Hey CLAY! I dont owe a debt to these jokes because they got the wrong number!!! They are asking for the person who used to have my number so no they dont have any business with ME!

They have been calling my cell phone and not leaving a name and yelling their information into my phone. you call the number back and it says the phone that you are calling has been disconnected or no longer in service, go figure

return call by noon tomorrow or be forced go forward without you

Get about 5 calls a week from these idiots. A recorded wetback speaking spanish and saying random numbers. I just wish someone live would speak sooner or later so I could have the satisfaction of telling them off. I called the number and it says it's disconnected. I seriously hope there's a reserved space in hell for people like this.

recoreded message in Spanish. Get these calls at least twice a week. Called the number (281.214.1203). "This number is no longer in service." How the heck do we get off their list?

I have a fairly generic name and received a call from a man who claimed to be Ernest from Allied Data Corporation. Ernest wrongfully ASSumed that he had the correct person solely based on the fact that I was born in Michigan. When I informed Ernest of the FACT that he had the wrong person, he accused me of lying and hung up.

If you didn't have a debt they wouldn't be calling you. If you don't pay your bills of course someone is not going to be nice to you. If I owed my brother $200 and I never paid him he'd breathe down my neck just like these guys

they called me threatening me that serious actions were going to be taken without my concern......who is this calling me? what are they representing? from what i know, i dont owe nothing to any one or anything!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrr

Rec'd call from this number today. Since I didn't recognize it, I didn't answer...just my policy. If anyone needs or wants me badly enough, they will leave a message. This one left no message, so out of curiousity, I called back (within 2 minutes of receiving original call) to get a message saying "we're sorry, this is a non-working phone number. Please check the number and call again. Message KB13" or something like that... just weird

Received a call today. The man said I am getting sued by ABC and my lawyer needs to return the call by noon tomorrow. Like Linda from Chicago said in her comment, the voice sounds like a kidnapper voice on tv. The person must be using a voice distorter and it makes him sound like something from the pits of hell.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND I DID NOT ANSWER BUT THE VOICE MAIL SOUNDED LIKE THE VOICE YOU HEAR ON TV WHEN THEY KIDNAPPER CALLS, LOL, BUT IT SAID THAT ME OR MY LAWYER NEEDS TO CALL THEM ASAP! YEAH OK, WE SURE WILL!!!! WHATEVER THEY CAN KICK ROCKS!

Black guy (I could tell) called and asked for someone with similar name to mine. Was rude when I said no one here by that name, ever, and refused to answer my question as to whether he was a collector. Obnoxious!!!

I have received endless calls from this company. I finally out of frustration answered one day and I didn't say anything just to see if I could hear anyone on the other end. A female who was on the other end of the line once i picked up yelled "I hate when uneducated people sit on the line and don't talk" she then sat on the line until I hung up.

They call everyone all over the country. They are leeches. Don't answer their calls. I have sent their name and phone number to the those who need to know, I have also given their information to the police department as a continual Harassment/stalking call.

Call whenever they want. I feel that I bought and paid for not only my phone, but the phone company bill each month. I believe that no one should be allowed to randomly pick your number off the internet or "BUY" your phone number to call all over the US to get some sucker to pay for another persons supposed account... GET LOST... CREEPS

These people are calling regarding another person who had this phone number a year and a half ago. I have asked them repeatedly to remove this number from their call list. The say they will and a few minutes later, another "Unknown" call. I have reported them to the Attorney General in a complaints letter. Hopefully, they will stop soon. If not, I will sue Verizon, for giving me this number. Somehow, somewhere, these "stalking" calls must stop.

This number called and a lady asked for me.. my daughter answered and said I was gone and then the lady wanted to know if my daughter was home alone and she said no she was with her brother and he was in the shower, which he was and he is 20...she then said it was important to talk to her mom and wanted to know when she would be home and my daughter said I was pulling in the driveway and the lady hung up....IT is NONE of anyones business where I am and people should never ask small children questions like that!

I hate to tell you this but check out the
"zombie" collections law. They can persue you.
They are a pain though.

Have been reading all complaints on this company all over the web. I do not own them money and i am going to file a complaint with the BBB-ohio

Leaving message for someone who had this phone number about 7 years ago threating them to call them back or else their lawyers will wipe out the bank account. I spoke with someone once and told them they had the wrong number and she became rude and said that I was lyeing and that I knew perfectly well I was the person who they were looking for. I hung up!

Never give out any information over the phone.

If their request is valid, it must be done through the mail, and request validation of the supposed debt.
These guys buy credit accounts for pennies on the dollar, and have no information to back up why you owe THEM money.

Hell if I called you and said pay me $500 now or else what would you do??

Make them prove the debt by mail only, that is your right under the law.

Do some research on the web about your rights and never ever talk to these bottom feeders on the phone

Therefore letters are only sent to advise the debtor of the debt, to enforce a promise, or as part of our regular letter series. We believe in telephone collections! We contact the debtor immediately if possible (within two working days after the collector receives). If no contact is possible, we skip-trace the debtor. If contact is made, but no promise, we call again at least three or four times a month.

They are a collection agency. They say they can make any and all decisions if I do not call them. They can't.
