I am fighting with them write now. My credit card company has credited me back $87.13 and $88.97. But the research I have found is just appalling. I
actually did make the mistake of ordering 2 products on line. It claimed free trial just pay shipping of 5 bucks. Whenever I buy online I only use my cell phone and sure enough they called me the next day and asked if I would like to join a subscription. Why in the world would I want to do that when I hadn't received the product? I said you have absolutely no authorization to charge my card. And that's exactly what they did. This guy and the people who work for him are the bottom feeders in society and I can't WAIT to contact the FTC. Thanks to you guys for that find.

I have put my foot down on this issue everyone that wants this issue resolved follow me. I need your help to spread the word to others that have the same problem. Sign the petition @ petitiononline.com I will take action when we have enough.

They called my cell phone and I did not make it in time to answer. They left no message and I searched the internet. After finding everyon'e comments, I will know to never answer this number and never to order acai over the internet. Thanks for sharing All!

who is calling? several calls today, first time they have called me....cannot return call. wtf?

Today they called twice (yesterday twice) and I'm sick of it, so here's how I answered: I screamed "STOP calling this number!" and then promptly hung up on them before they could speak or respond. So far, they haven't called back again. *hehe*

I just filled out the FTC form to complain about these idiots who are pissing me off as well. I agree w/all comments below...especially ones from Jimbodiny, cm, Chris, & Copperhead just to name a few...you all took the words out of my mouth!!!!!!

I got several calls from this number today. I Googled it and found all of these complaints. I then went and checked my credit card statement and
there is a charge on my credit card for something I DID NOT ORDER!!!!! I never even picked up their calls because I didn't recognize the number
on my caller ID. How did they get my info and my credit card number????? I have never spoken to them!!!

Do not answer this number! Once you answer they never stop calling you. All day and all night long they will just keep calling. It's so annoying. Not to mention how rude they are. received a call from this number today, she said it concerned a weight loss supplement I might be interested in. I said to her; are you kidding, she said she's serious. I told here I'm a homeless elderly person that moved here from the poverty land of Africa and that I'm a Eithopeon (skinny as $hit), so skinny my nickname on the streets is toothpick. She just hung up on me and haven't called back yet

Calls Several Times Every Single Day, No one on the other end, and when I call the number, it is a disconnected number. I wonder if this is a plan for the cell phone companies to get customers to pay to block a number. The phone companies should protect their customers better.

I keep getting calls from this number and they call at least 8 times a day. they say nothing. Its been going on for about 3 weeks and its really making me angry

I have received multiple calls from this number, and same as the others here, when I answer no one is on the other line. When I try to call the number back I get a message that my call cannot be completed as dialed...This is a huge pain in the rear.. They are calling my cell phone which along with my home phone is registered with the DNC center... To try to keep down the phone solicitation calls.

Been receiving calls from this number too several times a day. It is extremely annoying. I listed my number on the Do Not Call list (donotcall.gov) hopefully this will resolve it.

Called me yesterday and today, but nobody there when I answer. I have labeled the number "Do Not Answer" in my contact list.

This number calls me a few times a day, nearly every day. If I answer they say nothing and hang up after a few seconds, if I don't answer no message is left on my VM. If I try to call back I get the operator saying my call cannot be completed as dialed. Who is this and how do I stop them? I have not ordered any acai or rezervatrol online, by phone or any other way so this does not explain why they call me multiple times daily and say nada. It is frustrating and really starting to tick me off!

Well I just got my first (of I am sure many) calls from IVR 305 800-1000 and I have never ordered health products or Acai. I still get overwhelmed with calls from NRA and AT&T under fake names.

this annoying number has been calling for a week at LEAST 5 times a day, sometimes more. the phone doesn't stop ringing for 10 minutes (seriously).

When you answer, there's no one there and no recording or anything ever starts. When you try to call this number back, you get a message saying the number is not in service.

Never ordered any of the products others are blaming for these calls (Acai, Resveratrol, etc.). But calls are coming multiple times per day...

Hello All, The call is from Florida.
I have ordered REZV (Rezervatrol) product and received a call from 305-800-1000 confirming my order. Ever since then I've received daily phone calls, every 4 min sometimes. Upon answer, they hung up. I've called Rezv - 866-949-0138, told them about it and they confirmed that was their order confirmation department. I think though that other companies might use their serivce (in case you did not order Rez-V). Call the last company with whom you placed the order to have them STOP the phone calls.

I keep receiving calls from 305-800-1000. The caller doesn't say anything, they just hold the phone then eventually hangs up. I am sick of this caller. I pray that rudeness, ignorance, and disrespect to others come against him 100 fold, in Jesus name.

it is DEFINITELY the Acai company!!! they also call from the number: 623-238-6401 AND their customer service # is: 866-949-0138. once you get the product you have to call & cancel before the 15-day grace period or they'll automatically bill you for the next shipment.

call 888-271-2458. this a health products co. they obviously get paid per call. i don't know if they just regarding oprah's or oz's prods but that's who they are acai and resveratrol

I get at least 2 calls a day from this number. They hang up as soon as I answer and there is no way to call back the number is either busy or I get a message saying it "can not be completed as dialed".

I have a 3mth old & a 22mth old. I get repeated calls daily from this S.O.B. When I have answered it just hangs up. If I call back it goes to a recording. When they call they wake up my kids when they are trying to take naps. It is a pain in the butt just to get them both to take a nap at the same time. I'm on help from the govt. just to keep my kids feed, so if they are wanting money I dont have any. Who can I report this number to other than just making a complant.

I found out that if you order all natural pills of any kind over the internet, these people will give you a call and try to get you to buy more stuff. the lady on the phone was talking to me about constipation and it was weird. when you try to call the number, it says that the number has been disconnected. strange.

They call almost every hour -3 to 5 times in a row and they don't leave a message or talk to to me they just hang up. If my answering machine gets it I here noise in the back round but no message. It's been happening for about a week. I beleive they got my number from a website. I will never leave my number on the internet again. This is kind of scary. Is there anything we can do to stop this? I got a call from Jason this morning....... I said hello He said nothing....... I said Hello..... he said hello...... so I said hello and he said hello this is jason and I said well good bye Jason and hung up because I could tell he was a telemarketer...... well he has called me 7 times (so far) since then and keeps hanging up..... It is the same number. I wish I could find out who his supervisor is or what company he is from because it seems like Jason is very revengeful.

This number keeps calling me and I've had it with all the telemarketing calls. I'm now working towards a plan. When they call now, I answer very gently making them tune into my voice. Once I'm sure I have them concentrating on my weak voice, I SCREAM AS LOUD AS I CAN AT THEM. AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Then hang up immediately. I'm hoping to damage some ear drums. Try it, if nothing else you get some satisfaction.
