payments on time (my wife lost her job) and they don't want to help me at all... I've told them several times that I am going to return the car to see if maybe they can help me but THEY DON'T CARE!!!

I have the same problem. I knew I was having back surgery and was going to be off work for a while. I called them in advance to defer a payment so I wouldn't get behind and they said no problem, but you have to call when you are 1 day late or we can't do it. So I did what they said, and they said I couldn't. They are liars. They also lost a payment of mine for 7 months and wouldn't credit it even though I faxed and mailed them proof probably 15-20 times. I currently have a complaint pending with the BBB. Don't know if it will do any good or not. If there are any class action attorneys out there, you could make a killing of a case against them for unfair business practices. By the way, their fax number is 800-926-1072.

Wells Fargo. i've had it with the 8:05am and the 8:55pm calls, 2 days after i've paid my bill (and only 1 week late). This time i answered and told them i was going to refinance with my mother, because she pesters me less.

Hi All. I really feel like after reading these posts that we need to do something about the way that Wells Fargo handles business (at least in the auto finance department - I have great customer service with their mortgage department & personal banking) Anyway. In the last year, my fiance and I hit a very rough patch with the purchase of a new home & then not too shortly after, we both were laid off. Unfortunately, our car payments got a little behind. We immediately called to let them know what happened and they said that they would be willing to work with us to make sure we stayed a float. I've never felt so insulted by a company in my life. They did NOTHING to help us except tell us that signing up for their insurance would lower our car payment - their car insurance is $150 MORE than we pay now. So we said no. Ever since then, we've been trying to make the payments as best as we can. In the last 6 months now, we've received over 364 calls from them. With every call, the person gets a little more rude. We set ourselves up on payment plans and was told the calls would stop...they didn't. Yesterday (4/12) was Easter Sunday - guess who called my home 9 times?! They started to call my fiances new place of employment so many times that they threatened to fire him. We told Wells Fargo to stop and the calls did not stop. They ended up having to change his phone # at work. I asked to speak with a manager after we made 3 months worth of payments in one month and the calls STILL continued... I was told the manager would do nothing to help me because we were "irresponsible and immature." From Day 1 - The first day I had lost my job - we made sure to call them to let them know our income was going to change. We tried our best to stay on top of our bills even with both of us laid off for a short time and stay in communication with WF Auto Finance and they still continue to use threats and call us liars. We were told we were 3 months behind, so we paid the 3 months as soon as we both got paid from our new jobs in one lump sum PLUS the payment for that month that was due... According to the calculations we've been keeping, we've paid MORE than we were supposed to...yet the calls still continue...every hour, every day...with threats & demands for money.
They keep NO RECORD of any past conversations - just a heads up. You could call 3 times in one day to this department and they would have no record. Make sure you keep track of every conversation you have with this company AND every payment you make. They are a horrible, horrible department.

I just got done with 2 calls from these guys. I called them. They lack even the basic communication skills. “ I axed you a qezton” They just talk shit on the phone. I asked for a manger or supervisor made 15 times and they said No. They were basically just laughing at me on the other end. Whoever runs this Facility should be Fired Immediately. I was just calling to make a payment and make sure they had the right Insurance Information. They were trying to charge me with Insurance when I already have it and sent them the correct info. I have not paid because they need to adjust the amount. I will never do Business with these guys again. Again the Manger of this center should be Fired!

These people are INSANE and do nothing but harrass!! They call before a payment is even due. They call and say payment has not been made even after a payment has been cashed by them. The calls come from over 50 different numbers that I have noticed. I do not answer any calls from them anymore. It doesn't matter what I say or prove anyways they think they are always right. Their left hand does NOT know what their right hands are doing. I am paying off this loan ASAP and I guarantee they will still call me after loan is paid in full just like they do when I am current with my loan and payment has been made. If they need to say something to me they can leave a darn message!! WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE CAN KISS MY BUTT!!!!

Yup these wells fargo people really can bugggg... they will leave spanish messages talking about call us back. they need to make these calls once the due date and grace period are pass due... In the mean time chill out wells fargo until we really miss our payment then buggg for your money dont be scared....

My GOD these people have commandeered EVERY phone number in the world! And not only THAT, but even IF you DID answer their call and make arrangements, it DOESN'T MATTER! THEY KEEP you on their autodialer ANYWAY, calling you starting at 8am then EVERY TWO HOURS straight till 9 pm at night SEVEN DAYS A WEEK INCLUDING ON HOLIDAYS until they get your payment! Harassing people like this DOES NOT make us come up with our payment ANY sooner, you scumbags!

Wells Fargo calls me all the time on my cell phone. I do have a car loan with them but I told them once before that I don't talk to recordings and if it's an actual person, then leave me a message. Basically, I don't answer the phone anymore unless family is calling me. I have about 10 different phone numbers all from Wells Fargo on my cell phone missed calls list.

Time to start looking to move my loan to someone else if I can.
