How do I stop them from calling?

was on our caller id when we got home.. tried to call back..no answer/machine. looked up on this.. obviously it's a scam..if she is from wells fargo, it would have said.
Called, our fax machine picked up and didn't leave a message.

I also received this call..and she did not leave a message. very annoying.
Got this on a Saturday, she was selling some sort of accidental death mortgage insurance from wells fargo bank. Her name came up in the ID, why not Well's Fargo Bank? Maybe it was a scam,who knows.
