i'm with verizon and for alot of people this might work good for you.Under your security settings set it where only"contacts only" can ring your phone. What is so good about this is the fact that if someone calls you from a phone# that is not stored in your cell phone the person will be directed to your voice mail and if it's someone really legit really needing to talk to you they'll leave a message and your phone will notify you that a voice mail was left, whats better is the fact that your phone doesn't even ring when the idiots call and most likely they won't leave a voice mail anyway,so far i've reduced unwanted calls on my unlisted cell phone to zero"0".Just set your incoming calls to "contacts" and leave outgoing and messaging set to "allow all".works for me!.Again this blocking feature works on the device it self and anyone calling from whatever nuumber can atleast leave a voice mail message instead of ringing your cell phone device like grand central station.By the way, even by my cell phone not ringing it will log calls that were blocked and i can quickly check that on my cell phone just to see if it's a number i might reconize, but i only check that at the end of the day.
hung up after I answered

The Florida Attorney General is USELESS (maybe she is getting free cruises). She refuses to act.
Stolen credit card numbers by Caribbean Cruise Line, Inc's employees, at this phone number, are across the net too.
Don't be a victim.
I actually followed through with the entire call. Don't waste your time. The voting system is fake. Vote

Same annoying calls from this number.....thanks for the Independentsurveygroup.org, clicked on removal..after 3 attempts my number was submitted. I will see if this helps. :)
Spam calling, this should be against the law.
go to independentsurveygroup.org and click on the "remove" tab to remove your number from their call list.
they have been constantly calling. I found this site and am thankful.
360-474-3925 HEY FOLKS - REMOVE YOUR NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LIST (INDEPENDENT SURVEY GROUP)
by googling their website (Independentsurveygroup.org). For some reason, the complete URL was
truncated in the submission of my previous posts. If you click the "removal" tab on their home
page and then input your telephone number, you will received a confirmation that your number has
been removed from their call list.
Called my BUSINESS cel phone (already registered w/ DoNotCall). Change the law to eliminate survey calls!!!
Robo-call from Independent Survey Group with 30-second political survey, stay online for opportunity of Cruise-for-two. "1" to take survey now, or "9" to decline survey and have phone number removed from their list. We'll see how well "9" works. They call from several numbers within a block of 360-474-39##, and as survey-takers are exempt from DNC regulations.
Independent Survey Group, an organization that conducts research and political polling services. Political survey groups and charities are exempt from National Do Not Call List rulings, so you may be called legally whether or not you are registered.
As a last resort after having received daily frustrating calls, I visited their website today at independentsurveygroup.org. After inputting my telephone number, the following formation appeared:
They just keep cycling through numbers, all out of Washington. Same people have called from 360-474-3915, 360-474-3948, 971-208-9955, and I'm sure there will be more. Don't answer. Pick up/hang up. Laugh at them, whatever, because they are a joke.
This number is calling me all the time. Makes no sense to me since I don't know them.
Keeps calling and hanging up.
Seems they've rolled over to a new number. There are plenty of records out there for these folks, including 360-474-3915 and 360-474-3921 as top reported numbers this past week.
