Call came from Narragansett, Rhode Island to Kansas at 19:06 hours CDT on 02Aug2010. Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said "Unavaible". Well, I was "Unavaible" too.
I did not pick up because I didn't recognize the number. They they left a message - from Mark Spencer president of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association supporting Susan Bittersmith for Congress.
Call came from Narragansett, Rhode Island to Kansas by land line at 13:06 hours CDT on 02Aug2010. Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said Unknown, but other sites advise political message.
Rang twice before I could pick up. Caller had already hung up.

I have researched a little and some folks say that this is a political fundraising number and that it autodials people.
If there are not enough telemarketers available to "ask your opinion about the upcoming election' it automatically hangs ups.
