They call too early and just don't get it at all

They don't have the decensy to have a live person there to talk to - and Judi is right that stupid recording calls at all hours of the day and night.

they call constantly, early morning, late at night, idont even own a credit card. registered on no phone call registry, they still call.

Constant phone calls early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. Calls all through the day, sometimes even minutes apart. I wish I could sue them for harassment.

They keep switching up their numbers, and they don't leave you alone. I have three capital one listings on my cell phone filled with numbers. I set them for no ring, but they are adding three new numbers a day. I hate them, I'm going to close my account as soon as I have it paid off.

Im not paying them a dime. I owe it but I just do not give a rats as about a bank. My taxes will go up due to all the bailouts so that is my indirect payment to C-1.

Its called the great middle class bailout.

Try it you will like all that extra income you are paying to them.

Non-stop calls, sometimes very early in the morning or very late at night. I keep telling them I'm out of work right now, but all they can say is "Let's go ahead and take care of that outstanding balance."

Relentless calling from Capital One. 9 years of perfect payments and never one that was late and now with the bad economy, lack of work,etc., the calls are coming in at an unpresidated rate with so many of the calls with no one there at the other end ( for extended waiting on my part). Weekends are no exception. If you ever check your balance by phone, they know the number you dialed from and link it to your file and store it in their data base. Tracking the dial in customers is common practice with the corp that the $ to you. Paid by check.......they got your account number and know what your bank knows. Good luck in finding rest from these stalkers.
