The phone number is a VOIP number provided through a company in Englewood, CO called 4D Vision, LLC. You can call an file a complaint that one of their subscribers is using their service to commit a telemarketing fraud and phishing for the purpose of identity theft and fraud. Also notify them that you have alerted them to this problem and urge they disconnect the number as their continued participation in providing service to a user who has been repeatedly suspected and reported of this scam could lead them to be negligently liable. Since having knowledge of the crime and failing to act to prevent the situation by stopping the communication via their service. Also let them know you plan on reporting the number, the call information, and their company contact information as the service provider to the FTC, FCC, and the FBI. All of which play a role in the investigation and enforcement in stopping these growing electronic scamming efforts. 4D Vision is not calling but they provide the number. Found that this number tried to reach my cell FOUR TIMES today- but there is no reason for anyone speaking Spanish to call me. Have Verizon Wireless. I never answer these stupid unknown numbers and have disabled my voice mail as well- returning calls promptly only to people I know and CARE to be in contact with. As much as possible I choose to have this interruptive device serve MY needs, not those of others.

Called my cell. Robocall in Spanish saying to press 1 to claim a 1000 bucks for being a loyal Sprint customer. I may be fully bilingual but I am NOT a Sprint customer...

They called my google voice number and somehow the convo was recorded and it was some lady (machine) speaking in Spanish. And I heard a "denero something.."

They called but it stopped ringing before I could pick up.

I have been getting these calls for several months on several different numbers. Spanish, sure it's a lending/collection agency of some sort. As Haq said, I have (many times) removed my number from their "registry" when I call back, however the calls still come in. Apparently they are calling on spoofed numbers as well.

I am on the Govt. do not call registry, however still got a call from this number. I did not answer the call as I did not recognize the number. Called the number back and got a message that this is a "Travel Related Call" and that I will be called again at a later time. There was an option however, to enter my number be removed from their list, which I did. Good thing is that Google Voice allows me to mark the number as spam and I hope never to hear from them again.

Had the same call as Jessica, called back and removed my number for their database system. Easy as pie.

I received a call from 303-586-6398 on 11/6/09 a number in CO....I live in Nebraska. I didn't answer this call and they didn't leave a voice mail message.

I got this call when I was in class so I didn't answer.. they didnt leave a message. That was on April 28, havent got called again

Didn't answer. Left no message. Receved the call a couple days ago. I have a Pay as you go phone. I do not answer any calls I do not recognize on my caller id because I owe alot of money everywhere. Ha. Glad I don't pick up for calls like this as I see it's a scam.

These people called and did not leave a voicemail. Apparently, its the Sunset Group or its affiliate calling out of Denver,CO. Suggestion is best taken to just REFUSE to answer their calls, but yet to LOG each and every call (date, time, message-contents) for any eventual legal prosecution against these people.

Got the call, same Spanish recording. I filed my cell phone number with the FTC so I filed a complaint today.

If you call the number back you will reach a computer that will let you opt to remove your phone number from their database. Just FYI.

I just received this call too. I called back from my office number and received the same recording that it was a travel related call. After that statement it said if you wanted your name removed press 1, so I did since it was my work number. Next it asked me to enter my phone number. How crazy!

I redialed the number back and said it was a travel related call but it gave me an option to remove my number from the list, so I did and it said it will be reomoved within 48 hours, we shall see.

Yes, I received a call from the above referenced number on my cell phone. It was an automated message in spanish.

Called on my cell phone; caller ID said the call was from 0113035866398 (011 is the # used to call out of the US; it is also the ISD for some countries). I could find no foreign country code of 303. To the best of knowledge 303 is an area code limited to NW Colorado - Denver to Grand Junction area.) I do not know what "011" or "01-1" means - I've never seen that on my phone before when I've gotten junk Spanish calls. This caller hung up - no one on line when my husband answered. All our phones, including cell phones are on the do not call registry.

Heard drawers closing and what sounded like office noise. As soon as I spoke a Spanish voice started speaking. Odd, I too recieved this call on an AT&T cell phone...

called, id said it was colorado. got a call from a simiallar number the other day but not the same number. apparently the other one was for extended warranty for my car

got the crash and the spanish recording. by some strange coincident, maybe because i'm cuban, i speak fluent spanish. the recording said i'd won 1,000 dollars, and to press one to claim the prize. i pressed one and was connected to a real person, another spanish speaker, who first asked my name, my age, then my type of debit card (visa, amex, mastercard), when she asked for the expiration date and the security code on the back, i hung up. creepy.

call came on cell. did not answer. they are just blindly dialing every number

Recieved a call a few moments ago from this number. I didn't pick up since it's not an area code I recognized (I'm from the Toronto area) and they left no voicemail. I thought it was a telemarketer and I guess I was right.

They said that I had won a million dollars, and all I had to do was press "1" to receive my prize. I didn't. It's probably a Congressional Bail-out hotline reverse dial system. They had me confused with AIG.

Bad part is WAS CALLED TO MY CELL PHONE... There is no privacy any more these call need to BEE stopped, the TELA MARKETERS ARE A PAIN AND IT IS A LOT OF BS......I WOULD NOT GIVE MY SOUL TO THE DEVIL. SO WHY TO A TELA MARKETER........

Called on both my cell phones which was odd. One is an AT&T phone that is in my boyfriend's name. One is a Sprint phone that belongs to me. No messeage. The AT&T phone shows the call is from Florida. I don't have any outstanding bills for a collection agency to call.

My Puerto Rican friend listened to the message left and translated it for me. It was a female voice which said (in Spanish) "you have won a million dollars, press 1 to claim your prize."

These guys called me today, soliciting some type of homosexual services or something. I told them I don't go in for that sort of thing (generally), since last time I got a huge sore that still isn't fully healed. I would recommend that you don't answer if they call back, it's just not worth the pain.

I let it go to vmail on my cell - I am thinking though maybe I should have answered I may have won a valuable prize. It may have been a urgent business matter about my credit cards? It could have been a nice reminder my warranty on my 1968 car was about to expire? Maybe a rosetta stone ad to learn spanish but the catch was you needed to know the new launguage before hand to get the extra savings? dunno....it's a crazy world I tell ya....just crazy.

Got the call, but I did not answer it considering it is LD, and too many of those have been spammers. Glad I did not answer it, whether it was the auto warranty notice, some spanish mumbo jumbo or if it was a notice that I am to be Donald Trump's heir. (Not his hair!)
