THIS PERSON CALLS ABOUT HAVING SEX WITH CO. WORKERS WHERE HE WORKS (COREY BROWN)
Badly need your help. What more felicity can fall to creature, than to enjoy delight with liberty.
I am from Sri and also am speaking English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "The trading means firm however important to year, ge stock pick."
Thanks 8). Carlota.
Hi everyone. Courage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared to death.
I am from Albania and learning to speak English, give please true I wrote the following sentence: "Its happening bathroom vanities select stylish modern or victorian."
Thank you so much for your future answers :D. Horace.
Hi. The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco. Help me! There is an urgent need for sites: Bathroom kitchen cabinets. I found only this - bathroom Cabinets with double sink. Of course it is not until you step out of the hotel shower and see yourself in the mirror that you realise it is there! Whilst at the back of your mind you realise this is one of the reasons why this room is more expensive than the other hotel across the street. Realistically, how much would it cost to make over a bathroom? Thank you very much :-). Easter from Poland.

When I asked why they called since I am on the Do-Not-Call registry the guy said "How's that working for you moron?"
What a %^&$#@@*(!
This number calls me every day several times a day. When you press 1 to try to speak to a human you stay on hold and are eventually disconnected. This is harassment. How can I make these calls stop???
Allegedly free Florida vacation. Yes, we're on Do Not Call.
reduce interest rates on credit cards.. I told them I had 3% and she hung up on me.
Most of these calls originate from a company that goes under many names. One notable one is:
Marketing International
2132 L. Pondodson
Bedford
TX 76021
They can be reached by phone at 877 354-5485. We should all call them 100 times a day and annoy them.
It's appalling that the government doesn't shut them down.
Auto Warranty lapsing soon - NO, not true. The attorney general in our state is investigating these calls.
It is a scam, and when I challenged the rep, she hung up on me.
HAH
a man from this number listed above called my home today via a recording asking if i want to lower my credit card rates. gee, i don't have credit cards, nor did the human, whom i was connected to, give his name or identify the company when asked "what company do you represent?", he changed subjects. i am disabled and that is why i almost always talk on speaker phone. when my sister overheard the conversation, she began to converse with him, but mostly having to tell him that she was going to give out her name or where she lives. this man stated that he works from inside a prison (this could be possible), he is an imate. he then went on to dirty talk to my sister. he described the size of his penis and all the sexual things he would like to do with my sister.
WHAT SORT OF BUSINESS ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN???
Left message to lower interest rate.
I let my Fax Machine answer and scream in their ears....
I am receiving calls from 3058367171 on a weekly basis for almost a year by now. It is so annoying. I would appreciate if someone can share the way to stop these calls. Do not call registry does not work.
The person identified himself as John Andey. He said the company name is Card Services and wanted to reduce my credit card rates. He admitted that the "company" automatically dials numbers and he is assigned "clients". After telling him I don't like the harassment of calls with no one responding on the other end, I will be reporting his "company" to the New York State Attorney General's Office. I asked to speak to his supervisor, which resulted in John Andey disconnecting the phone call.
They said they wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. That's strange. I don't use credit cards. Therefore I have no balance or interest rate to lower. Fools just don't know how to honor the "do not call" list of which I have signed up for. I wish them an untimely death on the freeway during rush hour!!
P.S. I too just called them back @ 305.836.7371 and like another poster stated ... disconnected. Well, it appears this so called company is using a fake number to call us so when we call back it is truly a disconnected number. There is a product out there to when you call a person or business you can have the number and / or name / even location to be what you want it to be.
People that do this are nothing but low-life, blood-sucking scum-balls. By the way they called me this morning @ 10:37am and here it is 10:49am...
I'm going to report them @ the do not call website...please join me and do the same...
rcvd 'out of area' call from 305.836.7371 '...have made several attempts to contact me regarding my cc interest rate...'
I generally do not answer out of area calls but I work from home and I did not bother to check who was calling...
Why are they calling when I am most definately on the do not call list...
Credit Card
then been calling me for WEEKS atleast twice a day, but never left messages I finally picked up today 4/30/09 and they asked about a warranty on a car i never even owned WTF
Last chance to lower credit card interest rates, William answered phone after a couple of mins and stated "So I see you pressed 1 to lower your interest rate" I said "no, I pressed 1 to speak to a rep, I don't have any credit cards & my # needs to be removed from your list". By the time I finished say that he had already hung up and when I called the # back it stated the phone # is disconnect and is no longer in service....if you feel this message is an error...etc.
Complete vishing scam! Tried to get my CC number.
Left no message.
called left no message, phone number not familiar with me.
Recieved a call from this number numerous times. Usually it is because the warranty on my 2008 Silverado is about to expire (bs!), or to lower my interest rates on my credit card. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep once, and I couldn't even understand her to start with, she slurred her speech so bad. When I told her that I wanted to take my number off her call list, she very rudely yelled NO! and then hung up.
Left message that just said "expired". Was a recording and started when voice mail answered. must be bullshit.
hung up when I answered
I got the call today (4/28/08), but I didn't answer. I called it back and got a recording "this number is no longer in service". Total SCAM!!
Recorded loan-scam message threatening to stop calling me (hey, bring it on!) and offering to lower my interest rates on my credit card. I know it's a total scam 'cause I'm in the 20% of Americans who don't have any interest-bearing credit cards.
I have received calls from this number to lower my Master card rates. I have informed the caller that I do not have a Master Card then they say the represent all card companies and will lower all my interest rates. All they need is to ask a few questions. I said I do not talk with strangers and hang up. Sounds like a scam.
Have been getting this call many times in the last couple months. It is just an automated message saying they have made many attempts to reach me and this may be my last chance to lower my credit card interest rates. So I push "1" to speak with a representative and most of the time I'm on hold for a while and then the call just ends. Today I got a person and they asked me if I was interested in lowering my credit card interest rate, and I said NO, I'm wondering why I'm getting these calls and without another word they hung up on me. I know this has to be a scam of some kind because I have not had a credit card for about 10 years now. I did sign up for the do not call list so I don't know how they are continuing to get away with this.
Called & said it was an attempt to reach us on past due credit card debts, and made several attempts in the past to reach us...
This was the first time we've received anything from them, and it was an automated message on the phone.
I didn't even answer because I just had a feeling it was a solicitor.
If you want to see a video of one of the many companies owned by Christopher Rubini then link to orlando.jobing.com . Rubini is responsible for those annoying Robo messages. If you actually connect with a human being (I use that term loosely) and complain about the call, they just hang up on you.

If you are fed up with these idiotic telemarketer calls, I would suggest you complain to the Federal Trade Comission, the Better Business Bureau, and file a complaint with donotcall.gov. And if you really want to have some fun call all of the above numbers repeatedly and tell Mr. Rubini what you think of his telemarketing business. He manages to waste our time, perhaps we can waste some of his. Remember Time = Money ! Hope you have fun, Oh yeah, Paybacks a bitch!
CALLS REPEATEDLY. TODAY, RECORDING ACTUALLY LEFT AN ANNOYED-SOUNDING MESSAGE SAYING I JUST MISSED OUT ON AN INTEREST-RATE REDUCTION OFFER. MUST BE A GREAT SCAM.
Robo message saying little time left to reduce interest on credit card. I waited for a human voice and asked why they called because my number is on the do not call list. I didn't have time even to say that before they hung up. A call back to the number on my caller ID got a recorded message saying that the line had been disconnected or was not accepting calls. Why doesn't the telephone company responsible for the 305 area code put a stop to this? I have gotten these calls previously and complained.
Very irritated
caller had a heavy hispanic accent, offered to lower my credit card intereste rates and asked for identifying information, when I started asking questions he refused to answer and hung up.
Gee, Jesus C .. last time I got a REAL person who was calling about my CAR INSURANCE and also had a REAL person a while ago about CREDIT CARD interest reduction too ..
Sooooo .. wait til a REAL person answers AFTER hitting the 1 or whatever KEy . as I did and used a few NASTY words and slammed the phone down. dunno why there was simply a hangup and NOT a person .. IF they call back . they will get the rejected message .. BUT numbers they call from (I have tried to call back to Canada . this one was from Florida) are NOT good numbers .. I did try this time and got a busy signal ..
Only stupid thing is people believing that this SERVICE (HA) can help and they give out personal information .. then you have ID theft! .. Speaking of that .. ALWAYS . and I mean ALWAYS .. every 90 days put a FRAUD alert on one of the 3 reporting agencies .. I also put a FREEZE on anyone trying to do anything with MY stuff .. THAT all was told to me by a POLICE OFFICER . he does it as do the rest of his fellow officers ..
NEVER . NEVER give out any information to anyone calling YOU .. IF yuo are callng to order something .. that is different .. YOU made the call . .if they want your social or driver's license .. tell them NO and hang up . but I have never had that happen when I have ordered something .. EVER ..
Greg . they are a BOILER room and move or they are out of the USA .. I told person calling about my CAR registraation that I did NOT have a CAR . .next time was the nasty verbage .. I would say 'I pay cash for everything' and hang up! .. You got 'non working number' . .no way to put them OUT OF BIZ or on the DNC list .. they are SCAMMERS in or out of USA .. NOTHING can be done .. Nfortunately:(
Just got another call about 'lowering my credit card interest' .. I hit 1 to say a few choice words . but they hung up .. I now have that/this number on REJECT .. wish that company (where I can REJECT) were still in biz . alas . not ..
Are the people that leave stupid posts on here REALLY this stupid? Blowing a whistle or Airhorn into a mouthpiece? A computer doesnt have eardrums, and an actual person cant hear anything PAST the distortion. Your phones microphone is NOT equipped to handle anything over a certain decible. It will NOT be loud in their ear. Idiots. Just like talking louder into a cellphone's microphone to get your point across, it's the size of the head of a pin. Common sense people, get some. If it's really bothering you, SPEAK with a person at the FTC and TELL them you're not getting any results from the Registry and you want ACTION. They will have your phone company's Harrasment and Annoyance division record your calls and POTS number to your phone. (With the real callers number, NOT Spoofed) after about 60 days, you'll receive a detailed log of ALL calls to your number, with a letter for you to sign IF you want to take legal action to investigate and press charges of a cretain call or call. We have successfully shut down and put 16 boilerrooms owners in prison, the other 4 were being investigated by Interpol and Carribean enforcement agencies. We have also won over $176,000 in restitution in Federal courts as a swift action of FCRA and telemarketing fraud laws that are in place for this reason only. You can do it as well. You are entitled to a certain percentage of a fraudulent company's fiscal worth (once sued). But you have to find them first. This is ALL you can do. Copy and paste THIS after you read it so it will be at the top of the list so you can put these lowlife pieces of shit where they're going eventually.
"Calling about your credit cards -- last chance to reach you about lowering your interest rates"
Just for fun I pressed 1 to speak with a person. Immediately connected to a person with marginal English skills who asked if I was calling about the credit card offers. She could identify any of my cards or balances. I asked if I was currently doing business with them and then heard a loud sound in the phone and hung up. Upon calling back the caller ID number displayed, I got a "number not in service" recorded message. THESE FOLKS NEED TO BE FINED FOR VIOLATING DO NOT CALL REGS.
Called me and said my last chance to lower my interest rate...called them back, told them all of my cards are paid off. They hung up. lol
"This is an important message regarding your warranty"---blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I have received calls from this number SO-O-O-O-O-O many times, I can't count them anymore. It does no good to tell them to remove my number. So, I've resorted to pressing #1 to get someone on the line and as soon as they do, I blow the hell out of my old lifeguard whistle. I hope I blew their eardrum out.
it's easy to rid yourself of ALL these types of nuisance calls. I use a PC program that answers the phone and will hang up on listed numbers and my phone never rings. I use the speaker system on my computer for a phone ringer and use one of the boiler room zapers ( Ezvoice in my case, and you need a voice modem as well ) and I permanently cure this problem. if a number on the kill list calls , the computer hangs up on them and never rings my phone and I never even know they call. I can still get one call from a new boiler room but as soon as I add them to the kill list, I never hear from them again. The government isn't going to help you but you can help yourself. there is no reason to take repeated calls from these scumbags, protect yourself, no one else will!
I have read many of the comments about this number. Yes, we all know it's a scam. Yes, we realize they are masking their phone # with a fake one. Your ideas for foiling them are elegant, but probably ineffective over the long run (yes, you can make one operator deaf or have them hold for 15 minutes, but chances are they will not be the next operator who gets the call). All of this is automated dialing--a computer, who doesn't have feelings or thoughts, and doesn't even know your phone number, dials you randomly. If you pick up and hit "1," like I did on another pesky number, you will eventually get connected to a live being. This person doesn't know your number! They have "caught" your call by accident--the computer has dialed them after successfully connecting to you. This is why there is no message left on your answering machine. So changing your ID to that of the FCC, or trying to avenge yourself on a particular operator, doesn't cut it. They don't know who you are! Unless, that is, you ARE stupid enough to give them your Driver's License, Name, Credit Card #, or any other ID! Now--if you've been patient enough to read this far: Let's all contact the FLORIDA Attorney General's Office! Most of these calls are coming from there--or, at least, they are using the good name of FLORIDA. Maybe we can start a class action suit against these pests. Now that might bring some money and attention to the situation!!!
I received a missed call from the number above. I call it back from my work number and what do you know??? The number is disconnected. Is this the norm for harrassment? We acutally call back and the number all of the sudden is not in service? I'm confused and irritated.
These idiots called me yet again this morning. I pushed 1 to speak to someone and when I acted absolutely thrilled that they were going to lower my credit card interest rates, he hung up on me LOL!!! I then reported the number and provided links to this jerks personal info to the feds. I really don't understand why it is so hard to arrest these jerks. Our buddies on the internet have found them and posted their info for all to see, including his address in Florida. Why does it take so long for the feds to get them? Are they waiting for some poor soul who has had enough to go and beat them with a bat? I mean good grief, must they allow us to be tortured and scammed by the pond scum running this telephone terrorism?
A message said it was the last chance to lower my credit card rate. I pressed (1) to see if someone would respond. The did, and asked if I was calling to lower my credit card rate. I said, it depends, who are you with. They hung up on me!!
Said experian reported that someone at my telephone number paid their bill on time. Offered me a lower interest rate. Wouldn't give me the name of her company. "We are contracted with credit card companies to lower interest rates." Asked for the customer service number and I gave it to her. Asked for the card number and I hung up.
Called to offer me a PLUM CARD from Amercian Express.
No Thanks, Am Ex is a joke. I don't want your cards, I can leave home without it !!
left a message stating that this was the last chance that I would have to lower my credit card interest rate...
Wanted to lower credit card interest rate.
would not say
The callers are scam artists trying to get your credit card information. They are not legitimate, so they ignore the Do Not Call List. As already noted below, they can change their telephone number at will. I'm not sure how the authorities are ever going to catch up with them. Lucky for me, my Caller ID has a "block" feature that allows me to reject numbers. If they ever call again, the phone rings once and then they get an intercept. I don't answer calls from any number that I don't recognize; then I just check to see if it is again the same scam artists and block their number for the next time. It is almost not worth having a land line anymore.
Once again, these f--kheads have called after my kid has gone to bed with the scam line that they want to call a number on my credit card to try to lower my interest rate. The b--ch starts off asking me if my rate is above 13% and when I tell her "no", it's about 11%, she still wants to lower my rates and asks me to give her the 800 # off of my credit card. I then asked her if she had on panties and she said I was "disgusting" and hung up. Hmmmm... but she thinks it's OK to call people after their kids bedtime and talk to them about things they don't want? What I would like to know is, who are the dumba--es who actual make these idiots scam jobs worth the trouble???? I am turning them in to the donotcall.gov site! One of them calls almost every night and I'm sick of it!!!!!
Pretended to be one of my credit card companies calling to reduce my current interest rates, but is actually a pay service that will call the credit card companies on my behalf. Seems like a total scam. I asked to be removed from their call list and was hung up on.
I have received numerous calls from these spammers. I have also filed a complaint on donotcall.gov and will continue to do so each time they call. I hope you guys are doing the same..?
Called, illegally (too early and we're on the donotcall list). Recorded message "Last chance for lower credit card rates" I pushed "1" to tell them not to call, and the live agent starts screaming GO F*CK YOURSELF WEIRDO GO F*CK YOURSELF WEIRDO GO F*CK YOURSELF WEIRDO GO F*CK YOURSELF WEIRDO GO F*CK YOURSELF WEIRDO loud enough to distort his voice in the phone. I told him I was calling the cops and hung up, and he starts calling back, repeatedly, telling me he knows my name.
said this was my final call to lower my credit card interest. Want to bet this ISN'T the final call?????
no one on the line when I answered.

2009/04/01 6:54pm PST robo call left message to renew our auto warranty. Have called us many times.
Robo call left message: This is your last chance to lower the interest rate on your credit card.
I can't believe you air-heads actually answer these calls. Don't answer...they stop....eventually. Just how easy is this. No wonder they keep calling. Duhhhhhhhh.
Once again a pre-recorded message regarding our "automotive warranty - which is about to expire". Even though they promise this to be the final call, they keep calling. Our vehicles are off warranty for 5 years already. We have not done any business with these people and have previously requested to be removed automatically via option #2 & via #1 live operator ... and they don't remove me.
It really seems like the more you request to be removed, the more they call you.
Additionally our number is on Do Not Call since its inception ... and we haven't noticed this has done us any good.
hung up
Lower my interest on credit cards, asked how much i owed told them i didn't give out that infor on phone and hung up
got the 'lower cc rates' and the car warranty (not sure it was the same number, but had the Florida Call)
how do they get past the Do Not Call Registry?
automatic call saying this is your final call to keep your car warranty
He asked for the make and model of my car. When I asked for his name, he told me to "go jump in a lake." Then I hung up.
Final notice of lowering credit card interest rate. Dont have credit card
Would not ID himself, said I had an expiring vehicle warranty. When I ask for which car, he hung up.
lower CC interest rate
Again, same old, same old. As I said on another one of these same sites/same old crap from these scammers, the majority of us have Caller ID. Just DO NOT ANSWER these calls; screen your calls! If no one ever answers, they'll give up. When you answer, it gives them a time of day someone is home and they keep calling. Another trick I've tried is when I leave for work in the morning, I turn my answering machine off. After a few days of of them just getting ringing, they give up. You just have to remember to turn it back on when you get home. ;o) I'm going to have to do it again (last time was 2 months ago). Oh yes, I also got my "car warranty is expiring" crap in the mail!! I immediately turned around and filed a report with the Post Office (I think they take mail fraud more seriously than the Do Not Call registry takes these calls). Since I am officially a "senior citizen" I really laid it on thick! But it does worry me; how many older people (older than me!) fall for this garbage?! As I said on another site, I truly think these scammers are getting our numbers FROM the Do Not Call Registry. And it seems to do no good to report them; they abandon the number and just get another. Actually, I'm sure if I called this number back I'd get the "this number has been disconnected" recording. Apparently any jerk can get a phone number from any phone company; they obviously don't really check things out.
When I said I would complain to do not call they gave me someone elses 800 number to report.
Answered phone; dead silence; waited for suspected recording; nothing but a click and hangup. What is the point of all this reporting if there is no entity taking care of the harassing phone calls?
I can't get these people to stop calling me. They keep promising me that this will be my last chance to lower my credit card bills but although I've asked to be taken off their list, they keep calling.
Not sure who this is but they keep calling me - please stop!
Attn kansas Attorney Generals office notification
ditto pj's comment!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE ACTION LIKE THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. THEY HAVE EVEN TALKED ABOUT THIS SCAM ON ALL NEWS STATIONS. IS IT AFTER 10,000 CALLS, AFTER 10,000,000 CALLS?
This was a recording...said it was 'credit card services' and was my 'last chance' to lower my interest rate. I followed the prompts to talk to a rep to see who it really was. When I told her I wanted to be removed from her list, she hung up on me.
Called me about my "vehicle warranty." The 1st time I answered I pressed 2 to be "automatically removed." The 2nd time I answered I told them that my car is nearly 20 years old and the ass hung up on me! The 3rd time they called I told them that I have already told them to remove me from the list and the ass (Mark) hung up on me again!
My phone is listed under the do not call list so as soon as I find out who these bastards are, I'm so going to get them F I N E D up the @$$!!!!!!!!!!
We get a call from this number every single day almost at the same time in the afternoon concerning the renewal of our "car warranty". When my husband told the person who called us that we had not car - he was called a lying son of a bitch. I called the number back and it was disconnected. Enough is enough. Who are these people!!!!???
They are faking the FROM number to show a disconnected number instead of their real number. They are looking for stupid people to give them credit card info over the phone. Note to stupid people.....DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE TO PEOPLE WHO CALL YOU. For the rest of us, just hang up. They lose money every time they make a call that end in a hang up. So cost them money!! Hang up!! They are probably not even in the USA.
called no one there, called back and asked who/what company, they hung up.
no one there, this number has called a few times today
got a call for giving us mortgage help
As soon as I asked which company was calling, they disconnected the line.
Here's another way to get even with these folks and others who do the same thing. Get a live person on the line and then say, "Oh dear, can you hold on for just a moment? I really want to hear about this." Then lay the phone down, or -- if you have a hold button -- put the call on hold, and go make dinner or watch TV for a while. I actually had someone hold on for 15 minutes one time. These people aren't very bright, which is why this works just about every time.
Answer machine answered call...no message.
Wanna get them back????
Go here and you can spoof your Caller ID for FREE.. dwarfurl.com

I want to collect from this company for waking me from a nap. Sick of getting bothered by opportunists with a recorded message from Card Services. I pressed #1 to talk to Representative Alan at @2:20 pm MST. I refused to answer his questions and he wouldn't tell me the name of his company. He hung up on me rudely, and I called *69 (at a charge to me) to get his phone number in Florida (unlisted).
Contact me on how I may pursue reimbursement fom this company, Please prosecute to extent of law. Thank You
Received call at 7:30 in the morning. Fortunately for them, my phone was on vibrate and didn't wake me up. They did not leave a voicemail. I attempted to call the number back at 9:30 and got a recording saying it was disconnected. SCAM ALERT!

Got a call from this number at about 8:30 pm regarding my automotive warranty. I don't have any vehicles under warranty and I'm on the Federal do not call list. When I hit 1 to be transferred it said please hold and disconnected me.
I answered but there was no talking and then they hung up
May I suggest that everyone who gets a call from these BOZOS file a complaint with the FCC (you can do so online, easily)
Maybe they will find a way to take away their phone number or fine them or something? How can they expect to get any of our hard earned money we are so eager to part with, if they just hang up all the time?
Amazing.
I recieved a call from 305-836-7371, when I answered the phone I got a recording that said something about this being my last chance to continue my automotive warranty.....I pressed 1 to speak to someone regarding this warranty........someone answered and immediately asked what the year/make/model of my vehicle was, I asked him what this was all about without giving him any info and he hung up........I called the number back and a recording said the number was disconnected........shocking!
have made several attempts to push the be removed from calling list option and they still continue to call. I got a representitive on the phone today, and told her to remove my number from the calling list and she hung up on me...
They were trying to transfer my Visa or Mastercard balance to a new card and lower my interest charge. I told them they probably worked for a bunch of crooks and I am on a do not call list. Please follow laws...they cut me off.
credit card interest-changed phone numbers from the 062-number
"Card member services"--when I pressed 1 to speak to an agent, I let him have it. He told me if I pressed 2 the next time they called, it would take me off their list. Somehow I doubt it though.
They've called several times and have never left a message. When I answer, it's just dead air. Extremely annoying.
I signed up for that do not call list--a couple mos ago & this number calls my cell phone--a LOT--VERY maddening cause can't SEE the #'s but answer anyway--in case it's my wife!! They start to say something about credit cards so I hang up--Mar 10th
left no message
Automatic message requesting make and year of our vehicle...that a warranty was expiring. Placed over to a "live" person...again asked for the model and year of my vehicle with no identifying info. I asked who they were and why they required such info. They promptly hung up.
Called me about lowering my credit card rate. I answered and told them not to call me again. The man replied, "How would you like it if I beat your wife." "How about I cut your wife's brakes."
I called back the number on my caller ID less than 2 minutes after I recieved a call from this number. I received a message saying the number was disconnected or no longer in service.
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
They called about my auto warranty. When I pressed 1 to speak to an operator they asked to verify the year and model of my car. I told them that they could verify that for me since they called me about it. The operator told me that based on my tone of voice and education level that I was driving a 91 Geo Metro. Funny that he would talk about my education level given that he's the person working as a phone rep.
the number they post is not the number from which they're calling.
it'll be hard to get these guys in trouble if they're masking the
wrong number over top of their own.
We answered and hung up immediately. They did not call back. I called the # with my cell and received a message that it was disconnected.
Person from the above calls our business raesinimages.com at least 6-8 times per day starting at 8am - 8pm. If we answer then it's a call looking for someone and claiming they are a financial instituation needing verification of said persons employment. We have reported them to the phone company by dialing *57 and reported them as of today to the FBI Website, and local police department. We suggest as the phone company told us to report them to local authorities for harrassment or the FBI and they will take over.
Called didn't leave a message! Stupid people if you call leave a message. Second if I don't know the number that is calling I normally don't answer. the call any how, so leave a message
credit card balances...keep calling
as soon as I ask who it is, they hang up. Is there any way this can be turned in to law enforcement agency? They call us ALL THE TIME and we are SO SICK OF IT. Can any one help? Has any one else been able to do something about these bothersome telemarketers??? PLEASE HELP!!!
Came up on caller id as Unknown & did not leave a msg
Just received another "lower your interest rates" call. I again pressed "1" just to try and get more information out of these jerks so to include it in a complaint to the FCC. Like other times, when these people wise up that you are information-gleaning, or you tell them you are on the do-not-call list, they have lately been reverting to mocking you ("Ooooohhhh, your going to report me, I'm scared!!!"). So this time I just thought I would insult these jerks by making a statement that they are really perverts selling child porn and how can they live with themselves? They hang up real fast over that.
I reported it on ftc.gov
Hope someone gets these guys...they are crooks!
Car Warranty extension - when I asked what car, they hung up!
wanted credit card info. Should be reported for possible fraud.
Offered "extended warranty" for car. I am on every do-not-call list that is known to man.
Called my home phone but left no message.

I keep getting calls saying this is my last chance to reduce credit cards interest rates. Most of the time I get disconnected, once I spoke to a person and when I did not feel comfortable giving my personal information they hung up. This is so annoying because they call me every day.
A recording said it was the last phone call regarding my vehicle.
Something about press 1 if...., press 2 if....
I don't have a vehicle, so I just hung up.
This number called me with a threatening message about losing decreased credit card interest rates. They hung up when I asked who they were.

Last chance to lower your credit card interest. Have also received "last chance to extend your car warranty" from this same number.
Recording, "This is an important call about your automotive warranty..."
Only about the hundredth time I've gotten that so I hung up.
Have just read everyone's comments here, some very brilliant ones. But people, THIS HAS GOT TO BE MORE than just a scam to get financial info, because by now everybody is on to them, it is stupid for them to just keep calling the same numbers after being rebuffed. What is this about, really? Any ideas?
Recorded message about vehicle being reclassified, I hung up before it played out. When I called the number back, it was "disconnected".

I don't pick up when an "unknown name" appears on my caller ID and I do not recognize the phone number/area code. I will continue this practice because of this type of mess, in reference to 305-836-7371. This number has called several times and something should be done about it. But, as ususal, I guess nothing will.
"Hello this is April" she said. "Are you responding so you can lower your interest rate?" I said, "No, I am responding so you can take me off your telephone list." She hung up. They call often and I would like to put a stop to their calls.
was a message about it being my final notice of my warranty expiring
I never picked up because I screen my calls.
Called to lower my Credit Card Interest Rate. Scam. Criminals. Should be arrested or fined.
Reported them to DoNotCall.Gov
I am tired of people talking about being on the DNC list. Let me be clear. The DNC list only keeps LEGITIMATE companies from calling. Crooks and scammers could not care less about the DNC list.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I received the "We have attempted to reach you about your credit card" Something about last chance to lower interest rate. I pressed one to speak to a representative and when the guy got on the line, he said "Are you responding to the lower interest rate on your credit card? I told him that I don't know what I'm calling about - that they called me and I waited on the line to see what this is about. I tested him by asking which of my credit cards he's calling about. He said that he is with Card Services and they work with 516 or so banks and credit cards and asked me if a lower interest rate would help me. I told him that perhaps it would but I didn't seek them out, that its great that he told me who he is but I don't feel comfortable talking about my credit over the phone with someone I didn't call. Before I could finish my sentence, he hung up. Then I tried to call the number back and a message came on that that number has been disconnected. He never gave his name or told me which credit card he was referring to. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
Keep getting calls from this number even though I'm on the DO-NOT-CALL list. Their ID shows up as Out of Area. They want to lower my credit card interest rate. I've told them I don't pay credit card interest but they keep calling. How do we stop these clowns?
Said they wanted to lower my credit card rate - press 1 for a representative - I pressed 1 so I could tell them I was on the DO Not Call.Gov list but a representative never came on line.
This number calls many times, each time with a different story. They either need your credit card or bank info, today they wanted to let me know my car was about to be repo'd & how they have been trying repeatedly to reach me and this was my last chance! Idiots ... my vehicle's been paid off for years! Like others, I too am on the Do Not Call List, but this won't work in this situtation. I've reported this to the phone company on trace call since this isn't their first call and phone company is now forwarding the info over to the FBI.

I get calls from this number all the time. They want to lower my credit card interest rates. This time I decided to waste their time. I told them that I was interested. They wanted to get my credit card number and the last four digits of my SSN. Yea right! Anyway, I made up a fake name and credit card number and told them it was through a bank that I don’t actually deal with. The wanted to initiate a three-way call with the bank to verify my account information. This is obviously an attempt to gain access to credit card information. I played along answering all of their questions, with fictions information, and couldn’t understand why the bank had no record of my account. Finally I bridged in a recording on my other line that said the number had been disconnected to make them think their three-way call was fouled up. They called back and I had my wife answer. She played along and made them think they had the wrong number. WOW! - were they ever mad! My wife said “The bitch slammed the phone down.” I wish I knew who was actually behind these calls, but when you call them back, it says that the number has been disconnected. We at least we wasted about half of an hour of their time! When they called back the caller ID had a different name and number. Name: Private; Number: 386-873-3419. I hope someone can track them down.
Enter numbers repeatedly; Sould a horn; cut a fart;
Interesting blogs from you guys. When they called my house, they were very rude and obnoxious and threatening to say the least. I vow this much, if i ever meet up with one of these low life bastards, well lets just say it like this, your heart may belong to God, but your ass is mine !!!!!!!!!!
Recording stating your vehicle warranty has run out, press #, to speak to someone about renewing. Then when addressing the fact you have no warranty, that's when they hang up. Suggest play them through and see what they are biting on as I received a second call the day later.
I've been getting these account services calls for years, in spite of being on the do not call list and complaining to the Florida States Attorney/Consumer Protection Department etc... Just ignore these sleezebags
I'm on the Do Not Call Registry!
This is a credit rate/protection/warranty scam. They use this false cover to obtain your information. They can and have been associated with distributing (selling) the information in a way that makes them a profit and relieves them of liability. That means your identity is now in the hands of one of the many fraudulent phishers out there; this is on a global scale. You can expect to see undefined charges against your accounts and a few have reported receiving cashiers checks from Nigeria, Azores, Laos, etc. for millions of dollars in exchange for $200(+/-) processing fee. Without a direct link or positive paper trail, this criminal activity is simply chalked up as a scam and you are on your own. Block this number or auto-forward it to your favorite 800 scammer from the past. If you don't have these features, try them if they are reasonable. At best, most people have caller ID; play it safe and ignore these criminals. Hope this helps.//jw
Called last night about my new car warranty; placed me on hold and when they picked up they asked me the make and year of my vehicle. I responded you tell me you called me and they hung up! I tried calling back and the number states its disconnected... oh well.
The message began as an automatic "threat" about my warranty -- claiming they had made several attempts to contact me and this was their final call. When a rep got on the line, she immediately asked the year, make and model of my car. I said "no, you tell me who you are -- I don't think this is a legitimate call". The rep hung up.
Wanted to megotiate a lower interest rate on my credit card. When I started to ask questions, who, where, she hung up.
Caller ID said "Florida" and the number. I said hello - they hung up.
caller id said "unknown caller" while this numbers showed up; no one was there when I answered.
Some company who will reduce my credit card interest. A recording, not a real person.
Called at 8:45 pm
Call about lowering my interest rate wanted my full name, gave him only my first! Gave him my phone number, I guess that was a mistake. Figured it was ok since they called me! Asked for his name he hesitated and said Wilfred. Asked for a phone number I could reach him at 18004212110, this is bank of americas #. Asked their name of the company he said Client Services. Asked for address mumbled 429 jones ave? Something like that. In orlando, fl. I questioned him on why he is calling from a 305 miami # when he is calling from orlando. Gave me a lame excuse that it is a ' call center'. He said I have other customers on other lines and that I was being difficult. That's when I was this is bs. Asked to speak to his supervisor and of course call was dropped. Big scam.
Last chance to lower your credit card interest rates.
I use a telemarketer killer software program called EzVoice and when this number calls it gets the " this number has been disconnected, please make sure you have dialed correctly ....etc " and STILL
they will dial back 25 - 30 times. just shows that no one is on the other end 99% of the time. not much you can do to stop that, but programs like EzVoice , and there are many of them , help a lot
and get rid of most of the telemarketer crap. you do need a " voice modem " in your computer for this type of software to work. if nothing else, you feel like you are able to fight back and win most of the time.
Bastiches called my CELL PHONE with their marketing crap.
Call Clear Breeze Solutions at 877-680-3328, then press *, then dial #0 to log into the mailbox, then dial 0000 for the passcode. Then dial #, then dial 5, then enter a phone number to call. They will relay the call through their system.
I hope no one calls internationally for hours on end.
Use at your own risk.

This is where you file a complaint with the FTC. I don't know how truly effective this is but it takes 2 minutes to fill out and can't hurt!
This is a call regarding your automotive warranty. We have tried to call several times. Press 1 to speak with a representative... Pressing 1 and trying to speak with anyone, they hang up on you. Next time I'll play the part of the victim to try to get somewhere.
"Don't hang up -- You been selected to win a free vacation..."
Hmmm, last time they called, it was because it was my "last" chance to extend my vehicle warranty, and the time before it was my "last" chance to lower my interest rates.
Unidentified credit card claiming this is your last chance to lower your interest rate. Wants you to respond by pressing 1 & such. DO NOT RESPOND ... this is a bogus call.
you can file a complaint with the FTC below is the info. I did file my complaint.
ftc.gov
wouldn't say anything. Ditto on the 'why doesnt' the FCC do something about this!!
Calls no message
I called them back. The voice says "The number is disconnected".
why doesn't the FCC do something about this.
This has got to be a scam - I wanted to harass them and was on hold for over 2 minutes...who knows they were probably trying to hack our network.
stop fucking calling me you mother fuckers
This company calls regularly, and when I ask to be put on the do not call list, either hangs up or denies that there is one.
I never pick up on a number I don't recognize and/or has unknown in the caller ID.
Saves a lot of time and hassle! If it's imp, they will leave a msg and when you hear who it is, you can either pick up then or opt to continue to ignore. They can only disrupt your life and aggravate you if you allow them to!
FIGHT BACK! Never ever call them back, they then have your direct phone no instead of the shotgun approach that got you in the first place! Remember, credible credit card cos and banks will NOT contact you by phone. They use snail mail. oh, and ever give out info over the phone or internet!!! That is NOT how they do it!!! Good luck!!
They have been after me about waranty. I just hang up on them. But the still call back.
answered a call " last call regarding lowering your credit card rate" on the 3rd ring did not want to disconnect thought it was my cc company! quickly pushed 1 as instructed. Woman came on the line asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest and asking me how much I owed. I asked what company she was with. She would not say the company-- just again asked how much I owed in credit card debt.I definitively asked what company it was and she hung up. I called the number back immediately and the number is stated as disconnected. I was surprised since I was talking to them just an instant before. I called it again and the same message stated that the number was disconnected.
I picked up on the third ring, only to hear, "will be disconnected."
I dialed *69 which reported the number was "no longer in service."
Spoofing Caller ID should be a Felony, with the second offense resulting in the death penalty.
Did not answer, but called back and got the same recording of the phone number being disconnected. I have gotten other calls with bogus area codes, I believe these calls are computer generated and this practice how they are getting by the do not call registry. Untraceable phone numbers therefore no action can be taken. Just like spam, you may block on number or email addy, but the computer generates another calling number. Thank goodness for caller ID.
Won a free cruise for me and three other people. Recorded message. I hung up.
Didn't answer as I didn't reconize the #, but when I called back it said the # was disconnected.
I never answer my telephone if I don't recognize the number. I figure if it is important they will leave a message or call back. These callers are really stupid. As my recording was playing that no one is available to answer, please leave their message so we can call back, ha....they left their message while my recording was still playing. THEY ARE NOT TO SMART. THEY CAN'T EVEN ADJUST THEIR RECORDINGS TO WAIT UNTIL MY RECORDING IS FINISHED! YEP....LIKE I SAID, STUPID!
I just got off the phone with Verizon Wireless and they put a "nuisance call" block on this number from getting through on the cell phone. Also 772 336-8160
Offensive call about credit card cancellation and rates. Pressed 1 , got a person. I asked who and the call went dead. I called back and got the recording that the number is 'no longer in service'.
Called my home phone. When I answered, it was a recording that told me it was my final notice and my account would be expiring, and to press "1" to talk to an account representative. or press 2 and my acct wood be updated
No message
These are not telemarketers calling. They are known as skiptracers and debt scavengers. What they do is, unfortunately, legal. And, for those who suggest blocking the numbers as a means to the end, cell phones cannot be blocked. Until the phone companies can figure out a way to block cell phone numbers...
Anyway, check these sites for all you need to know in order to put an end to harassment via scavengersWithCellbots:

Stupid recording about credit card rates going up....I hung up.
did not say anything. i left the phone off the hook. just annoying.
305-836-7371, very scary recording about your credit card rate going up, when I pressed '1' and was asked how are you today, I said I was concerned about the message. She stated time was running out to reduce my interest rate, and did I have at least $3,000 in credit card debt. When I told her I didn't even know what company she was with, the call was immediately disconnected.
Oh yes and the assholes said, "screw you." When I asked to be removed for the 5th time.
Accoun Services has called my home phone several times sayting they are VISA wanting to lower my interst rate on my credit cards, "no out of pocket costs," but they do charge 900.00 on your card(s). Everytime I ask for their website they have given me: Epik Release.com., accountservices.com- I call back those numbers and they state that they arent account services. I ask for their number just incase I get disconnceted and the #'s given are numbers that dont have to do with their company. I call back the number on the caller ID and it stated the number has been disconnected, or the number doesnt show up! I called the number for Epik and they said they were not Account Serives
called 2/4/09 at 8:33PM. Said nothing so i left if off the bhook, hey they paid for the call FL to NY.
You people who call the number back aren't too smart. You leave a print on their screen and they know a live number. They are not stupid. As to calling FTC to complain, praying will get you further. Pray to a God,or to Larry, or Joe. These scums are off the planet. They also don't use the same number, having a great selection of numbers to call you from. If you catch them live, well too late. They got your number, you will be called again, so get them mad and hang up. The guys address has been published here, but yet, no one has gone to the guys house to punch him out.
recruting teen age boys for broke straight boys porno show miami based company.
OK, here's what I don't get. The phone companies are losing customers everyday, to Cell phone users. Why don't (or do they have?) a way to BLOCK a number from calling you? You should be able to build a list of numbers that you want Blocked from calling you. That should take care of a big part of it, shouldn't it?? We got a call from this number tonight. It just showed as an 'Out of Area' call with 305-836-7371.
These rat bastards from Florida are getting away with this !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate Florida.
I was given a scaring, pre-recorded message about my credit card "problem", played along and got a rep online. They hung up when I asked to be removed from their system.
when i called back the number...it came up as number disconnected
This is the second time I have gotten a call from these people. First time was from a phone number that came up as 407-000-4789 Florida call on my caller ID. Today it was this number 305-836-7371.
When I punched 1 to talk to a person, I got a guy on the phone, started to tell him that last time someone called I wanted to be taken off of the call list, but the person hung up on me, and just as I was starting to say "hung up on me" this idiot from today HUNG UP ON ME!
Tried calling back and recording says that the call has been disconnected.
They better hope they never call me back again or whoever is on the end of the line the next time is going to get an air horn in the ear.
Simon was the individual. He said he was trying to reach the homeowner. I told him he had reached a law firm and that his firm call all day on a number of the lawyers' direct lines. They are filling the coffers of the phone companies and are not offering any service.
This is the second time they have called this month. It was a recorded message from a "Johnathan", telling me today was my last chance to lower my interest rate. I pressed 2 to supposedly be removed (if I had chosen 1 - I would have been picked up by a service rep). ALL my numbers are on Do not call, yet these calls continue to happen like they don't care. My next step is to report this abuse to the Florida Attorney Generals office, hoping they will take action. OH - IF I call back as I did the number that called ME, I get a message telling me it is from a disconnected number or a number not in service - and to check the number again. This is the same thing that happens ALL the time with this company.
WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO DO SOMETHING - THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM AND POTENTIAL TO DEFRAUD!
What action can we take to shut this jerk down?
Credit card scam
These are telemarketers. As soon as you get a live person on the phone and ask them what company they are calling from they hang up on you. I have not been able to find out who they are. They have been calling me for a year now.
Just another New Car Warranty scam!
I sure hope no one falls for this. If you try to gather information about who they are they hang up.
According to a paid service the phone number belongs to E Gomez who runs: Stefania Investment Inc., Villa Esmeralda Alf, Jam Messenger Service (Yacht brokers).
This number is also non-published. Perhaps a back line...for a fax or computer? I will be contacting the FBI, the district attorney for Miami and the Attorney General Florida to see what can be done.
Called my home phone. When I answered, it was a recording that told me it was my final notice and my account would be expiring, and to press "1" to talk to an account representative. or press 2 and my acct wood be updated
Complete Fraud and Scam Artists!-- This number continues to call us even after we have spoken with them... they at first tell you it is your last chance to lower your interest rates, to push 1 to speak with a representative...
my husband has told them several times we do not own a credit card so why are they calling and asking us for our credit card numbers?
Do not give them any information.
Strange, I called this number back within 2 minutes of receiving call and got a recording that the number had been disconnected. When I received other calls from this number nobody would answer.
Left no message.
Left a slimy, obviously phony message from my "credit card company."
No response when answered. Called back. Received message that the number was a non-working/disconnected number.
When you call this number back, it says it has been disconnected.
I ANSWERED SAID NOTHING, IT SAID NOTHING, THEN IT HUNG UP. MOST LIKELY ANOTHER SCAM. THEY SEEM TO BE CALLING MORE AFTER A LULL DURING THE HOLIDAYS. DO-NOT-CALL DOES NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE! WE NEED THE FTC AND THE FCC TO GO AFTER THIS CRAP!
i just received a call from them on my cell. stupid me, i picked up the phone. it was a recorded message about updating my account. i hung up and used a landline to call this number back so i can say "don't you get tired of harrassing people??? get a life!" but i got a recording saying the number has been disconnected or not in service. ???. hmmmmm........
says nothing, just hangs up. Caller id says unavailable and shows above telephone number.I called the number back on my cell and got this recording: "I am sorry this number is disconnected or no longer in service." It is time for my carrier AT&T to do something about this. My phone bill is extreme with internet services being paid monthly to AT&T and I pay my bill promptly for me and my family to use not the no count iddypods who have nothing to do but play. Either AT&T does something NOW, or I leave their company, pull my land phone and go totally cell. Its their call, not mine. Thank you for listening.
Abandoned call. When I called back I got a message saying that the number was disconnected.
This was one of 10 calls that I've received from this number saying "This is the final call about your credit card." I pressed 1 to speak to a rep and was connected to Sarah. Told Sarah to take me off the list and she hung up on me. I called the number back and was told "You have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service." What ASSHOLES!!!!!! And yes I am on the Do Not Call list.
Claim to be an interest rate reduction service for Visa/Mastercard, Claim to work with all 525 banks. When I asked for additional information they hung up
Drop a complaint on this site maybe Bell South will disconnect the number due to this Bell South Customer abusing their services to scam people for their CC #'s..can't hurt to try..topix.com
Postscript: The Do Not Call Registry nearly always is unavailable because of technical difficulties. It's probably worthless to these shoddy characters anyway.
From a credit card agency at 6:47pm, Jan. 22, 2009, unnamed caller and company recording--but I hung up as soon as I heard the start of the msg. The caller id appeared; usually, I get "Unknown Name" on caller ID.
nobody calls FBI, that's why those f*ckers still on the loose since 2007

Re: Major Do Not Call Violator
Anybody ready the two comments preceding this from Russel and Erick should be aware that these comments were actually made by the same person (with the IP address 64.132.248.118). Since this person decided to pretend to be two differnt people I can only guess that the commenter is really working for the company being criticized in the original post.
For example, Russel claims that if you get one of these calls then you must not be on the Do Not Call List. Having verified that my number is indeed on the list using the donotcall.gov web site I know that I am on the list and was on the list when the company in question called. The company in question uses spoofed phone numbers to cover their tracks and willfully breaks the law. They then post silly comments on blogs trying to defend their actions... sad.

same thing - phone rang, I answered, and caller hung up. Tried to call number back and it said the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.
Phone rang, I answered & caller hung up.
automated message to lower cc interest rates "this is your last chance!!"
said this is last attempt to lower my credit card rates! LOL that's funny I have no credit cards!!! good ole block numbers and the do not call is being filed right now!
Recorded message: "This is the last opportunity to lower the interest on your credit card. Please call back or the offer will expire." I hung up.
Yet another call from Florida, a state which appears to be exempt from the NATIONAL Do Not Call list I registered for. What a bunch of BS.
They call to lower credit card interest. They have called me about 6 times before. They say to press 1 to talk to an agent. When I press 1 and ask to be removed from their calling list, they hang up on me. I have a do not call number.
Called me today. No message left. Caller ID same Unknown Name.
got this caller at my business several times know. i hate telemarketers!
this number called on our land line and left a voice mail recording that told me it was my final notice, and to call back or your vehicle will be reclassified , and to press "1 to a speak warranty specialist, or "2 to close your file. Caller ID said unavailable. My husband called back and the number was disconnected.
After reading Luke McCraken's message, I found this info after doing a Google on Chris Rubini.
Good luck Luke!

These clowns continue to call, about every 2 weeks. Same recorded message about high interest rates on credit card balances and this was their last chance effort to reach me. I only wish it was their last effort. I have, at the very minimum, listened to the entire message and pressed 2 to request they no longer try to reach me. But to no avail, the calls continue. Sometimes, their number will not display on caller ID. When you call the number, you get message indicating the number is disconnected.
Several months back, I made sure my number was on the National Do Not Call Registry. I have now reported this number. Maybe this will help.
PS:
My posts above are about the guy responsible for most of your calls.
His name is Chris Rubini
These are his contact numbers I have stored in my outlook from when we were friends in 2006
not sure if they still work. I dont call anymore.
(407) 454-1909
(407) 574-5704

(7223)
Im sure one of these was his cell phone number.
ENJOY!!!!!!!
((continued from last post)))I then sold my half of the company to my best friend (we are still best friends) and started my own parts company making my own new designs. then one day when I was out of the country I got a call from my ex business partner and he told me that he saw Chris at an event and he was selling exact copies of our parts in his packaging. My friend is very passive and when Chris said "oh well I can make what ever I want", my friend just shrugged it off. I would have beat the shit out of him if I wasnt in Brazil at the time. He was the first of many companies to copy our products, but he was the only one we knew personally. He is a worthless scum bag and if I ever see him again he will regret it. Im sure some day he will read this... Chris, you are scum bag and im sure you will burn in hell.....But someday Ill run into you, when I do be ready for an ass kicking.....And Im really good at handing out ass kickings. Thats one of my best natural talents I was born with.
WOW....I Know this scum bag. Its very strange that I found this thread. I was looking up scams...HUH. This is how I know him and my story about how he screwed me over. In 2004 a friend and I formed a sportbike parts company and we were making custom parts for all types of bikes. We had 1 product line with dozens of product variants. Our parts were new concepts for the market and very hot. When we first started we only made 600 parts, This guy Chris Rubini owned an aftermarket sportbike parts retail business called Spyderracing. He was just starting to get known also but he didnt manufacture his own parts. We sold him 50 of our first run of parts. Our parts were hot and we started a trend, we started manufacturing all the other variants of this parts line and Chris started buying 300 parts at a time very often. Not only did he sell the crap out of our parts but he also got them at a good price because he bought so much 300% mark up at times. We (seemed) to be friends and we had a good business relationship, we all lived in the same area...he had been to our houses and we had been to his. Then one day we were watching speed channel and we saw a feature on his custom bikes. He pointed out all our parts and said the he was the manufacturer. We called him about it and he claimed that he was nervous being on TV. He started acting shady after that... to be continued next post
Hung up when I told him I was on the do not call list and I would need info about his company to file a complaint.
No one spoke when I answered, clearly a phishing call to see if the number was active.
Why bother signing up for the Do Not Call Registry when these isiots with thousands of complaints against them can keep calling?
Not sure who this call was from, but after delay, prerecorded message came on. I have answered my phone before to hear recording tell me I won a vacation or some other nonsense...
These delayed prerecorded messages ARE FTC violations, along with violating the do-not-call laws. I will report this to the FTC, but honestly, I am getting soooo tired of repeatedly reporting stuff like this to them, and it seems to be getting MORE frequent, instead of LESS. :-(
credit card scam, trying to steal ID by asking for credit card info and name and address
Tried to call this number back, disconneted. third time called here, first time caller tried to obtain credit card information
Why haven't these people been stopped from calling? They continue to call day after day and it is getting out of hand. Why report these calls if you do nothing about it?
This number has been calling for twice a week for months, they say inportance information about your credit card. It's a woman voice, today she sounds frantic. I just hang up real fast.
Recorded message said they have been trying to reach me about my credit card with an offer to lower my interest rate. To speak to a customer service rep, press 1. I press 1 and get a guy and I start questioning him and he got really rude and said they are just trying to lower my interest rate and he hung up on me. I tried to call it back and the number is not in service!!?? I am on the DNC list
so how can they call me from Fla and get away with it? I am reporting this number.
Called my cell phone while I was in the midst of a traffice jam. I answered and a recording said they had made several attempts to call about my credit card account. So I thought it might be one of my accounts and I pressed 1. A guy came on immediately and began asking how many credit cards did I have, etc. He was pretty smooth in his delivery because I talked to him for two or three minutes before I realized that he was a telemarketer. Not sure what he was selling but when I asked him why he was asking so many questions and how did he get my cell phone number, he hung up. So I guess he was from a debt consolidation company.
(305) 836-7371
They left a message saying how they have tried to reach us several times and that the automatic warranty on my vehicle is going to be reclassified and that I should press 1 to speak to a "mortgage specialist".

Recorded message threatened to raise the interest rate on my credit card to the maximum default rate if I did not respond to this call. When a live person got on the line, I asked which credit card they were calling about. They said, "All of them, VISA and MasterCards" I asked which one specifically. They could not provide an answer. I told them to stop calling me and that I wasn't interested in anything that they were calling about. The person then immediately hung up the phone.
A tape recording that we had won a vacation to the Carribbean. We hung up before the tape finished. We are on the FCC DNC list.
Apparently, the NM atty general's office is aware of this scam . Nothing they can do about it because the originating number is offshore and outside of US jurisdiction Once you press 2 to remove yourself from the calling list, you are actually validating your number. The only recourse was to activate an upgrade with the local phone company to permanently block the number, as the FCC cannot take any complaints without actual company name or halt calls offshore using inland router. I get these calls 3-5 times a day...from the same number--documented 33 from 12/13 to 1/12.
cost for upgrade $4.50....
no more calls from this number priceless.
Called today while we were out, didn't leave a message. Thank You to all who posted info about this company. :-)
It's always a recording. I hang up when it starts with "this is an important message..."
We have friends in Florida, otherwise I would let it ring.
Regarding 305-836-7371, "Consumer Services" or "Credit Card Services".
As a followup to Bill's comment below, this info is later in the thread at city-data.com (see user Genethemachine):
"The link posted by zMan0 for Florida corp info show Leverage Communications applied to dissolve itself in August. However, today I got a call from "Consumer Services" offering the same service. Use Zabasearch to look up Christopher Rubini. The Google satellite view shows he has a very nice house at 10020 VALLEY ROSE CT ORLANDO, FL 32825.
Leverage Communications may be dissolved but this guy now runs a new company called EXCITE FINANCIAL INC."
Maybe someone can verify this so our donotcall.gov complaints can reference more accurate info than just "consumer services" as the company name.

Recorded message doesn't identify company. It gives you a number to call. I guess that's how they get away with this-- if you call to tell them to stop, they can mark you as interested.
Caution, this number is a CALLER ID SPOOF! the call originates from a spoofing sight like "spoofcard, 123spoof, telespoof, ect. For a subscription fee, these businesses allow you to make phone calls, via their service, with any caller ID you input. Some even change your voice and it is all legal as long as you do not commit fraud, unfortunately, many of these calls ARE fraudulent. Write your congressman and demand that a bill is submitted to outlaw these services.
Caller ID said Florida, but when I spoke to an operator she ID'd the company as "Credit Services in Atlanta, GA". Then she tried a short pitch on lowering my Visa/Mastercard interest rates (it didn't seem to matter which!) before I cut her off and asked to be removed from her company's directory. I see from my caller ID that this is the 2d time they've called my home today (I think), although the first time was from a different Florida number. (I don't know anyone in Florida; the other call was a hangup on my voicemail.)
My number is on the Do Not Call list and I've filed several complaints on this number with the FCC. Their calls have slowed down, but I received another one today regarding my credit card interest rate. In the past, I would click 1 for a real person and point out that I am on the DNC list. Now, I just get my whistle ready and when they answer, I blow it as loud and long as I can. If we can't get them to stop calling us, maybe we can get people to stop working for them.
Called, but I didn't answer. No message left and no name on Caller ID.
They keep calling to offer reduced interest rates. This time I was there to pick up the phone when I heard the message prompt me to press 1. I pressed 1 and after about 30 seconds I got through to a human. I politely explained that I had received an automated phone call that didn't identify the company. When I asked him what the company was he hung up.
Had a call 10 minutes earlier from 407-251-6572, the car warranty scam artists. Then these clowns about my credit cards. All the same telemarketing turds working out of the same warehouse. Call either number back and it will tell you it's disconnected. Don't bother complaining to the Fla. AG's office or their consumer affairs division, they won't do anything and will ignore your complaint, they've ignored all the ones I've sent them. As for the Federal Do Not Call List....ROFLMAO.
they just breath or something cause no one speaks when you say hello..this goes on for a few seconds then the line goes dead...how annoying this is!!
Did not listen to the spiel --calls like this are supposed to be forbidden
When I answered, there was no one there, and a click. Autodialer on the fritz. They'll never get anywhere this way. Jerks.
multiple calls that show up on caller ID but no messages
when picked up they hung up.

some A**hole calls, leaves no message
This morning I took a call from 305-836-7371 which has called me in the past but being at work my answering device recorded the number. A person said he represented Visa and Mastercard and that he could lower my interest rate. I did not give him any information on my credit cards and said to call me back in 30 minutes. Next I called one of my credit card's customer service department and they said I did the correct response to the scam call and that I could report the abuse to all my credit card accounts. They said they do not call their customers with calls like I got. I have been on the Do Not Call List for some time now but that doesn't seem to stop these scam calls. When will something be done especially from this telephone number 305-836-7371? Beware and be safe to all.
Answered, got a recording saying this was their final attempt to reach me... something about last chance to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Said to press one to speak to a representative. Yeah, uhm, no! I don't deal well with scare tactics!
They have been calling my cell (do not call listed) for weeks now.
no one on the other end of the phone call
These slugs should be tracked down and thrown in jail where they belong!
Two months ago (October 2008), I received a call from Miami, FL. The number showing on my caller ID was 305-836-7371. I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't know who it was, but shortly thereafter, I called the number back. The recorded message said, "This number is no longer in service or has been disconnected." So I did a reverse phone number search. It is a South Central Bell land Line in the Miami Area and has belonged to a number of different people in the past. Last night, I had a call from this same number. This time, my caller ID, said, "Out of Area." I picked up the phone, but no one was there. I called the number back and got the same message as before. I'm calling AT&T, which now owns South Central Bell, tomorrow and asking them to trace the origin of the call.
I received a call from this number, no answer when phone was picked up then line was disconnected. Called the number back and a message states the line has been disconnected.

Left message-could not hear the beginning, but a female said that we have been calling you. Your car will be reclassified.
Called us, guy was extremely rude to my wife then hung up on her when she asked who they were. Obviously these guys are criminals and don't want to engage with anyone who doesn't fall for their scam. Enjoy prison.
Called. Picked up after 3 rings. No one there.
Tried to call back and it said the number was disconnected. 15 minutes later.
advertising lower credit card rates. i am on the do not call list. I waited to be connected with a rep. asked the name of the company: card Services. report all such calls to the FCC online. reporting to do not call is a waste of time. FCC will mail you an acknowledgement of your report.
Got the automated message on my vm today and all that was left was press 1 to speak with a representative or press 2 to cancel something or other. very annoyed.
Called with an automated message about my "current credit card account." I don't have any credit cards. Hung up.
I've had repeated calls from these people about the interest rate on my credit card (which I don't have). When I tell them I'm on Kentucky's no-call list, they hang up. Very professional.
Message was for lowering the interest rate on my credit card(s). Pressed one to speak to a live person and when I asked what company it was for they hung up. This was the fourth time in the past week that they have called my cell phone.
I answered but they hung up again.
Automated message claimed to be from my credit card company; "time running out ... low interest rate"
Got the same automated message as most of you. I pressed 1 to get to a live voice so that I could find out who was doing it because I get the same calls at home and on my cell phone despite selecting the option that says they will remove my number several times. When the person picked I told them that what they were doing was ilegal and the person on the phone called me Dummy and a bunch of curse words including calling my wife a prostitute and a bunch of other stuff before I hung up. The phone company told me that couldn't track these people down. I understand the technology of what is happening and at the end of the day they just don't want the hassle. These people are spoofing the phone numbers so you will never be able to track them down without the phone companies help.
I missed the call, no voicemail was left.
Got a automated machine that said to hit 0 to speak to a representative about my credit card. I was feeling saucy, so I did. Spoke to a telemarketer who offered protection for all my credit cards (she said "all" when I tried to determine if she was calling from one of my existing credit card companies). When I told her that if she didn't work for a company who I was already a client of, she was in violation of the Do Not Call registry, at which point she hung up.
Ha!
This was a pre-recorded message about my automobile warranty. I hung up as I always do on pre-recorded messages. My number is on the National Do not Call registry.
DO NOT CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!
recording said this was last chance to lower my credit card interest rates- scam
Got a call from this #. I did not answer because i did not recognize the #.
My advice to anyone reading this is to do the same...all the time. if you don't recognize the #, don't answer. if it is someone that really needs you, they will leave a message and you can call back.
this way you will avoid any potential problems that these scammers could create for you.
this number called my cell number and my cell number is on the do not call list. I don't give out my cell number either to anyone but my family knows it.
Recording: it was my final notice and my account would be expiring, and to press "1" to talk to an account representative. Pressed 1- got a live person. Person was rude & obnoxious!! Do not answer calls from this number.
call came from 305-836-7371. when we answered they said it was about our credit card balance. We hung up and tried to call the number back. The number was "disconnected" according to the recording we got.
2nd call in same day - one for credit card consolidation, one for auto warranty. Both recordings state "we've tried numerous times to reach you"
Called my cell. I hung up.
Called cell phone but didnt leave a message.
Ditto Dave. They said this was a second attempt and final call and to press 1 to talk to a representative and 2 to lower my credit card rate. I just hung up, but they did call on my cell so if I knew who to report them to, I sure would. I too do not want to pay for a telemarketer's calls to me. How does one go about reporting to the FCC? My cell number is on the Do Not Call list too.
when i call this number back i get a recording that the number is no longer in service or disconnected.
did not take call
A "You've won a vacation" promotion. Pressed 9 to get a rep, told her I was on the do-not-call list. She asked for my number, and I told her that she already had it if she called me. I then hung up on the cunt.
called repeatedly and when i got a live person an asked them to take me off their call list they hung up on me. i could not get thru when i redialed the caller id number
you won a vacation; phone rep asked "who am I speaking with?" and actually handled it politely when I said "someone who is on the no-call registry and will be reporting this phone number."
Received a call from this number. Live in Southern California. I'm on the National Do Not Call list. They didn't leave a number and I didn't answer.
Phone rang. Didn't answer it. They hung up. I tried calling back to find out the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Got another call from another number in the same area code 2 hours later. Same thing.
crazy cold call saying our credit card interest rate will NOT be lowered unless we press one now.
I don't get to talk to anyone from this number. Looks like a scam.
call the federal trade comission on these people 1-877-382-4357 i did because my arm isnt long enough to bitchslap them
Others have identified these calls as coming from one or more companies run by Chris Rubini. If you search for his home address (14026 Spruce Creek Lane, Orlando, FL 32828), you'll find several hits that indicate that he's also involved with motorcycle parts and is seeking financing to expand his company. There are several phone numbers to reach him 407-574-5704, 407-454-1909, 888-493-5997. See heatherwithaccountservices.com for more information.
I got the stupid message, pressed 1, then got Jessica-I asked her who is calling and she said Jessica again. I then asked her what company it is and she said account services. I then asked her what credit card company. She then said "this is not a credit card company you dumb sh*t" (I had not used any profanity with her). I said goodbye and then hung up on her.
I didn't answer
these jerks called my cell phone and said last call blah blah press 1 some jerk said visa mastercard how can I help you i said you called me
he said "Jesus Christ!!!!" and hung up if I find out who this is I am driving to the location and beating the holy hell out of someone
please if anyone has info on the call center let me know ill put the butt whoopin on you tube
call from miami florida area. woman began with "this is am important call...." i hung up after listening to this beginning. i do not talk to computers or telemarketers or telemarketing computers.
Did not answer after looking the number up here... but reported to the Do Not Call registry. They did not leave a message.
This should be illegal.... They pretend they're from your credit card company and that you need to authorize lowering your rate.... but ultimately won't say which card they're calling from or where they're calling from at all--except "Card Services." I asked if they have a website and they said that it's "for clients only." I then hung up.... Hate my time being wasted...
I don't have any credit cards directed to my cell phone - yet they said they have tried to reach me and this was the last chance I could get my interest rate lowered -- stay on the line and someone would be right with me. I hung up.
Called and left no message as we leave ringer off.
I didn't answer and caller left no message. I called back the number but it said number was disconnected.
called at 10:45am. I didn't answer. no message.
This is your last notice to lower your credit card rates. (I sure hope so). Robo SPAM to my cell phone.
How come they can wiretap the whole country, and yet we keep getting this SPAM?
Recorded message
Said something about changing the interest rate on my credit card and to press 1 to speak to a representative. I pressed 1 (to try to find out who was calling) and was disconnected. I think they must be harvesting cell numbers.
Said I qualified for reduced interest rates on all my cards. Refused to ID the company, other than Card Services, then said affiliated with Experion. I asked to be removed from call list, they said No, Hell No, and hung up.
keeps calling when asked the name of company they hang up
either says car warrantee is expired, or asks about credit card
I just ignored the number, didn't leave a message.
Call from Florida. Spam
thi is your credit card company, weve tried several times to reach you. dial 1 ,lady asked would you like to reduce yoyre credit interest, when we asked what credit card they hung up.
They called on my cell phone which is unusual since I use it rarely. I did not answer.
You'll like this one. I listened to the recorded speech, pressed one and told the live agent that I would like to be removed from the list. She became angry with me and told me that I should have pressed two and that I need to learn to follow instructions.
HA HA HA HA HA!!!!
Left msg re final notice on auto warranty expiration. I've received about 5 such notices via post office re same subj. Spanish newscast last week talked about scam involving warranty expiration notices to car owners. DO NOT RESPOND! I contacted the dealer where I got my car & their rep said to ignore.
Robo Call claiming to be with "Credit Services" Informed them we are on the NDC list and asked to be removed from their call list.
Called at 10:28am, but did not leave voice mail. First time they call.
When answered, you are given a threat that your credit card account is in peril. Then you are told to "press 1" to protect your account. I hit the "1" and got a chick who immediately wanted my credit card number "for reference to assist you yadda, yadda, yadda." I suspect all they want is yout credit card # for a quick shopping spree. I used some unprintable language and the chick started screaming. What a scam!
Left message for great credit card offer, last chance; called the # back and woman answered the phone and I hung up, I figure if it is a reputable business they will answer the phone with a business name. Have received numerous calls from this number and I am on the DNC list
Credit card/reduce debt on voice mail, call back and woman answers the phone "hello", no company name or anything.I just hung up, figure it is a scam of some sorts, If this was a true business they would not just answer the phone "hello"
It was an automated call telling me I could transfer my credit card balances for a lower interest rate. It then gave me the option to push 1 where I could speak to a representative or 2) have my number removed from their list and lose my chane to refinance the cc debt. I opted for 2 and hung up.
Received this call this morning. 4th time. Shows up on my caller id as "scam auto warranty (AT&T) Miami, FL.
I have received this call twice in the last month. The first time I selected option 2 requesting I not be called again. This time I selected option one. Same response as Dave and Rick below. I tried to explain I was on do not call and they hung up. I have reported them to the do not call registery. I do not think it will do any good because I think they are using technology to use a fake number on caller ID. When I tried to call the number back I received the standard phone company message indicating the number had be disconnected and was not valid.
Called 11/21/08 at 12:17 pm. Caller ID said Miami, Fl. Did not pick up the phone, and they did not leave message.
Got a call from them today to lower my cc interest rate. I pressed 1. The guy told me it was to reduce the rate on my MC or Visa. When I told him I was on the DNC list, he said I was a loser and would be in debt for the rest of my life. I laughed and he hung up. Pretty funny since I don't even have a MC or VISA. Who is the loser now, working for a scam company?
Voicemail message. Another "last chance" to lower my interest rates. Too bad it won't be. I've tried pressing 2 (to be taken off the list) and pressing 1 to talk to operator, but nothing stops them. I'm on DNC list and reported them... again! When will someone monitoring DNC violations do something about this?
Message on answer machine was: "Don't be alarmed, but this is your last chance to reduce your interest rates on.." and that is where the message ended. Either the caller hung up (most likely) or my answer machine hung up (not likely). By the way, I don't have any loans at the moment and so there are no interest rates for me to reduce.
machine picked up, caller hung up without leaving a message
Telemarketing. Warranty expering?!
Just called this afternoon for first time on cell phone. Just hung and left no message.
Recorded message on lower interest rates
They call themselves card member services or lending card services. Pressing 2 to have you taken off the list does nothing, calls keep coming. Pressing 1 and asking to be taken off the call list, and they hang up on you. 8th call in 4 or 5 months.
They called my cell phone. I knew it was telemarketing, as I know no one in Miami (area code 305).
When I picked up they hung up. There is usually some kind of talk about my warantee running out on my car or something like that. Big scam. Big pain in the butt. to.
Please find these jerks and put them out of business.
And report this abuse to the Florida Attorney Generals office, as suggested in a comment below.
Number called today Nov 17th 2008. I picked it up and waited for them to say something but I got silence. A normal person calling me would have said hello. I am on the do not call list but am getting called frequently by numbers way out of my area code that should have no business calling me. I believe these are autodialers calling me up and when I answer and say hello it gets passed onto a live person. I'm sick of this. Telemarketers are not supposed to be able to repeatedly ignore the do not call list for the exact same person. Usually they try to sell me subscriptions to the Dish Network but I guess now they will be calling me with their credit card scams too. One way I have of dealing with them is asking them if they have heard of the do not call list. They usually hang up then.
Unknown
Call using a fake number. Claimed to be "Client Services." Very rude assholes... Like they get any business doing this kind of bullshit??? Obviously a scam preying on the elderly.
Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. They did not leave a message.
Keeps calling - recorded message that says to press 1 to speak to someone. I keep hanging up but the calls are getting more frequent. Another number with the same message was used too.
I'm on do not call list but keep getting calls everyday!!!!
Caller id showed 305-836-7371. I did not recognize the number so did not pick up. They left no message.
no message left
Stupid auto dialing telemarketing
I received the (second time) call from 305-836-7371 today (11/14/08). I pushed "one" to connect with a human. "Larry" answered the phone. I asked what the name of the company was. He replied "Consumer Services" and started to explain that if I had over $3,000 in charge card bills that they could lower the interest if it was currently over 14 per cent. I told him that I wanted my phone number removed from their calling list because I was on the "National Do Not Call List." He asked me for my name and phone number again. Three hours later, "Larry" called and was obscene. I hung up on him. I called my local police department and filed a complaint. I also called the "National Do Not Call Registry" and reported it. AND, tonight I am going to go to the website and file another complaint, in case they didn't receive the proper information that I left on their machine.
I have also had many calls from 506 area code with is VanCouver, British Columbia. I asked that woman, "Julia" to remove my number from their listing. She later called my phone, called me a "whore" and said that she was going to call me and bug me all the time. She has done so. She has also been reported to the local police department and the "National Do Not Call" registry. There is an agreement between the U.S. and Canada to enforce the registry. Unfortunately, the law has no "teeth" in it and the penalties are marginal. BUT the U.S. GOVERNMENT now has all of our phone numbers in the order they want them!! More wasted government time and money. And nothing to show for it!
Hung up when I asked to be removed from their calling list
MAJOR FRAUD! WILL KEEP CALLING EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM TO STOP! REPORT ALL CALLS TO donotcall.gov
Maybe one day The dolts at Do Not Call will actualy do something about these....
CLAIMED TO BE CREDIT SERVICES, WANTED TO HELP LOWER MY INTEREST RATES ON LOANS. TALKED A BIT THEN SAID ACCOUNT MANAGER WOULD CALL BACK. THIS WAS TO MY HOME NUMBER. SAID TO BE FROM ATLANTA, GEORGIA.
Called claiming to lower my interest rate and the work with all the top banks and credit cards. They asked if I had over 3000 in debt with an average rate higher then 12.99. i told them i had 100k plus in debt and average of 15% and they said please hold, and hung up on me.
They called my cell, I was not around and they did not leave a message
rec'd call and message stated last chance to lower your interest. Offer ends today
These Idiots use fake caller ID, they would call constantly and nobody seem to be able to do anything about them...even the phone company!
Just received a call from this number on my cell phone! Did not leave a messgage, but I have been reading up on everyone's complaint about this number. These people need to be stopped
when I asnswered the message said don't be alarmed. This is the last day to lower your intrest rate on car insurance. So I waited on the line to talk to someone and when I asked who they are calling for and why they are calling me. The man named Kenny started yelling and said, my head was in a cloud and I should call him back when I'm not so foggy and he hung up. I called back and a recording said the # was disconnected
I got the last of a recorded message on my message recorder.
Waste their time....pretend to be interested, give fake info.....
Said they were calling on behalf of a car warranty about to expire. I asked them which of cars they were calling on knowing neither one of the warranties is close to expiring, they said if I gave them my VIN # they could pull my file. I asked why they were callling me if they did not have my file and if they truly have my warranty they should already have that info without me having to provide it to them. The man than hung up!
President = Christopher Rubini
His home address is listed as 14026 Spruce Creek Lane, Orlando, FL 32828-7251.
Home phone is unlisted.
This guy has/does have several companies:

He lives 4.35 miles from his office (mapquest).
Company Addresses all seem to come back as:

Feel free to call and harass him all you want, he seems to not care about doing that to us. By the way, if you're visiting Disneyworld, perhaps you might want to stop by his home or office to say hi to him.
I stayed on the line to tell them to stop calling. They call about once a day at the same time. They hung up. Not surprising as this is another scam call.
I did file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.
Last chance to get lower rates. Waited for operator. Asked name of company - asked how they got my number - she hung up. I am on Do Not Call list.
Just got a call today, didn't pick up, left no voicemail. After reading everyone's comments I'm glad I didn't pick up.
Recorded voice said "DON'T be alamered. This is your FINAL call to lower your Interest Rates". I hung up. Wish I stayed on to see if there was an "opt out" of Future Calls. Oh Well......
recieved a call from this number on cell phone which is DNC listed. referred to FTC for prosecution. suggest all who receive calls from them do same:
donotcall.gov
Who should I report this to? Called my cell 11-10-08 at 9:40 a.m.
I recevied a call this morning from 302-836-7371 when I said I said Hello no one would answer then they hung up.
This has happened quiet frequently and I would like it to stop. Very annoying. If they are going to call people they should at least have the mammers to say what they want.
Thanks.
Called my cell phone. I answer. It's some robo message that says,"Don't be alarmed." And then it says something about my account. I hang up. How did they get my cell phone number? My cell phone number is on the Do Not Call List!!
They left a message, but only part of it was recorded. The part I heard was something like "we have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before your vehicle is reclassified. Press 1 to speak with a warranty specialist, or press 2 and your file will be automatically closed." No idea what it was about, but thanks to this site, I won't worry about it!
didn't leave a message...these guys are WEASELS!
Received calls from this #several times. Since I didn't know who it was, I didn't answer. Thanks to all who posted here.
This company has called at least 4 times..each time I've answered I've been told it's my final warning to lower interest rates. Interest rates on what???????? I haven't had a valid credit card in over 3 years! I've just recently filed for a Chp 7 Bankruptcy...so what interest rates are they trying to lower for me? It's a scam...and I've reported them to the FCC. Next I will be complaining to my states Attorney General.
recorded message that started with: "Final courtesy call before your vehicle is automatically reclassified.". Then attempt to sell you a warranty for your vehicle. When I ask which vehicle, they attempted to get me to identify what vehicles I own. I have reported to FCC (again)

Credit card scam. Its a pre-recorded message, then a telemarketer after hitting "1". Opeartor gave company name as "Account Services". FCC violation for telemarketing call to wireless number.
Filed a online complaint at esupport.fcc.gov
"Unknown Caller"
Mine was a "last chance for reduced interest rates" on my credit cards. My cell phone number is my former home landline number and has been on Do Not Call since it's inception. When I asked the live person with whom I spoke which of my present credit card companies she represented, she hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the Do No Call Registry.
Missed call, no voice mail left.
Something about: "They've tried calling me many times about my automotive warranty status and this is their final attempt." Press 1 to speak to a rep, Press 2 to be removed, etc.
didn't answer, "ignored" it to vmail. the number called back, i did the same thing
They have called NUMEROUS times. It always leaves a recorded message. I answered today, when I started challenging the call and asked for a supervisor, they hung up. I have already filed a complaint with the FCC, everyone should do the same.
Pressed 1 to speak to a representative. I asked who the company was and why they'd called me. She said that they were 'consumer services' (a more generic name couldn't possibly exist) and they could negotiate my interest rates to be lower. I asked how they got my details and she said (lying) that I'd been selected due to my account status. To qualify I'd have to have more than $3000 debt and be paying more than 12% interest. I pointed out that I do not have any debt and that I'd therefore like the name of their company "and don't hang up". She said "I can hang up if I want to!" I said "I'd like to know who you are to report you to the do not call registry." She said "here, I'll give you the 800 number 800 348 8783. You call that then get back to me and tell me how you get on" and she then hung up. Seems that the number she gave is maybe part of Providian who aren't exactly the best credit card company out there but I doubt they have anything to do with these jokers.
People like this are making a mockery of the DNC list, who apparently do nothing about most of them! I can only hope that the lowlifes who stoop to doing this work earn a pittance and feel like crap at the end of the day.
Tried of all the BS calls... If I need something I call you! (NOT)
I received a telemarketer call to my cell from this # about lowering my interest rates. I hit 1 to talk to someone, got Shawna who promptly hung up when I asked them to put me on the Do Not Call list.
This number was on my caller id...I called it back, and guess what? It says that the number has been disconnected....go figure
ditto as Dave below except it was my home phone.
ditto as Dave below, but it was my home phone.
got a recording that said my last chance to get this low interest rate, press 1 to talk with a live representative - which I did and then told her that I had told them many times before to stop calling me, and she hung up. Same call I have had many times before. I am reporting them to the FCC also.
When caller got on line, I told him the cell phone he called was my Police Department's phone, and I wanted my number taken off his calling list. Caller said, "this ain't no damn police phone, bitch". I asked to speak with his supervisor and he hung up. The caller sounded to be a black male.
phone rang, i didn't pick up, no message left.
(thanks to others for helpful info.)
I did not answer because I did not recognize the number, but when I called back, a recorded said the number had been disconnected.
Missed the call, but called the number back and got an automated msg. saying the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.
THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATES. THIS OFFER EXPIRES TODAY.
I pressed 1 to speak to an operator (which took about 3 minutes) and asked him "What company is this?" With that caller hung up. DEFINITELY A SCAM!
Recorded voice saying it was final notice to reduce interest rates, prompting me to press 1 or 2 or whatever. I recognized this as a scam or telemarketer, and hung up. But this was on my cell phone, so I am quite angry about it.
I picked it up and said "Hello" but there was no answer, and then the line went dead.
Called my cell. Left no message. If a telemarketer they need to be put out of business.
SCAM! Claimed to be from the Warranty Divison for Extended Warranty from the Department of Warranty. Isn't that hilarious? When the phone rang, it was a recording of a woman saying this was my final notice before they claimed my car.
Then they tried to get my insurance information, name and phone number and more but I cut them off with too many questions and they finally hung up on my after 14 minutes. The guy was a total idiot too, not too hard to fool.
Called muliple times, recording says something to the extent of "Cardmember services, your last chance to reduce your rates, press 1 to speak with a customer representative or 2 to discontinue receiving calls". This is the second time I've pressed "2". I'm going to file a complaint on donotcall website and they'll probably do nothing.
Called muliple times, recording says something to the extent of "Cardmember services, your last chance to reduce your rates, press 1 to speak with a customer representative or 2 to discontinue receiving calls". Didn't recognize the number, so I let them leave a message. The message was "this is a final call to lower my credit card interest rate". If number is redialed, it is listed as "disconnected, or no longer in service". Don't know how they are using the number, but beware!
The phone rang and there was an automated message, but it did not identify the company.
When I spoke to the individual on the phone, she took my name and hung up.
Left message saying to press 1 for rate reduction. Recording also said to hurry as it was the last offer of season. Something tells me it won't be the last offer of the season, however.
Whoever this is called twice on my cell phone and left a voicemail that said, "Final Notice. Press 1 to speak to a representative or 2 to remove. I called the number back and it says it has been disconnected. It adds charges to a cell every time a person gets these idiot type of messages. Can't something be done to stop them?
Called today around 5:15 my number is unlisted. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I called the number back and it said it was disconnected.
They called today around 5:15 p.m. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I called the number back and it said it was disconnected. They are obviously using a spoof program to block their number.
called, no message left...
They have called now twice and won't leave a msge. When I called back, the msge said that the # had been disconnected.
I keep getting these calls every few days now. I tried to complain to AT&T and have the call traced to see who it was, but they refused to do it! They said that unless the call was threatening they would not trace it. I then called the FTC to file a complaint against them for fraudulent claims, but the FTC said they wouldn't do anything unless I could get the company name, that AT&T wouldn't;t give me. So I filled a complaint against AT&T instead, which they said would do nothing. Oh I also tried the attorney general of GA too, but they also wouldn't do anything unless I could get the name from AT&T!
Got an automated voicemail message that said "Thank you very much"
econ must be hard .... these scams are increasing!
There was a message saying I could get lower credit card rates and speak to a live person by pressing one. When I pressed one, I asked the name of the company and they replied "card services", I then asked to be removed from their list and they quickly hung up! They called my cell phone and I find that very annoying!
The voicemail was "Automatically closed" only.
left message saying I won A free Cruise..
They keep calling us. Day after day after day. When we asked about the company this deal was related to, we never got an answer. This is a complete scam.
recieved the phone call pressed one for more information
the woman who answered obviously hated life
when i asked her to please take me telephone number off of her lists she replyed
"no ma'am i can not do that and we will continue calling you over and over and over agian, you have a good day."
last chance to lower your interest rate.... interest rate on what I ask? must be a scam.
I receive these periodically. Verizon tells me the best thing to do is (1) initiate a recorded call trace, dialing *57 here. They keep these traces for 90 days. After initiating the trace, they recommend reporting to law enforcement. There are no guarantees, but it's better than nothing. I'm keeping a log, have received 4 of these since Sep 26.
Called the number back and got a message saying it was disconnected.
Called my work cell phone. It was a pre-recorded message telling me that this was my final notice about the interest rate going up. I hung up before the message finished.
no message, did not answer
Keep leaving "Don't be alarmed, but this is your last chance to lower your interest rates" messages on my machine almost every day. Um, if it was my last chance, then why do they keep calling?
I have repeatedly asked both the live person and the option #2 to remove me, and they stop for about a month or so and then start calling back again! They even have called my business before! I am getting so frustrated, because they just don't stop! I am on the DNC list, but this isn't stopping them. Guess some jerks will do anything to make a dishonest buck.
Recorded message explaining there is something wrong with my car's warranty, which is about to be "reclassified" and that they have been trying to reach me several times. Hangs up when I tried to connect to a live agent.
Recorded message saying not to hang up because I had won a free trip. I hung up anyway. Caller ID showed name unavailable.
Phone rang and i did not receive.
Seems like a spam.
this number called me saying i won a trip....my number is on the do not call list, so i wanted more info....this number connected me with a number that is outside the usa....number is 6 646 537 3462
I received the call, pressed 1 and pretended to be interested, I finally secured a working call back number which is 310-568-6009. Now I would like to reverse the roles. :-) She offered me a low interest credit card with no out of pocket expense, but required my credit card numbers and three digit secutity code... Yeah right!!!! Once I called her on it and demanded to be removed from all marketing lists.. She became loud and rude, I told her the company was a scam and hung up on her.
DoNotCall
Pressed 1 to get operator.
Answered as "Account Services"
Asked for Company Name
Surly female operator answered "that IS the company name"
No toll free number
Reported number to donotcall.gov
Exactly the same thing happened to me 5 minutes ago.
How can I make these people stop calling me? They have called twice today. This is an invasion of my privacy and I'm sick of it. I've reported them to donotcall.gov multiple times.
Auto warranty sales
No message; I didn't answer the phone. Been getting a lot of these lately, from all different numbers.
Pressed 1 to get operator.
Answered as "Account Services"
Asked for Company Name
Surly female operator answered "that IS the company name"
No toll free number
Asked why they were calling this number illegally
Female operator snapped back "it does not apply to us"
Reported number to donotcall.gov
I received a call today at 2:36pm from this number. Caller ID showed "Miami, FL". I did not answer and they left no message. I am on the National DNC list.
Pre-recorded message left on my answering machine telling me this was my last chance to lower my credit card interest rates. Am on the Do Not Call list. Reported #.
just got a call on my cell phone. Call was regarding lowering your interest rate on your current credit card. I pressed 1 to connect to customer service and started talking to a gal there. When I told her I wanted to be taken off the call list she hung up on me. When I called back the number was disconnected. NICE.
It was be a computer generated message since by the time it goes to voicemail, the message is nearly over. I just wanted to find out so I can try to get them to stop calling my cell.
I have already reported them to fcc and will do it again. I continue to receive phone calls on my home and business line even after several requests to be on their DNC list and telling them I am on the national DNC list. The rep told me to ask nicely and I said the first 5 times I did and that obviously did not get through to them. I asked to speak to a manager and upon being transferred the manager said you sound like a McCain voter...then in poor English chanted Yo-BAMA-Yo-MAMA! I said I am not sure why my political stance has anything to do with being placed on the DNC list, but I wanted to never receive another call again.
"Your car warranty has expired. press one to talk to a warranty specialist, or press 2 to close your file."
Pressed 1, a woman requested the car year, make, and model. I said "1974 VW" and she hung up the phone.
Called once. I didn't answer. No message.
health care service
This phone number 305-836-7371 keeps calling me on my land line and my cell. A recording about lowering my interest on my credit card. So I called the 800 number for my credit card, and she told me that they would not call they would send a letter out to me.
Same number called me another time and it was a totally different thing, which was something about a final notice on and account. Same number 305-836-7371, two different comments.
These people should be stopped, this is bull---- and it needs to STOP NOW!
called at 10:28AM 10/20/08. Left no message and I'm not returning the call.
"LIVID".....I love your comment. Let us know when they invent that phone.
Called a second time this month....I didn't pick-up because I didn't recognize the number. I am on the Do Not Call List too.
Called, but did not leave a message. This was probably the sixth call I have received from this number over the last four months. Each time they did not leave a message
I can't wait till they invent a phone you can reach through and bitch slap the caller.
This caller needs to be sued.
Something to the effect of "Don't be alarmed, but this is your last chance to lower the interest rate on your account." Press 1 to speak to a representative; press 2 to stop receiving notices."
Reported them to donotcall.gov.
Message said something about a "auto warranty."
I pressed one.
Asked what the name of the company was and the man hung up on me.
Funny because I was in an MVA yesterday and my car was declared totaled this morning..
:)
On caller ID, no message
I suppose I am dense. Are folks really giving these folks their credit card numbers? Is that how they are making money? If so, I may be dense but lots of folks are purely stupid. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER give out a credit card number. I have gotten several recordings (when I didn't answer)offering to lower rates, etc. I will start being diligent about reporting these numbers.
Picked it up and it was a recorded message, "don't be alarmed, this is your last call about lowering your interest," I hung up! Would like to know who the company is?
it was automated, they told me my auto warranty was about to expire and to press 1 to speak to a customer service rep. well I pressed 1 and the guy said his name and asked for my vin number, as I was telling him I did not own a vehicle, he hung up. Well I called the number back and a recorded message said the number was no longer in service.
According to AT&T, who owns this particular phone # and other phone #'s, they are not responsible for any calls that occur from their use of service, despite knowing that it is a fraudulent act, that they are breaking the law. they are unwilling to disconnect services with that company. they do not care, they will block that number from calling you.
If you'd like to discuss more information, AT&T/Bellsouth Florida # is 888-757-6500.
These wonderful people called me on my Federal DNC home phone. [I've been on it for 5 years, keep it updated every 6 months]. I've pressed 2 to be removed from their services multiple times. they still call back. So i pressed one, requested the name and number of their comopany, and they hung up on me.
no sounds, hangup after a few seconds.
CallerId: Call Center FL

I picked up call from 305-836-7371. Recorded voice said this was the final oppurtunity to get a lower rate on my account. I'm on the no call list and hadn't heard of any thing with any existing accounts of mine so I hit 1 to inquire who they were. Was on hold for 4.5 minutes and got nervous and hung up. Reporting to FCC, they are in violation...
They called my cell phone on 10-15-08. I checked my messages and they didn't leave a message.
Called and said we were going to lose our car. We have tried to call you many and tmes and this is the last we will call before taking your vehicle.
This looks like one of those Spam-Scam /Phone Phishing robotized networks, the recruitment ads of which you see on TV that give a mysterious and cryptic web site address for people wanting a workless way to make "tons of money passively off their computer" with an added automated phone dialer. With such a huge array of "active" phone numbers listed in the research results blog, there must be a lot of suckers out there that fell for it. If everyone simply does not pick up the phone for an unrecognized number, just collects the data, and keeps sending in complaints about these it to the state and fed govt then these leeches will soon starve to death, or they will soon come to the conclusion that they can make more flipping burgers somewhere.
ok, went to leverageconnection.com and clicked on the SSL verify link, the data in that link is supposed to be validated.

I plan to use my fake email account (i use that account when I suspect that I will get spam after registering on a site), I will send message after message, I also plan to contact the ISP that hosts for them and let them know that if they knowingly host for a fraudulent company they will be stripped of their ability to host and could face fines. They can also be forced by Law Enforcement to give up all the data on the company, like where the bills go or what CC was used to secure the space. Never give Up!!!!
I went to city-data.com
They have the following information posted. I am trying to verify, like I said I will NEVER give up.

(continued)THIS IS A SCAM AND CONGRESS NEEDS TO CLEAN-UP THE FLAWS IN DO NO CALL. There needs to be a heavy fine in place for these baboons as well as the phone companies that are sending these fradulent numbers. The election is in approx 20 gays - THROW THE BUMBS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These numbnuts called at 5:30 PM, at 5:36 (after finnishing dinner) I called the number, wouldn't you know it I got the famous phone company recording "we are sorry but the number you have reached is either disconnected or out of service". Give me a break, the phone company in Florida is NOT disconnecting phones at 6:30 PM. T
Automated call, final notice... When I dialed 1 to talk to someone, guy refused to tell me who he was calling for other than 'consumer services.' Hung up when I told him that unsolicited automated calls are illegal in my state.
CALLER ID SHOWS FLORIDA.Left a message on answering machine that my my contract expired.Called them back later and the message the number you dialled dis continued.
Same as the rest, they called back after I scolded them but the caller id was unavailable. I will hunt them down until I find them. I will never give up.
Of course it's a scam people! Wise up! After the recording said push 1 for account rep, i in fact did press 1 just to f*** with them. The dork says, "Are you calling in reference to a phone message you just received?" I said, "Why don't you get a real job, loser?!" Einstein said, "I'm sorry, ma'am, I can't, the economy sucks." What a doorknob. I'm sure these people's parents are so proud of their kids. "Yes, Martha, this is my son, Lick Knob, he scams people for money. We are sure proud of his accomplishments"
Same as below. I entered the number in my address book. DO not call? Do not answer!
It was an automated voice, saying which referred to a generic "your account" and said it was the last notice to lower interest rates. Sounds like a scam to me! Never said which card company, just "press one to connect".
10:50AM on 10/15/08.
It's a "lower your credit" scam, the Caller ID says Call Center, FL. An attempt to call back gets you the disconnected recording. If you've signed up for the Do No Call Registry, they're breaking the law.
(305) 836-7371 - "Card Member Services", cold calling about credit card consolidation. I referred to him as "something I scrape off the bottom of my shoe." and he hung up when I asked the name of the company.
This number called my home phone at 9:00 p.m. at night but did not leave a message.
I let my answering machine pick-up, but no one left a message.
Received a missed call from this number around 7pm this evening. They left no voicemail. The number printed out as "(305) 836-7371" and I didn't recognize that number so I didn't answer.
Hung UP when answering machine picked up.
We need to dial these companies and tell them that their warranty is going to expire or that there is something wrong with their charge card account. Even if they do not have any of those, we can pester them for a change. Telemarketees unite!!
Just saw a missed call from this number (305-836-7371) on my cell phone. (10/14/08 at 3:49pm) No message.
This is the second time they have called this month. It was a recorded message telling me today was my last chance to lower my interest rate. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and he said he worked for a company called "Consumer Services". I have reported their name and phone # to the do not call registry.
This number continues to call me - no one is there and it is an intrusion to say the least. Caller ID shows an unavailable. This is a nuisance to say the least and these people need to be stopped
They have been calling my 12 year old's cell phone. Calling in the morning. Woke him up on the weekend. My son said that when he answered the person sounded foreign. Called again just now while my son was at school. No message.
I'm going to put these losers 6 ft under.
This number called my cell phone at 3:50pm on 10/13/08. Caller id showed 305-836-7371. I did not recognize the number so did not pick up. They left no message.
phone rang, i didn't pick up, no message left.
(thanks to others for helpful info.)
They offered me a vacation. I told the guy where he could go. I'm reporting the scumbags.
They have called twice today so far, I did not pick up and no voice mail either time
Called today - no message - does anyone know who it is???
Called my cell phone. When I answered, it was a recording that told me it was my final notice and my account would be expiring, and to press "1" to talk to an account representative. I hit "1" and a guy asked me if I was inquiring about the visa/mastercard offer. I cut him off and told him that the call came to my cell, that it was illegal, yada yada. He hung up before I could finish my rant. I'm reporting these people to the FCC... I'm tired of paying money for telemarketers to call me!
Called but did not leave a message.
Phone rang, I answered, and caller hung up.
