This is a SCAM stating that you have won a cruise.
All they need is your credit card number or bank account number to
collect for the taxes on your winnings.
Once they have this information, they will drain either your credit
card or bank account.
Called my cell phone, and hung up when I answered. This is the second call from the Washington/Seattle area. Next call will be blocked.

This is a scam. I answered a call from this number and the caller (likely a machine) hung up immediately. I immediately called back anonymously and got a recording informing me that "the time to participate in the survey has expired." Apparently there was a 10 millisecond window to participate in the "survey." :) Just to test the waters a bit, I pressed "1" to no longer participate in the survey and the automated system on the other end of the line informed me that my number would be removed from the list (which is interesting as I called the non-toll-free number anonymously and therefore the system could not have obtained my number).
Caller ID said Marysville, WA. Didn't answer when they called, but when I called bac,k I got a recorded message saying "if you no longer want to participate in our survey press 1."
