How do I stop them from calling?

JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

dont know what its about. i have no debts, so no reason for them to call.
Rang three times then hung up. No message.
has called a few times never left message.
After dead air for about 5 seconds a recording gave me a number a call about something important related to business and gave a ref number. The time was 8p.m.
calls every nite @ 830 and says nothing
