Who Called Us

They called, I went a long with it. Gave them fake credit card information when they requested my information. The dude seemed satified, said he will call back when he has lowered my interest. Two weeks, no call back from him.

They called my business today. They knew my first name, but didn't want to state up front who they were. The caller ID said "HEALTH ALERT", yet when I told them the owner was with a customer, they said that they were calling about our merchant (credit card machine) account and that they would call back later. I explained that our number takes no solicitation over the phone and the guy said it was not a solicitation, but it sure looks like it was to me....

HEALTH ALERT? How many health alerts happen in one day? These people call 3 times per day, every day! Around meal times, so they think you'd be home or something. I do not have ANY credit cards, so no rate lowering here. They don't leave me a voicemail about this important crisis for my health so I say effyuseekay them!

was not home when call came through but caller id says Health Alert. Did not call back.

First time receiving this call. Sounded like white noise, so I hung up.

Caller ID saya not a collector, but leaves no message, New Tactic for collectors?

i just got a call on my house number.. when i answered, it was a recording about lowering my credit card something or another. i pressed 1 to speak to a representative to ask to be taken off the list. after 2 minutes of ringing, a man answered "hey baby". I said "excuse me?"... he then said "wow you sound very attractive, do you have big boobies?". i said, "im going to report this number". his response. 'report to who?". then i hung up. who do i report to?

What did we do before caller ID! I am on the "do not call" registry and it doesn't mean squat! It's kind of like reporting "spam", a moment of gratification for pushing that button, but "0" results. What the heck?

Getting these automated calls at my work. (see below for description). When you press "1" and speak to an operator, if you question them at all about why they are calling, they act rude and hang up on you...

Spelling FAIL. Marketing strategies WIN.

Sign up for Google Voice and have your call screened. I do and these callers will hang up because they know if they state their ID you won't answer their calls anyway. So my phone never ring. Then you can block their call id from Google Voice. However, they'll try with a different number because with call made over the internet, they can fake the call id. I think these are scammers are foreigners like the Nigerian scam, since they misspell their ids, and calling over the internet is free or really cheap these days.

An automated telemarketing message 'Hello, don't be alarmed, but this is your final warning about lowering your interest rates'... [I hung up here]

GEEZ ONCE AGAIN THESE DUDS CALL SAME PHONE NUMBER. YESTERDAY WITH THAT CRAP NOT A COLLECTER WHICH SHOULD BE SPELLED ""COLLECTOR"" NOW THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELVES SO DARN CORNY AS GORILLA COLLECTER. COLLECTOR SPELLED INCORRECT YET WHOM IS THE GORILLA? MUST BE 1 OR PERHAPS ALL OF THEM. SPOOKING ALL OF US WHOM RECEIVED THEIR KNUCKLEHEAD CALLS.

I'm back because I just called the 800 number he gave me and it is a porno number! If anyone gives you 800-622-7477 don't call it!

When I answered the phone I asked the person on the line what company it was he just continued spouting off their nonsense about lowering my rates. When I asked him if he was listening to me he was very rude. When I asked him his name he said it was Ben Dover. Rude people calling on cell phones - there should be a law against it and it shouldn't be that we have to be on a do-not-call list or that we have to "opt out"!

I WISH THAT THESE PEOPLE WOULD STOP CALLING,I DONT HAVE THE TIME TO ANSWER THE PHONE ALL DAY LONG BY THE WAY MY PHONE NUMBER IS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-PUBLISHED, AND AFTER ALL I AM PAYI NG THE DAM BILL AND I SHOULD HAVE THE SAY SO OF WHO I WANT TO CALL ME,ITS EVERY DAY AND NIGHT ,UNKNOWN NAME,UNKNOWN NUMBER, NOT A COLLECTOR, VEHICLE WARRANTY, DISH NETWORK,CREDIT CARD , ETC,ETC, IVE BEEN IN GOOD MIND TO GET MY PHONE DISCONNECTED AND THAT WAY NO ONE WILL CALL TO BOTHER ME.

This call was from an agency that purported to be "Card Services" stating that "due to your great payment history we would like to talk to you about lowering your interest rate". After pressing 1 to get the agent, the company name was listed as "Press 1 to lower your payment". When I asked which account this was related to I was told "all of your accounts". When I replied that "This did not make sense to me" the agent hung up.

I called back a perfered marketing list you can be removed "from"?

This is a Auto warranty call. I called the number back and got a pre-recorded message saying "Thanks for calling back" and gave an option of pressing 1 to be put on their do not call list.

Calling all hours, never identifies by leaving a message. Disable, with limited income, and I feel groceries more important then wasting what little I have returning all these damn long distance calls!

If anyone knows who the caller is, I would sincerely appreciate any information. Thank you for your time and any information, Annoyed
