When you answer the phone, no one will speak with you so you can tell them not to call again.

Called my cell;rang twice, they hung up before I could get cell out; which is fine, I wasn't going to answer -- they've called before
2nd time in two days; 1st time I answered with no answer back; 2nd time it only rang once.
I get a call from this number all the time. I have no idea who they are, what they want, or why they are calling, so I don't answer it. They're not getting anything out of me.
This number continually calls my phone. I have no idea what they want.
I just activated my new cell phone yesterday and this was the very first phone call I received. I did not answer the call. Since I have given my number to no one, it could not have been for me.
