left message on my voice mail: nonstop flute-like sounds for 3:34 min
"Congratulations! Because you paid your bill on time we have entered your name in our sweepstakes. If you win, we will lower your interest rate!"
I pressed ***** got a person who congratulated me. I told them to take me off their list. "oh, so you don't want to lower your interest rates?" I said no, I'd like you to take me off your list. Click.
I just got pranked from this number
CNAM, credit card scammers
I manage to keep the scammers on the phone for an hour and five minutes. Acting like I was just off the chicken truck. Then I laughed really big telling him you can't make money this was and click he was gone. What else am I going to do laid up, can't walk, but I can have fun with the low life scammers.

another call from this number. I answered and pushed 3 to discontinue calls from them. it never works though. on the do not call for over 6 months. but still keep getting calls
I got two calls from these scumbags in less than an hour. Both times it was a recording, "Congratulations! Because you paid your bill on time we have entered your name in our sweepstakes. If you win, we will lower your interest rate!"
Yeah right. And the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus have a love child together named Shrek.
Can somebody please put these people out of business.
This scammer has a different approach from Rachel. Recorded female voice says "Because you pay your bills on time..."--at which point I hung up. I'm really sick of these calls.
The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.
Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.
Told me I had problems with my credit card. Yea right. The balance is 0
I put them on speaker phone and recorded our "conversation"... funny how they hung up on me... they had my number (not sure how, as I'm on the do not call list and it's unpublished)... he even repeated it to me (with his heavy accent)... I told him to cease and desist, that I've never done business with them and they have no business calling me.. I also suggested he find a new job... well, if they bug me again, I have a record....
Right away, Ms. Huntley ... We'll get your number off that list that we don't keep because we're not using one in the first place to blast entire cities with our crappy calls. Not to worry, we can magically determine which phone numbers you would like us to not disturb from an anonymous comment on a mystery call website we are not reading and do not control in any way.
Jenn, since we are scammers often hiding behind spoofed numbers, shell companies, and international borders, we don't care one hoot about your puny Telemarketing Sales Rule or your DNC number registrations or your whiny pleas to quit calling you. If you can't find us you can't sue us under TCPA ... so there, bleeaahh!
People, whatever you do, please don't report every single violative call from us and our kin to the FTC and attorneys general. We might one day get our call center doors locked behind us like several other credit reprice scam firms have since 2010, and then we would all be out of work! We might even be forced to pay back people we've suckered out of their money for some bogus credit repair plan. Dear lord, I heard some peers in our business might be relocated to prison! You don't want us jobless do you?! You can't expect us to wear orange jumpsuits and pick up your highway trash, can you? We could get a nasty sunburn or worse!
I am on the DNC list take me off your list please.
MAC Marketing firm
Am getting sick of receiving these calls. Always using different phone numbers These people are breaking the law. They must be punshied!!!
I am SO sick of these people calling my unlisted, unpublished (and on the Do Not Call List) number. I don't own any credit cards, nor do I want to own any credit cards. We tell them time and time again to stop calling us yet they continue to call. I thought the DNC list would prevent these losers from constantly calling. I guess not...
Caller ID said "Customer Service" and the voicemail said "for more offers press 3" and ended.
lower CC interest rates BS
Credit card services. Have asked them to quit calling me. Wants to lower my interest rate, but when you start talking to them they say I don't owe enough on my credit card to lower my rates.

refused to give any other info just she was a pre-qualifier and then hung up on me.
this company won't even let you complain to them if you ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on you, if you ask them to stop calling they hang up, i've recieved 4 calls today alone from them and foled 3 complaints to the do not call registry.
I just got a call from this number too. I didn't answer because I don't know who this is. The name came up as Card Services.
Very annoying!
credit card lower your rates scam. Spoke to James Macwell
We have been receiving scam calls from many different numbers about lowering your credit card rates. It seems to be a widely experienced scammer from somewhere else that tried to get your card numbers for illicit activities. I'm guessing this is their latest number since any numbers I come back and check later when they are not listed end up getting hundreds of people saying that's what it is a month later.
