Who Called Us

They keep calling for someone who they say works here, THEY DON'T. I have tried to be nice, not really my thing anyway. So I guess they get the mean me. I am sending a certified cease all collection call letter, with a copy to the AG, BBB, FCC. Maybe that will help. With these people I don't think so, but worth a try.

They are a scam and go by a lot of different names. They harrass people over and over by making false statements that the person is going to jail and they have a warrant or its a criminal matter or it involves a law suit. They have no legal basis. They have been reported to the FTC and AG. They call, harrass, nasty and then hang up.

Get this. I had checked to get a $10,000 loan FOR MY MINISTRY, found out that I had not been established long enough to get a reputable loan, but in the process of learning that I had to fill out a form FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY with the account numbers for my ministry account, as well as my personal, to make sure i wasn't writing checks from one account to pay another one. Pay Day Loan Yes sent me an email telling me they we're going to put $200 IN MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. I sent an email right away saying that I didn't want anything from them, and thought that was the end of it. I found out later that they put the $200 in there, and had pulled out $10 a day later (guess that supposedly locked me in, i dont know). I let that go because I was so busy and thought maybe they just didn't get the email in time and I could just give them the $190 that was left and it would be over. I sent about half a dozen emails saying the same thing, but instead in less then a month they pulled out another $100. I had to just block them to keep them from getting anymore. Then get this - they actually called me threatening me if i didnt pay them the $700 balance. I'm sorry, i was in the right here and saved the emails saying I didn't want there money - IT WILL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE THEY EVER GET ANYTHING OVER THE $200 THEY ORIGINALLY SENT ME - THATS IT !!!! and the fact that there employ was trying to intimidate me and threaten me into paying anything was just funny. I'm sure I have some kind of lawsuit over there lame threats if I ever decided to pursue it, but common - ITS $200 - get serious..... If you have any dealings with this company I feel sorry for you. I am someone with a more then a normal level of experience dealing with people that will try these stupid scam's, if you need advice in what they do to you, let me know.

Keeps calling for a Timothy - daily - approximately 8-10x a day. Inform them wrong number but still keep calling.

The owner/manager is Tim Adkins. The service address for process is INCORPORATING SERVICES, LTD., 3500 SOUTH DUPONT HIGHWAY,DOVER, DE 19901. The number for First National Services LLC is the same at 333 Naamans Rd Claymont, Delaware, 19703 Phone: (302)792-3000. Call it and they answer PaydayloansYes. The trace back number of 302-791-9666 is the same company. Anyone and everyone who has been contacted in violation of the FDCA should file a complaint with the FTC online. If they get enough, the FTC may bring an action against them. Ranting here won't do any good other than make you feel better. Don't put up with it-file a complaint. Go to ftccomplaintassistant.gov to file a complaint.

They call our company many times per week. The lady I spoke with was SOOOO RUDE! She wanted to speak to a Da'Shaun. I told her there is not a person by that name that works for us ( I would know because I have been here since this 01 ). As the lady became more rude and insisting to speak with MR. Da'Shaun I then said please send something with HIS soc # so I could check our data base. She said she can't do that. She kept telling me that HE works for me and she needed someone in HR. I then told her I am the manager. After that I knew this is a debt call and I said to the lady "you do not even know who you want because the person you want is a GIRL". At that point she began yelling and swaring that I knew who she wanted and I needed to put her on the phone. This needs to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They continuously call me at work even though I told them my company doesn't allow it. They said they were calling about my "court hearing". It's funny that I never received anything in the mail from the court??? They refuse to send me anything via the US mail (that I could then respond to). If I had their damn money I would give it to them to shut them up!

Read all the comments below mine, that's my story. "Payday Loan" company, I talked to a Maria, John, Karen(who said that it was a call center)when I called 3 times. Was hung up on all 3 times while trying to get my number removed from whatever list they have it on. I'm not an "emplyee" so I surely haven't applied for a "payday loan". RECORD YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THESE PEOPLE. I did.

I received a call at work today from Lakisha @ Payday loan yes. I thought it was a joke. I told her that i had no idea what she was talking about and she said fine. She would file legal papers against me and have them presented to me at work. I asked her for vague info such as address on file for me, website where the loan was applied for, or the name of the bank that the deposit was made to. Of course she was unable to provide me with any info. I had my attorney call back and of Lakisha hung up on her. What kind of company is this? I truly feel this is a scam to get personal information.

Continuous hang up calls from 302-791-9666 will not provide any information when the number is called back. Very rude man answering and swearing.

This dumb company, called my job -- the guy named Mr. Hampton gave information about another lady nameed Tabitha Sanders, stating that she took out a loan on 5/22/2009. He blurted out her ssn of 413-will not disclose...Stating that she took our a loan at AmSouth Bank...I was pissed off...then when I tried to call the number back - the guy answered stating that they were U.S. Service and they would come to find me...I am very upset!!!

just received a call from these people. they are extremly rude. I was trying offer them help (so they wouldnt call back over and over harrassing for someone who doesnt work here anymore and was told to shut up. I told the man I was trying to help he said I dont care. The man called from 302 791 9666.

this is a payday loan company that do not abide by the BBB or FTC rules and regulations.

These people call everyday and I and my boss has told them that they are not allowed to call this establishment. This is the final straw I am submitting a report with the FTC, and adding them to the BBB due to the rude and threats that they make.

Received numerous calls from this number. Explained that they had wrong number, this is my place of employment and since this is my direct line I did not take a Pay Day Loan (I think I would know). Caller replied in an extremely rude tone, "No I don't, I will speak to your boss" and hung up. They call now every day two or three times a day.

I just got a call from them stating it was in regard to my court appearance. UM, no court appearance is scheduled for me as far as I know!!!

Very rude. Have no idea who person is they're trying to get ahold of, this is getting very old fast.

I received a call at my job today from a John who called me a "dead beat" and said he would see me in court. This is harassment. I am so upset!

Call from this number. Explained that they had wrong number (no one at this house has that name), caller replied in an extremely rude tone, "No I don't" and hung up. Upon returning the call (this number came up on caller I.D.) what sounded like the same person answered and would not give name of the business, was rude and hung up. Will keep track of any further calls and will report to police as harassment.

PHONE RINGS 4-5 TIMES A DAY LOOKIN FOR SOMEONE WE DO NOT KNOW. WE TELL THEN THIS AND THEY STILL CALL US.

Guess who called again! LOL. Well, I told thme that the person they were looking for was in a department that the supervisors DO NOT allow personal calls. I told them I could put them in a general voicemailbox, that many employees listen to, and if they left a message there, others would hear it.
ME:" Its your decision if you want to leave a personal voicemail in a message box that others will hear."
Ya know what they said?
THEM:"Sure, I have no problem leaving a personal message for others to hear."

They are now so busted! I have them on tape saying that!!!
Since they refuse to stop calling our business, even though they have been told numerous times that personal calls can not be accepted....well....I have 2 strikes against them...and the number is rising.

okay. this is rude collections agency that calls daily for an employee.
they have been told over and over not to call as employee can not accept these personal calls.
they keep calling.
now it is time for me to report them.
