these people call everyday at least twice but they never talk. they only keep the line open for a few minutes and hangup. They are extremely annoying. It's possibly a dialing machine that they don't turn off at night.

Her is another phone number for this pest: 302-369-6857. They have been calling my house three and four times daily and we never answered. yesterday I decided to answer and I told a lady (don't know her name) not to call me anymore because I was tired of their calls and that we were having dinner. The stupid lady started laughing and saying " are you having dinner at 5, ha,ha, how come you have dinner at five? I told the stupid lady that it was not her f------ing business wht time we have dinner and hung up. She called again and identified herself as an inmigration agent saying : "I am calling from inmigration and we are going to pick you up" I got so upset and told her F---- you and hung up. If you stupid lady ever read this I want to tell you that you are so dumb that you don't know that Puertoricans we are US citizens the same as you are, because we are part of the US since 1898. This lady actions denotes a lack of respect for others, she does not have any rights to threaten anyone, furthermore she is in violation of the law by impersonating as an inmigration agent when she is not. She is in a big problem, I have already reported this to the Inmigration and other authorities and they will investigate. I hope not to get anymore calls from this company.

Innovative Consultants have been calling me every day for a while now with no messages left. I finally called them back and spoke to someone who said they are calling on behalf of Bank of America offering programs.

Then I called Bank of America and asked them about Innovative Consultants and they said they are not affiliated with them. I told them Innovative Consultants has a web page ic-llc.net that indicates B of A as a featured client and at the top of the list. They told me to send the information to abuse@bankofamerica.com which I did and also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry donotcall.gov

If we all file complaints, we should be able to shut down these low life SOB

Did some research. The owner of the company is Kenneth Sylvester. You can find his bio, complete with pic, at ic-llc.net. His bio specifically references MBNA. The IC LLC website specifically lists B of A as a client. By the way, his home number is (302) 652-2171. Think I'll give him a call. As for the person who comented who works there, I know it's your job, but don't you know what its like to get harassed in your own home every night (every night!) after working all day? I had 3 calls within 10 minutes last night all from different companies like yours. There's gotta to be a better job for you than that.

the told me that alot of credit stolen last year and my ss# was and then they need to help me with a free credit report, but I never given to them my information and handed up.

They started calling a few days ago, I don't answer calls I don't know so I had no idea who it was until I looked it up on this site. I'm glad now that I didn't answer. Like most folks, I'm on a couple of government Do Not Call lists so I don't understand why I still get calls like this. There are at least 8 or 10 different numbers that call every day. If DNC lists don't work, then what does?

They called me once a day in the past two day. Every time when I picked up and said Hello, it disconnected. Why do they even bother to call if they don't want to speak with me? My number is on do-not-call list.

My husband asked them to remove us from their list once before..no luck. He told them if he wanted anything from them, he'd let them know. I answered today and remained silent on the phone for approx 30 seconds until a guy asks for my husband. I tell him to remove us from of their list if they can't leave a message. He says "ok" and hangs up.

I work for Bank of Aeerica and if ANYONE ever calls you or e-mails you asking you to verify your information, DON'T DO IT! Nobody from Bank of America will ever ask you to verify your information, unless you call us and you need to verify you. WE WILL NEVER CALL YOU TO DO THIS. THIS IS DEFINITELY SPAM! They claimed to represent Bank of America and stated they were guarding against identity theft. The lady who called confirmed that she worked for Innovative Consultants but when I asked her for a number I could call to verify the whether the company was legitimate, she hung up. I then called Bank of America and they had no such number listed as a contract company. They transferred me to their 24 hour resource line and after pressing the 9 option to repeat their options, they hung up on me. I C calls almost daily and generally hangs up. I think they are a fraud and now I'm also beginning to dislike Bank of America.

Called around 8:15pm. They got the answering machine since we were not at home. A female asked to speak to my husband by name. Apparently not very bright...she was talking to a machine! I assume this was an automated call and the lady didn't realize that a machine had answered. This is the second call that we have gotten. They usually hang up on the machine. Something must have gotten to them cause it was a recording Identified them as I C and if I would like to be added to their DO NOT CALL LIST to punch in my 10 digit phone #. Just got a call from that no. I called back and they said they are a marketing co associated with Bank of America. I am already on the "national do not call list" and reminded them of that. They said they are allowed to call due to my relationship with Bank of America.

I get calls from here every day and sometimes 2 times a day. They left a message and said it was a prepaid call from a federal prison from Danny, and they wanted me to press different numbers. Of course, I didn't cause it was a voicemail message. My phone company is blocking the call for me.

I called back and it was an automated voice recording asking if I wanted to remove my name from their call list. I entered my phone number. They said it takes 24 hours before it goes into effect. I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported this number to them.

BOL unemployed cigarette smoker, with cell phone, new to area. Probably just casing the joint. Report all data for subject profile, Jake Legs, etc.

Got a car loan through bank of america. Since then this number comes up all the time. Haven't been home to answer it..but my guess it a credit card form bank of america offering to consolidate credit cards.
Sure there was some fine print in the contract giving them the right to call my house...

I have gotten REPEATED calls from them over the last two weeks....no one ever says anything to me. I get repeated calls from BofA just the same!

I get calls from this number every day for about 2 weeks then it stops. Then a month or so later, it starts all over again. I was called at 8:30pm tonight. I didn't answer. I called the number back and got a recording. They ask if you want on a no call list. They ask for your number and I gave it to them. They already had it so what could it hurt. Hopefully, they will stand by their own do not call list.

I have Bank of America accounts, so I called them, spoke with customer service and removed myself from all marketing, and then was transferred to security. The security rep checked on the PH# and confirmed that the company used to work for MBNA which is now part of Bank of America. So the good news is that it doesn't seem to be a fraud thing. We'll see how the marketing removal on my accounts works. I'd suggest that if you have MBNA or Bank of America Cards, you should call and do the same, lodging complaints w/customer service and the security departments as well. If enough people call, it should put some pressure on them.

They call once an evening, and when I answer, there is just dead air. I even tried waiting a bit. I'm wondering if they are phishing for info to credit card accounts or ID theft? I haven't received any other calls from other telemarketers, unless they might be generating a valid call list to sell at a later time.

This number just showed up on my caller ID as "I C" 1-302-737-9533. When I answered the guy asked for me by name - I answered that it was me on the phone. He then said that he was calling about my "Bank of America Account..." He then hung up a few seconds later without finishing the sentenance.

So many calls from these Jokers that I had to Google them to find out who they are. A big waste of time.

The buggers have been calling everyday for well over a week lately. They had called in the past too for awhile, but that run eventually quit. After reading some of the comments, we do have a Bank of America (and MBNA) credit card accounts. So, if it's about those...they probably don't qualify on the do not call list because we have an existing association with them. Hrrmph.

These jerks have no relationship with anyone except their heads which are up their you know whats. They use automatic dialers. Thus, they may be gone even if you answer. Sometimes you will here your phone stop ringing almost immediately when the town idiot working the line finds a live prospect. I guess this must pay off a little for them, as there is practically no overhead. I will see if my nocall listing will help.

As far as I know they've only called us twice, the caller ID always says IC, and they never say anything. I thought it was one of my friends prank calling but this is way crazier! I think they're testing something like how long it takes people to get angry and what they do or something. This is cool but I hope they don't start calling twice a day...

Keep getting calls; number shows but says "unknown caller". I am my mother's caregiver so when I answer thay ask for her, I explain she is unavailable and may I help or take a message. They say it is a courtesy call from Bank of America. The latest call was today, July 4th, a holiday!

received calls from this number at dinner time, between 6 and 7. No answer. Just rings. Very annoying.

I am on the DNC list but when I get calls from telemarketers I say,"please hold" and I just put the telephone down and walk away. After a while they hang up--my little revenge. Do it every time and they will stop calling.

We are going thru some extremely trimes and your calls and promises of fabulous trips and other gifts are not only annoying BUT cruel!!!

Company is Innovative Concepts, telemarketers, and show up as "I C" on caller ID. Both websites are "under construction". They state that some of their customers are Bank of America, MBNA, AIG, etc... so that's how they get our info; they then try to solicit more business thru these contacts. Very annoying, they call all the time!

I told them afet calling me 4 times that i was reporting them to the Colorado DA's office for charges against them.

Call repeatedly, asked for my boss this morn. Said he'd call her other # but couldn't pronounce her name. This is a small business. Interruptions inhibit work flow.

2 or 3 times daily. Several even at 10:30pm. I thought there was a law that these spamster's could not call after 9pm I've answered a handful of times with the intention of telling them to take me off their list but they've hung-up every time. I would NEVER, EVER!!!! DEAL WITH MBNA OR AIG OR EVEN BANK OF AMERICA.

If I continue to get calls from this number I am reporting them. The repeated calls have become a form of harassment. They call and when we answer they disconnect.

They call on the average of twice per day for two months. One night I answered the phone and someone actually was on the line. No greeting. They just started right out asking me if I had a B of A account. DUH! Like I am going to discuss my banking with strangers, let alone ones that call and harrass me twice a day for months on end! I looked up B of A and reported this number and what they said to me. B of A said they did not have any association with this, and they asked me to talk to their security personnel. If you have a B of A account and are being harrassed by someone calling from this number, you should call B of A on their 800 number and report it immediately. They are claiming it could be fraud and that anyone receiving calls should put their credit report on fraud alert on the extended 7 yr option.

Called them back and they said that they were calling on behalf of someone who I had a business relationship with so they were entitled to call me. Calling a second number I found out that they were calling on behalf of Bank of America selling identity theft protection.

They record the fact that someone was home to answer to phone. They make this information available to their clients so that if the client attempts to reach you by phone the know the times that you are more likely to be at home.

I ask where they were calling from.....She said Houston Texas the caller ID showed Delaware call....,GO FIGURE ???????

Twice in two days, June 4 and 5, called and hung up when answered.

They record the fact that someone answered the phone. they report this to their clients so the client knows when to call and stand a good chance of someone being home.

Spooked by these people calling to say they had my SSN and other information and only wanted to verify it, called boa fraud and security people, gave the phone number, they didn't know about these folks. In fact, the nice lady didn't know that mbna shared information as they had only merged recently. She said she would let her management know, advised I contact the FTC. I re-checked my preferences with boa and found I needed to opt out of several things to shut this info transfer off - in case it reallywas the source.

They called, we didn't answer so they hung up. I asked hubby if he had an account with MBNA or BoA and he said yes.

Since may 8, 2007, we have received 14 calls from these clowns (Innovative Consultants), I e-mailed them requesting to be removed from any and all lists, plus I wrote a letter to Bank of America to inform them of the harassing calls from one of their agents...dont know if it will get results, but I got to vent a little

As stated, this number is associated with Bank of America "partners" or companies they share information with.
You can opt-out of sharing, online, on the Bank of America website.
Do a SEARCH.. ON the Bank of America website and type "set your privacy preferences" hit enter. Once that page opens, go down to the second paragraph and click on "set your preferences", you will be prompted to fill out a form and answer some questions regarding your preferences to direct marketing/sharing. Make sure to print out the final form.

I emailed my mother (since I'm away for the summer) to say she's me next time they call and tell them to stop calling.

Tonight I told them they would hear from my attorney the next time they called...The caller said "We will?" I said yes you will. They have an address and upper management name son their website. Let's order a bunch of magazine subscriptions for these guys. And let's order some nasty and expensive magazines! it can be done thru those postage-paid card found inside, in themagazines. Completely untraceable!

I get calls frequently from this number identified as IC. I usually do not answer the phone, but when I do, there is no response from the caller. Very annnoying!

I just got another of those calls and hung up before a person picked up the call. As Robert (5/8) said, they're trying to sell us a credit tracking service. I declined to a person a week ago. Aggravating.

Tonight I went to the Bank of America website and repeatedly chose the "Contact Us" option. Eventually there was an option for opting out of marketing by any means. I signed up for that. My fingers are crossed.

They said they were calling BofA credit card holders and would like to send me a free credit report and membersip in a credit protection program that would be free for 30 days and then, if they did not hear from me, would automatically be billed to my account. I told them credit reports are already free, that I was not requesting anything from them and terminated the call.

My husband and I have several times redialed a number of a business that was bothering us, but we redial from our computer, which will dial a number hundreds of times while we're off doing other things. This tactic has driven away several telemarketers who have misbehaved/not removed us from their list when asked politely to do so. I highly recommend using this redial tactic with recalcitrants. Today is the first call I received from this phone number and when I said hello, no one answered, just dead air.

MBNA is owned by Bank of America. I have told them on previous occasions that even though there is an existing business relationship that I do not want them to call me which makes this call a violation. I have reported them to donotcall.gov I suggest that everyone use this.

Here's the deal. Set your phone to redial. Call this number incessantly over the next month. Play music, blow whistles, set off sirens, read the gettysburg address, anything. Do it when you are just hanging out and do it for a while each time. They deserve some of their own medicine. If hundreds of people join this action, they will soon be out of business. Call the federal trade commission at 877-382-4357 and voice a complaint. The more of us who call will eventually initiate action on this company by the FTC. It takes a volume of complaints to make this happen. Get all your friends and family to file a complaint and let's make this go away!

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day over the past few weeks. When answering no one is on the line and it is blank.

Received calls 4 times this week. Yesterday they asked me to press a key on phone at end of dialogue to finalize an offer process -- and this concerned me, besides them knowing last 4 digits of accounts, social. I called Bank of America and indeed Innovative Consultants (ic-llc.net) are calling on behalf of Bank of America. I told the BofA rep that this company was not professional and concerned me as a consumer.

Update to my 4/16/07 comment - Still more calls from these people, nothing on the other end, same time almost every afternoon. Called phone co., they said that this is a business, so it's not illegal for telemarketers to call us, nothing they can do. HA! Called IC back and a woman answered, said she'd remove us from their list. I told her their calls are disruptive to our business and border on harassing, she was really quick to get off the line..

They called me while I was gone. When I called the company back from another line, they answered "Innovative Consultants, may I help you?" Her name was Valerie. I told her I kept getting the call while I was gone and sometimes nobody answered on the other end. She said it was marketing, apologized and asked if I would like to be put on their Do Not Call List. I told her I would and she asked for my name and number. I told her I would give her my number, but not my name. She said that she wouldn't be able to put me on the list, because they have to have a name. I told her I was all ready on the Do Not Call list and she said it didn't matter, that they have their own that I have to be added to. I filed a complaint with DNL and hopefully these people will stop harassing people.

I simply called the # and told them what ever they were selling i didn't want. She then apologized and asked for my full name and took me off of the list.I think they got my number off of Monster.com That is the only place online i have my number listed.

After a short pause, like the call was made by a computer and my answering signaled the on shift person, and a person answered. They asked if they could speak to my wife. I said she wasn't available and asked what they were calling about. They said they would call back later and hung-up before I could ask them to not call. My wife doesn't want to talk them them without knowing what the call is about in advance. I don't know if I answer again and ask to talk to a manager about them not calling again. While my wife doesn't have any credit cards or accounts with MBNA, she does have a Bank of America credit card and I believe that MBNA has merged with Bank of America.

Gave them my info to have me taken off of "their" list. Will see what happens now. It shouldn't matter if I'm on their list, I'm on the National DNC List. They should be checking that list first before even making these phone calls.
