I found this site by accident. Quite interesting to find a lot of people have nothing to do but complain and complain, bitch and bitch! I know this company you speak of. And yes they are calling you on behalf of ADA! It is all for a very good cause, though the agents calling do not get any money from it. However, they do get bonuses for every volunteer. They ask you to volunteer, not ask for money over the phone. By the way, the company has moved from the location listed here. In the future, just ask them not to call you back!

I have gotten calls from them in the past and advised that I was on the DNC list. It stops them for awhile and then they start up again. I think they should change the National Do Not Call List to the National Do Call List. It seems like we signed up and are receiving more calls then ever now. The list is a joke. I finally decided to call the number back, and the person answered said "Customer Service", I asked her what company it was for the reply was .."on behalf of the America Diabetes Association". I asked to be placed on their do not call list, she politely took care of it right then and there. I asked her how they got my number, she was very nice and said a lot of times the number gets in their auto dialer from someone donating from that number, or someone helping mail out items. She asked if anyone signed up in the home to do that. I said no, also this is a cell phone not a home phone. She said I honestly do not have an answer for that, is it a new number for you. I said no I've had if for several years. But she informed me it would be less than 48 hrs to remove me from their system. JOY!

This scum has called at least two times a day for the past six weeks. If I answer with my regular (male) voice, no one answers. If I feign a female voice, someone picks up right away. I have demanded they remove me from their call list to no avail. With so many complaints, why can't the FCC close them down? They are the greediest scum of the earth preying on stupid American sympathies. May the company & all it's employees burn in hell.

This number has been calling for the last four weeks three to five times a day - morning to night. No message is ever left on voicemail.

I received a call from them while I was talking to my Dad; Dad was on a fishing trip in Canada with my Uncle Pete. The weather was a little chilly and damp but the fishing was great! They rented a row boat and found a good fishing spot. They caught their limit in a matter of hours, Uncle Pete said we better mark this spot so we can find it again. So he takes a can of spray paint and puts an X on the floor of the row boat. My Dad laughed at him and said; "You idiot, what if we don't get the same boat next time"

I have been receiving calls from these *%^holes for two weeks. I have never answered and they do not leave a message on the answering machine. Good to know they are supposedly from a diabetic association. Still will not consider giving them anything after reading the comments.

Keep getting 361-992-3060 on my caller id, but don't answer phone - states Futuremarket TE - I guess telemarketing.

Both our home phone and our business phone get calls from this entity, displayed on Caller ID as FUTUREMARKET TE. I've even received a call from them on our cell phone. If I decide to answer, there is nothing on the line when I pick up. There's no dial tone, either, but the line seems empty. I have no idea who this entity is or what is the purpose of these annoying calls, but I have decided from now on not to respond to any calls with this ID. Unlike the posted messages from other victims, all I ever get with these people is dead air. Maybe it's an autodial malfunction, but I wonder: if FutureMarket is billing its clients for calls made, and when the victim answers to dead air, they probably bill their client as a completed call. Whatever it is, it's a rip-off. Being on the DO NOT CALL list does nothing to stop this sort of thing.

if you call the number back you can leave a message with your phone number and they say it will be removed in 2-3 days. The message states that they are a non-profit but did not identify.

This is a business-to-business company and they are hired by non-profits to solicit on their behalf. It's telemarketing fundraising. The best way to stop the calls is to complain to the non-profits that use their services, not to the company that's being paid to make these calls. If you go to their site, you see under their services is "Automated Messaging Calls" and under that is says "chase or follow up." Obviously, that's what the computer does, it "chases" you!!! Every time you get a call from Futuremarket, call one of THEIR clients to complain, you might get off their list that way. Here are some of the non-profits that hired Futuremarket:

Suggestion... (included with Windows operating system) Set your computer up to recieve faxes after 6 or 8 rings (or longer than it takes for you to reach your phone)...When the telemarketers call .. they get that annoying beeeeep!! and then promptly remove your number from thier list as they assume it is a dedicated fax line. I only got 1 call from this org. to my FAX !! Ha Ha !! This seems to work for just about all telemarketers and then you need not bother answering and it is easy enough to delete a fax at your liesure if they end up sending one.

These folks have been calling repeatedly for some weeks. Claim to "not be asking for money." Ask us to mail solicitations for them. I have asked to be added to their "do not call" list, but no luck.

FYI, the Federal "Do Not Call " rule DOES cover calls from "For Profit" solicitors calling for charitable organizations. Company such as Futuremarket which is a "for profit" entity representing a charitable client cannot call you if you are on the "Do Not Call" list.

Essentially, if a telemarketer represents a charitable organization, they can continue to make solicitous phone calls. They can call Monday thru Sunday 8AM to 9PM.

Called a little after 9am on Monday morning. CID said "Texas" I've received calls from them before and will try to report to DNC list.

I'm also on no call list. What good does it do when they still call? I just don't answer but it's aggravating all the same.

I've contacted two of the companies that use this telemarketer and informed them that this company is iritating potential donors and driving them away. Any other ideas to stop this harrassment?

These jerks continue to call even after they say I'll be removed from their call list after 48 hours. If you call their number when they're not there, you get bs about being exempt from the do not call list because they are a non profit group. It's harrassment and I'll report them to the BBB, FTC, and anyone else I get think of. If we all start doing this these idiots will get the message. It's probably coming from Mexico anyway with a Texas area code cell number.

Got this call while away from home. My number is not listed and only had it 5 days. Who is this??

5 calls in the last 6 days from these jokers!! I told them to take me off the list! We will see what happens.

This outfit refuses to stop calling. Told them 3 times now to take me off the list and that I am on the do not call list.

What is the next best step?

Home from 3 day vacation & found them on my caller Id 5 times with no message on machine

out of control telemarketer. Seems all these guys are from either Texass or Florida. Two Bush states.

called received this evening, Sun, Dec 3, 2007; at 9 pm, no message left.

Will someone please kill these bastards! Remove their intestines and feed them to your dog, please! They call at very bad times and I want them dead! Please ask Putin to poison them, OK? Please?

Looking futher, that number / name does show up as a business listing in Corpus Cristi.

Several auto-generated calls from 361-992-303x (w/ "Futuremarket Te" as the caller-id) and finally saw something different! One from 361-992-3037 had a caller-id of "Steve J Griffin." Hope this helps.

I called them and they told me they were a non-profit org. that was exempt from the national do not call list.

Wanted us to cover the cost of stamps to send out Diabetes information. Seems to be the same place as 361-992-3070.

6:58 pm monday evening. I get a phone call from this company called Future Telemarketers Inc. In the call they state that they are calling on behalf of the American Diabetes Assoc. asking for a donation. The cockyness of these idiots asking for money! I have asked them not to call me ever again or I will report them to the FTC. The goverment needs to do more to prevent these morons from calling my home when my number is not even registered!

I have been getting this call for about three weeks, when answered I get dead air.

Here is my theory: I'm a guy and get dead air... my wife answers and they speak. I think they know guys are most likely not to donate. So they wait for a female to pick up. Next time they call I’ll use my best female voice and mess with them.

When they were talking to my wife they were trying to get money from her. The voice on the other side could barely speak English.

361-992-3033 = Called on 8th November 2006 at 3:41 PM = (361) 992 3033. I answered and said "Hello?" repeatedly, but no one was on the other end. I called and customer service answered from a 4th ring only. Looks like their company name is "Futuremarket" (?). They are listed at WHOCALLED.US whocalled.us. I reported them to DONOTCALL.GOV donotcall.gov . They called again, from a different phone number: 361-992-3070 on 9th of November 2006 at 4:16 PM = (361) 992 3070. They were asked to remove our phone number from their calling list and we reported them to donotcall.gov again. Yet they called again!!! This time from 361-992-3055 right the next day on 10th November 2006 at 2:55 PM. The female voice admitted calling us from three different phone numbers.

2 calls today. When the answering machine answers, they just hangup. No message.

You know I loved to "play" with these telemarketers. By doing voice impersonations they hang up pretty quick! But still these people are pretty, freaken, annoying.

Been getting this one all week. ID = 'TEXAS'. I'd love to be able to just block the number forever.

This is a predictive dialer run by Future Market Telecenter on behalf, obstensibly, the American Diabetes Association. All I ever get is dead air. I called back (to another of their numbers = the mailbox for this one was full) and requested to be put on their Do Not Call list. I am already registered with the National DNC. It seems that filing a complaint with the FTC is the only recourse, as the law seems unclear about the use of predictive dialers for non-profits when no pre-recorded message is used.

Call came in on my work phone. Didn't answer, left no message.

Received call and they hung up when answering machine picked up. Automated bull. This is why I screen everything.

Have received a number of calls from this number and other numbers listed as Texas. This phone number appears on caller ID.

I have been receiving computer generated telecommunication calls from Futuremarket Te showing different phone numbers. I traced it back and talked twice to a supervisor. They are wanting a donation of $28.50. I told them DO NOT call me agiain and the next day I get another phone call. This is BS and the Feds should look into their practices.

I get a lot of hang ups from this company, although from different numbers and cities in Texas.
