Said that banks offer them different rates due to their different programs.
Also said that i didn't have to give any information out, just tell them that I wanted to be enrolled.
They were going to send out documents for me to sign and return. Also mentioned to close my credit card accounts to not to get more debt accumulated.
Their phone was an internet computer phone with a bad connection. then I was suspicious.
I asked for the name, and the man said that their company name is "Debt free lifestyle today"
started to laugh because I wasn't up for his scam.

called me at 9:53, was a recording about credit card services! Called back at 11:35, same name and number saying I had won a free home security system!! Annoying jerk!!

They called my office in Ontario Canada. Like others, I got the friendly automated voice of Erika. she told me to dial 1 if I wanted to speak to a live agent.
A man's voice came on asking if I dialed 1 to lower my interest rates. I told him no, I dialed 1 to speak to a live agent. He hung up!
