How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

These people call and hang up, call and hung up. What good is it to register to avoid this harassment?
Call from 323 429-7568. I did not answer, and they left no message. Caller ID showed the phone number without space or hyphen, i.e., 3234297568.
They called me let it ring once and hung up when I called the number back it was some ghetto chick saying "you wanna reduce yo debt"
Dito. 5-6 calls. Same spiel. Share Group. Pressed '1' as soon I started to say "take me off your list" they hung up on me. Bastards.
Everbody beware of this company or telephone number.

It is a telephone scam; they are trying to get your personal information
I turned this company or person over to FTC, then I followed it up with a filing with my State Rep, and Congressperson; so that the FTC will have to really look into this one.
Any time you get repeted calls, and there is no way for you for you to remove you number; or the person won't remove your number from thier database- and hangs up.
You should do the same, go after them; lets put a stop to them.
We have rights. Use them; don't let someone else fall to these wolves.

I am so sick of these calls. 1 or 2 calls a day from them. How do I get off of their list?!?!?!
Same message. The message they left stated twice that we had "talked before," and they could offer to help with debt. Despite what they said, I've never talked with them or anyone else about this matter. I think that maybe by claiming that we've "talked before," they're trying to get around the "do not call" restrictions.
This place calls constantly. The caller pretends as if he has talked to you before. He offers to give you $1,000 to help you with your debt.
How do we put this carpetbagger out of business?

"we've talked before" lie. "you qualify for a $1000.00" this call came in on a Sunday afternoon. classic honky trickery.
I do not want them calling me because I am not interested and what they are selling.
