1st time called on Apr.7.2009
Was Called at 9pm MST, with a lady's voice said "hello" and I heard loud music and an Asian lady in the background.

Have fun with it!

Answer machine one. No one said any thing and hung up phone. Someone needs to do something with these nut cakes. We are paying our phone bills for what, to be disturbed with nutties on the phone. Come on AT&T and all others do something NOW>

I am getting calls from them everyday for the last month or more. I have a zapper and when my answering machine answers they hang up the zapper doesn't cut them off. If I answer they hang up immediately. Today I called the number back told them to quit calling my house. She asked for my phone number and said she would remove it but it would take up to 4 days. I am on the do not call list so I don't know what is up I should have asked what the company is but didn't.

7/11/08- Just received a call from this number and it said under the number: "FUTUREMARKET TE" I never answered the call.

If this is a fund raising organization for a charity, their approach is VERY STUPID!

This number has appeared several times on caller ID. We never answer it and caller never waits to leave a message. Calls seem to always come in around 9:30-10:00 a.m.

They asked for my wife and hung up when I asked what was it about. However, if it is indeed from the American Diabetes Association, they really are asking that all you do is take 12 pre-addressed envelopes around to your neighbors, put stamps on them, and enclose a sheet to ask the neighbors to drop off any donation or the envelope in your mail box and then mail all of the envelopes back to them. Essentially, you make a $5.00 donation in stamps and try to get some of your neighbors to donate to the ADA. My son contracted diabetes at the age of 10, 10 years ago. This way, a large portion of the donation money actually goes to the ADA, not the outfit hired to do the telemarketing. I did it once. You should consider it, since diabetes is now at epidemic levels.

I answered and asked for the woman's name who called, Kay Davis by the way. The proceeded to ask for her home number so I could call her at an inconvenient time. She refused to supply the number and tried to proceed with the sales pitch. I said that you got my name and number w/o my permission and calling, so gimme a number that I can call to return the favor. Still wouldn't give number, I kept insisting...fair is fair. Went on for about 5 minutes and told them to never call me again...then I hung up.

I called the number back and a woman answered and said "Customer Service". When I asked what company I was calling, she said "customer service for the American Diabetes Association". I politely asked to have my number taken off of their calling list, and she said she would do so. I had to give her my number, and she was very courteous. I'm hoping the calls stop now.

I have calls from 361-992-3060 (6/12/2008), 361-992-3033 (6/11/2008), 361992-3070 (6/10/2008). There are multiple calls from some of the numbers, but my caller id only records one. I have reported them on the do not call registry. Since this registry began with bush and the calls are coming from tx., I really don't have much faith.

Call me at least once every day for over a week now. I took someone's advice and called the American Diabetes Foundation to be placed on their do not call and no mailing list...I also told them it was because of this Futuremarket Telemarketers Company calling me continually. The attendant was very kind and apologized, taking my information, however, it will be 6-8 weeks before they can assure me the calls and mailings will be disontinued? Whatever

I just called the American Diabetes Association at 1-800-DIABETES (1-800-342-2383) and they have an option to remove your name from their mailing list. I had to wait quite a while for a representative but she took my information and removed me from all mailings and phone calls. If you call, be sure & let them know that you are removing yourself because of the Futuremarket Telemarketing calls.

I suggest calling the American Diabetes Association (800) 342-2382 (be polite!). Futuremarket seems to be another low-life high pressure "screw you" operation, and if ADA wants that kind of approach then they have gotten the last dime of my money they will ever see. I am always a bit amazed and how brain dead some groups are after I donate money to them. Instead of appreciating my effort on their behalf, far too many of them see it as a license to abuse me with solicitation campaigns which had to cost every penny I donated and then some. Not exactly what I wanted the money to go for! And then the worst of them sell my information to other parasites on a list of "gullible fools who will give you money"! I'm not saying ADA is guilty of all of these things, but these Futuremarket slimeballs are certainly a step down that path!

I've tried everything - even wrote to the ADA to tell them to stop contracting with these people. I think I am going to start blowing an air horn into the phone every time they call now.

I've been getting calls from this number, and also -3060, up to 3 times per day for the past few weeks. Their end must be voice activated. When I pick up and say nothing the call disconnects after a few seconds.

I got a call from this number on 4/22 @ 8:14 PM. Nobody answered. I called back and a girl answered. When I asked who she was, I got hung up on. I called back on my cell phone with my number blocked and all I got was the answering machine. Of course I couldn't leave a message because the voice mail box was full. The caller ID says Futuremarket. I'm calling back tomorrow and the next if I have too until I speak to someone!!

I called the number back to request they stop calling me. Woman answered with a very pleasant, but vague "Customer Service. Can I help you?" I asked to be added to their do not call list, and she very kindly added me to the list and told me it may take 2 days for it to kick in. All very pleasant. Now, time will tell whether she was being honest, but I tend to take people at face value until proven otherwise.

I am tired of these people calling all the time. If its for a charity, they would save a lot by just putting there money into the charity instead of calling all the time. They don't even leave a message on the answering machine.

I contacted this organization on March 12, and requested that they not call, as I am on the Do Not Call list. They said they would remove my phone number. Apparently, they lied to me as they called again on March 18. Neither time did I answer the phone, as I do not answer calls from numbers that I do not know. No message was left either time of their call.

03/09/08. On behalf of my elderly parents I registered their number at the donotcall.gov then sent and email to the president and vice president of Future Market fticentral.com and asked them to remove my parents number from their computer generated list. My parents are disabled and getting to the phone is difficult enough as it is but even more aggravating to go through that trouble to find it's a telemarketer calling. I will continue to send emails until they stop getting the phone calls. After 31 days I can then start registering complains with donotcall.gov.

I called thte number back, spoke to a young man and asked him to remove me from his list. He said he was calling for the American Diabetes Associaton.

Because they're calling on behalf of a charity, being on the "Do not call list" doesn't work. I've sent an email to the president of Future Markets, AND I emailed someone at the ADA. BOTH of them wrote back asking me for my number so they could remove it from their system.

The Future Market president sent the very same song and dance that she sent to everyone else -- the ADA finds telemarketing cost-effective, blah blah blah. I responded that, basically, it's not cost-effective if they're pissing potential donors off by hanging up on them.

Being on the DNC list doesn't stop them; they're legally allowed to call. Only either calling them back or emailing them will help.

Have been getting calls from "Futuremarket Telemarketing" for several days now. They use several numbers starting with (361) 992-30XX

They called us today @ 8 p.m and my mom picked up the fone (she doesnt speak English). They told my mom something about credit card and my mom was worry if that call from some MARKET and someone tried to stole her credit card # and that's why the MARKET call her.

They call 4 times a day in the morning, then in the evening. Sometimes even after 9:00 pm in my time zone. Call Sunday early morning. They call and the last two digits can be dif, 3060; 3063; 3033 in the last few days alone. Too bad, we donated to Diabetes and cancer assn last year, so do not call list wont work. And non-prof's dont work for that either. Comcast offers call decline for up to 12 numbers. This is now one of them, dial *60 to activate.

Caller requested a person who we know to have had the number before it was issued to our business. We get MANY collection calls for this person.

I have verizon and yes I pay a little more than the other cable and internet companies.
But they do have something called CALL BLOCK. It is only offered from verizon.
When active the caller will get a message that you will not receive calls from this number.

I added this number to my CALL BLOCK list and I have not recived any calls from this number in about a week.

I called the number 361 992 3070 and it was customer service for diabetis marketing services.
I was getting 5 to 10 calls a day and they were all hang ups. I told them to take my name of the list and was told it would take 3 to 5 working days. Today is Jan 15 2008

After weeks of calls from them, last night I emailed their president (semch@fticentral.com) and politely requested to be removed from their call list. I received the following email in response, though don't yet know if the calls will actually stop. I received another call today, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, since she notes it takes 24-48 hours for removal.

Just recv'd my first call from these people. After 'Googling' the phone number I came across all these forums with people complaining about this company. I called the number back (since I didn't answer when they called me) and requested to be put on their do not call list. Said it would take 3 buisness days. Guess I'll see what happends!

I have received several calls from this number in the last week. I called them today and insisted they take me off their list. I have received 7 calls so far from this outfit, sometimes twice a day. Since I don't pick up when my Call ID shows something like a telemarketer (I'm on the Do Not Call list!), I don't know what they have to say. But after "Googling" the name, I know now who is behind it. I am a diabetic, but I abhor the methods the ADA uses to raise funds. They made a big mistake when they hired these leeches. Who would contribute funds to pests like this? They are digging their own graves.

After a whole week of calls, once a night between 10 pm and 3:30 AM!!!!! I finally had enough, 1) reported to donotcall.com 2) called ADA and asked them to remove me from call list- they told me they would in 6-8 WEEKS! It's all BS, but what else can we do?!?!?!

Called on 7/13/07. No message left on voicemail.

Just called today ... no message ... just the number appearing in my caller ID window.

I didn't recognize this number so I googled it...I got a call from someone claiming to be from the American Diabetes Assoc. yesterday, but it sounded like a recording so I hung up. Coincidence?

They called me on behalf of the American Diabetes Association. They ask your to send out fund raising mailers to your neighbors. It appears that they have called using other numbers with the same area code and exchange.

Annoying, skanky telemarketer from Texas keeps calling. Futuremarket: shut your doors and knock it off.

Verizon & ATT allow the calls because they want YOU to subscribe to Call Blocking Service which is a service they sell for &.95 a month.

These Phone company Marketing Execs have no "ethics" either. They know exactly who is calling on their networks. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & FTC.

Saw the caller ID and I answered "Take us off your list please!" and they hung up.

I don't answer them but they keep calling and calling and calling ....

SOLITITATION FROM CHARIETY. I think AT&T Bell south is paying to have these calls made.

I was called this AM, to me it is a scam, wanted money for some something, that is when i told the woman, never to call here again,if they call again i'm reporting to out AG.

Its now the fourth call at night. I have reported them. last was 5-15-07 at 8:30pmish . no message on answering machine - hang up.

This number called several times and claims to be representing the American Diabetes Association, wanting me to put stamps on letters, collect the money and send it to them. I've done some research and it seem that it does collect money for the ADA but only about 30% actually gets to the charity. I've got an email in to the ADA to see what they have to say.

FUTUREMARKET TE called at 8:30 pm, saying they were from the American Diabetes Association, not asking for money, but for 5 stamps to send out letters.

Futuremarket Telecenter, INC actually does call on behalf of major non-profit organizations. I know b/c I used to work there! It is exempt from DO NOT CALL b/c it calls on behalf of non-profit orgs. All you have to do is ask them to remove your number and they are obligated to. The American Diabetes Assoc. campaign is much like the March of Dimes where you ask your neighbors for donantions on your behalf...it's all LEGIT!

They CLAIMED to be with the American Diabetes Assn, but are NOT... I am a diabetic and it pissed me off that they would use this tactic.. my caller ID showed them as FUTUREMARKET TE... WHAT A BUNCH OF SNAKES !!!

I too have received numerous calls from FUTURETELEMARKET TE. From this site I learned they are soliciting for the American Diabetes Society. So I e-mailed the Diabetes Society. They acknowledge that they are responsible and will take my name off their list. Everyone should e-mail or call them at askada@diabetes.org or 1-800-DIABETES and ask for your name to be removed. Perhaps if they get enough calls they will stop these methods.

This call came in yesterday. Said that they were from the American Diabetes Association and wanted me to stamp envelopes, send request for donations to my friends and acquaintances and when the money comes in send it back to them. Asked if anyone in my family had diabetes. Hate these people. I am also on the do not call list.

This outfit calls ALL the time...even on the weekend. I never answer it and never will since I don't answer calls where I don't recognize the number. They never leave a message. Annoying to say the least.

Ok. I too had these calls several times a day. I sent an email to this address (privacy@diabetes.org) that I found on the ADA website with my name and telephone number and asked them to take me off their call list and not to distribute my name and number to anyone else. I received a nice note apologizing for the inconvience. The calls from futuremarket te have stopped. Hooray!!

CALLS ON CALLER ID BUT NOTHING ON ANSWERING MACHINE

Caller ID shows Future Market, TE. Called the past two days but left no message.

We have recieved many calls from FutureMarket TE at 361-992-3033 and 361-992-3055. No one answers on the other end, but the line isn't dead either. It's disturbing. We are on the national do not call list and I'm wondering why this is happening.

They continue to call weekly. Not sure what they are.

Should have mentioned, since they are not a commercial telemarketer, they are exempt from the no-call registry.

These peple call us about 2 times a day. Their official name is Futermarket Telecenter Inc. They are a fundraising telemarketer for charitable organizations in cluding the American Lung Association and the American Cancer Society. Caller ID shows Futuremarket. When ansered, there is no connection. Calls come in several times a day from 9 am to 9 pm. how can someone afford to just harass people who do not want to deal with them?

These annoying daily phone calls at dinner time are now coming from 3 different numbers, 361-992-3070, 361-992-3055 & 361-992-3054. They're Futuremarkets, a huge telemarketer, calling on behalf of the American Diabeties Association. I went to diabetes.org and selected what's happening locally. There was a listing of local contacts. I'm sending an e-mail to the local director complaining about the marketing programing and including a link to this web site. I suggest everyone who receives these annoying calls do the same.

The big problem is that you can’t dial 911 when someone is ringing your phone. Imagine losing a loved one because Sally Emch wants to make prank calls. There is no point to her calls. She’s not selling anything or raising any kind of funds. She’s calling you and hanging up. And, that’s illegal because it’s a very real safety issue.

Oddly, the media and government agencies have seen this website, yet they unanimously remain unconcerned. In essence, they are supporting Ms. Emch’s cause – whatever that is. Obviously, Sally is being funded because it costs quite a lot to run telemarketing systems. If she’s not making money, where are her funds coming from?

You know that she’s undermining the fundraisers that actually do good things for people. Yet, after reviewing several of the WHOCALLED.US web pages, it seems they are ALL in on her cause – whatever that is. Making prank calls is a way of saying something without saying it. This number was on my caller ID for Nov 15th at 1:59 pm Central Time. No one was here to answer and no message was left on the answering machine. It just showed up Corpus Chri, Tx and the number 361-992-3070.

- 361-992-3033 = Called on 8th November 2006 at 3:41 PM = (361) 992 3033. I answered and said "Hello?" repeatedly, but no one was on the other end. I called and customer service answered from a 4th ring only. Looks like their company name is "Futuremarket" (?). They are listed at WHOCALLED.US whocalled.us. I reported them to DONOTCALL.GOV donotcall.gov . They called again, from a different phone number: 361-992-3070 on 9th of November 2006 at 4:16 PM = (361) 992 3070. They were asked to remove our phone number from their calling list and we reported them to donotcall.gov again. Yet they called again!!! This time from 361-992-3055 right the next day on 10th November 2006 at 2:55 PM. The female voice admitted calling us from three different phone numbers.

11/2/06 Re: 361-992-3070. Caller ID gave the phone number. When I answered, the man apologized saying that he didn't realize he was calling a business. I dialed the number back; it was answered, "Customer Service for American Diabetes Association". Our zipcode is 30269.

These people call at LEAST 3 times a week - at 9:30AM even on weekends. They even call 2 or 3 times a day too. Our number is even on donotcall.gov too. I answered and finally got someone. Asked them to take us off their call list. We'll see if they listen!!

I called them back with Skype and an answering machine said that if you were calling because their number was on your caller ID, they were calling on behalf of a major non-profit organization which is exempt from the no call list. If you leave your name and number, they'll take you off their list (yeah, right).

They would call everyday even on the weekends. Finally had enough and answered. The other end of the phone would ring then they would pick up and a forein accent claimed to be with the American Diabetes Association. They wanted me to collect money for them and mail it to them. YEAH RIGHT!!
