How do I stop them from calling?

This number has called 3 time the last time I answered the phone Senator Rieds whore House You pay them you lay them.
They hung up
2 calls so far on a Sunday, they hang up when answering machine answers.
Calls 3-4 times per day, So I called back multiple times, always the mailbox is full. Finally I was able to answer it and it was a male caller who asked my name, and said something about childcare then hung up on me. I don't even have children.
calls 2x a day on my cell but only rings maybe 1/2 ring so i can't pick up. when i call back it says the mailbox is full and that's it. once i called back and got a person just breathing on the line but didn't say anything and 'they' just hung up.
Called twice. Left no message the first time. Husband answered the 2nd time. The guy asked for me by name but when my husband asked who was calling the guy mumbled something and hung up.
