How do I stop them from calling?

at 1147 am,411pm, and 450pm i received restricted calls from another number i believe to be from a local us cellular phone. i too have us cellular and my number is 417 531 2157. if you could please find out the number of this individual it'll be greatly appreciated. call, text, or email me at chris512131@yahoo.com
