How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Called me by name several times but never announced themselves, then hung up, sounded anxious, heard lots of office/people sounds in background. We have a Bel-Tronics AD100, many years old, works great, reject list w/ voice of very gruff male. We have been on nat'l do-not-call list since beginning. DO NOT LIKE POLICE "CHARITIES"!

Rings - when answered no one on the line. Happens several times per day.
They are also calling from the Baltimore, MD area ... 410-968-7987 to be more specific. I don't answer calls from people or organizations I don't recognize so didn't answer this one, nor do I intend to answer them in the future! Just hope they aren't as obnoxiously insistent as Hudson Bay Corp and some of these other automated-dialing SOBs!
BTW, they didn't leave a message, which is equally irritating!
Called this one back. Announcer advises me to call 1-800-396-1757 for more information, which *is* the inbound number owned by Xentel DM/Xentel Inc.

Haven't called this number to verify if it's Xentel who are telespamming from it specifically, although it is Xentel on the 410-968-7987 number (and the inbound number whocalled.us also belongs to them).
I have a callplex model 10 and they aren't out of business. They sell the rts now and it does a lot more.
They don't make the model 10 anymore.
I see on the caller id "napaal" but my callplex intercepts the call and all calls till a passcode number is entered. Greatest device on the planet. Too bad they're out of business!!
Have called 3 times. Second time I answered, they hung up.
