JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Called about taking survey and receiving two free cruise tickets, yes started off with boat horn, survey seemed to be medical related, what was the point, any companies represented by the call or mentioned would not receive my business now or in the future appears to be a shady way of advertising. Very strange, will not be accepting calls from them in the future, placed block on my phone. They did not ask for any card or credit information
We will send you free airline tickets if you will just give us your credit card numbers, bank account number, ssn, address and first born.
Several calls now, the recording always starts with a boat horn. Calls have been made to my cell phone number.
Yet another phone number from the cruise 'survey' scammers. Just ignore it.
"You will receive 2 boarding passes for an all-inclusive cruise to Nassau,Bahamas in exchange for answering 10 questions with my phone keypad. (Authentic boat whistle for effect!) This is a public opinion poll."
