347-896-6018 "CARD SERVICES" are probably both TELEHACKERS AND SCAMMERS. These calls shoud be reported to gov't officials.
If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: fcc.gov and ftc.gov. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.
Stupid robo call isn't even smart enough to know when it has reached voice mail. As a result, only the tail end of this IMPORTANT message is recorded, but it references the stimulus package and is obviously one of the scammers wanting credit card info. I hate these people.
This caller calls numbers on the do not call registry with a recorded message and no operator on the line. Once you get transferred to an operator they immediately ask for your full name. If you ask for their name, they hang up.
These thieves call continually, refusing requests that they stop calling. If the consumer protection agencies were worthwhile these people would be in prison.
"This is your final notice regarding the financial stimulus, press 1 to talk to a rep."
They keep calling, I don't answer, they call again. Think they'll ever get the message?
Message: To lower your credit card interest rate and payments... final Notice as relates to the financial stimulus
wanting to lower your credit card rates
Rachael from Card Services . Sometimes 3 calls a day. No way to get off their calling list. If you do talk with someone they hand up on you.
I just had a BLAST with these numbnuts! I called 'em back and left a message... it WASN'T pretty... >:->
This is a new one. The message is different in that it doesn't identify the caller as Rachel from Card Holder Services. They do not give the option of pressing 3 to opt out of their calling. They only say press 1 to talk to an operator. Looks like some other company has picked up where the 5 the FTC just nailed left off. Only took them 12 days to get back up and running.
Credit card scam. Liars and thiefs, they are.
I pressed 1 to talk to a representative, then try and waste as much of their time as possible,
