Jim: By law a debt collector has a thirteen hour window in which to place calls, seven days a week, from 08:00 to 21:00 in your time zone. They need to be told in writing if you'd prefer specified hours or no voice contact at all.

I'd dealt briefly with the T&K monkeys years ago. Document each contact and monitor for violations.

These people called our house at 8:15pm on 8/31/10. Isn't it illegal to solicit after 8:00pm? No message, no idea why they would be calling and from the looks of it, given the posts below, I'm not going to waste my time to find out. Bottom feeders are the worst. Blocked.

I have received calls, numerous times a week since Feb 2010, with the caller ID being Tate & Kirklin BUT the number it is coming thru as is 267-672-5071. The phone number the call is coming from s different than the one you have listed but caller id name is te same. What do you think?

I have received multiple missed calls from this number over the last few weeks. Finally, today i called them up asked them why. Didn't give them my name, only my number. They had said there were looking for a Dan Hurley, even though that wasn't me. They asked for my social security number, and ensured it was confidential - sorry no dice and your crazy. They said give us some other information to help us out...i hung up right there.

These morons have called around noon. When answered, you hear a TV or radio in the background, but no response. When not answered, you get a VM with some dizzy bitch having a conversation with someone else. Search says they are from Philly, PA. Probably being paid by the search engine companies to improve business.

I just got a call from this phone number today. These people said that they want to collect a setlement, that we have ordered flowers from 1800 flowers.com in 2007 & we never paid it. They said, that we ordred them on line & we asked to bill us later. They want $367, for flowers. We told them we didn't order any. So you guys, watch out for these con artists.

I have not only received calls but also receive letters. I did have a debt but I cleared it up and A company called Ascent Card Services suppose to have given Tate & Associates permission to settle for 50% for something that I had paid for already. In late August, 2009 I spoke with Mr. Santana of Central Credit Services, Inc regarding the possible settlement of a credit card debt. I spoke with him about negotiating a settlement amount after advising him that I was trying to get a home equity loan to pay off some outstanding debts. I had not payed on this account in a long time and had not been contacted by Central Credit Services. Mr. Santana gave me a small break on the payoff after telling me that failure to settle the debt by a certain date would result in attorney's fees because the company was ready to sue me in order to settle the debt. We agreed I would make a small "good faith" payment and would let him know by a certain date whether or not the home equity loan went through. I contacted him today twice by phone and once by fax after not being able to reach him by phone because he sent a letter stating I had agreed to pay the full settlement amount on a certain date. I told him I was not able to get the home equity loan but that I would start making payments beginning October 1. He told me the full balance was due and payable today and that he would not accept payments. He inferred that he was a bank and told me that under the "new laws" he could charge me any interest rate he wanted as well as any other fees he saw fit increasing the amount of the original debt exponentially. He told me to get a "signature loan" to pay the debt and told me I could make $25.00 payments on that loan instead of his company loosing money on the debt. I told him no bank would make a loan with payments of just $25.00 per month. I told him he was not a bank and could not exercise
banking rules. He told me several times that I had access to money and that I could settle the debt. When I told him I did not have the money to immediately settle the debt he told me that I had money available to settle the debt. He said he had "all your records in front of me." He became rude and when I tried to calm him down by asking him to listen to me, he continued to be rude so I told him "I'm sorry, I'm hanging up now." He misrepresents his agency's ability to collect a debt by inferring he is part of a bank.

i just received a call from this number today...i called back to let them know it was a wrong number because they were looking for an ernesto ortego or something like that...told them they had the wrong number and they said thanks for calling us and letting us know...they did ask if it was a residential number or a business, told them that they were calling a cell phone...i myself just recently worked at a collection agency, and know that collection agencies are not allowed to call cellular devices if you tell them not too...so if i receive another call...there will be some issues here....

My, there is a lot of information on this caller Tate and Kirlin. Just love the way their name overtly sounds like an attorneys office (which it is not). From my research, these guys are not even a player in the collections market - just a bottom feeder living off of the table scraps of the despicable likes of Mann Bracken, RPM, Valentine and Kaperkins, Redline Recovery, Portfolio Recovery Associates, Mercantile, and so on. Tate and Kirlin have a long rap sheet of slimy practices - some illegal, suspect that some, if not all, of the collection agents are off-shore and contracted - ie: out of the reach of the US legal system.

Do not deal with them.

My caller ID continues to show this number. When you call it back they either answer and hang up or the phone just rings.

Tate & Kirlin call for me constantly. They have sent out a statement for a bill that is $4000, from a supposed client called WorldWide Assets Purchasing II. I looked up the WorldWide Assets on the BBB. They have an "F" rating and apparently WorldWide is known for some illegal practices. How reputable can Tate & Kirlin be? To have a client that has a POOR RATING on the BBB! I did not appreciate Tate & Kirlin calling me on Sunday. It is actually illegal for them to call on Sundays. I did a *57, which reports them to the unlawful call center at Verizon. It traces the call, and they can get slapped with a fine. Tate & Kirlin really has to brush up on their legal knowledge. They will be the ones owing money, when they receive those fines!

I, just 8 minutes ago (May 8, 2009 12:46 pm), got a call from this phone number. I don't answer calls that aren't stored in my phone so it went into voice mail. The lady said she was with 'The Office of Brenda Thompson' and to call back at 1-800-355-0333. She didn't say anything about Tate & Kirlin. :-/

I have been recieving calls from these people for a while now. I don't answer them. Here is some legal advise that I got... If you can catch them calling, answer and then hang up as fast as you answered, Don't say "Hello" just hang up. Don't let them leave a message on your phone because they will keep calling. There are Consumer lawyers in the Yellow Pages that are just waiting for you to call them so that they can take them (on your behalf) to court, But you have to have a legimate reason for taking them to court. My advise to any of you would be to call one of these attorney's and tell them what you are going through and ask them what to do. I have sued a different collection agency for harrassment and threatening calls and these people are next, if they don't stop! Don't talk to them, Don't send them any money, and Don't give them any information. I was told by legal advice that they can't do anything to you and if they don't give proof then it is illegal for them to call you. These people are calling me on a bankrupsy debt from 10 years ago and this is Illegal too.

One recommendation to the people (us), DAVERAMSEY.COM. Dave Ramsey has a nationally syndicated radio talk show that provides excellent financial advice, including how to deal with debt collectors wisely and legally. Debt collectors are trained to be nasty and mean, and they are scum so don't feel obligated to give them an answer either way. Though, you should take care of your debts of course.

I never answered the phone when I seen the caller I.D. number of Tate and kirlin.... but the number is unlike the ones posted here ... the one I have is 215-464-4500

I hate to say this after everything I have read online about these people, but my experience was not that bad. I received a call last night on the machine from a "Faith" ex:244. the message sounded rude, but I called back and left my cell phone number for call back (like a dumb a$$), but that was before I read everything online. there is like 100 web postings on these guys.
Anyway back to the story, I called them at 8:15am this morning and got a call back from Faith, she was very polite and asked to speak to me, I said this is him. she then asked for the number they had called yesterday, I figured since they had already called it, it was no big deal. She then asked if I was known by the name on the account, I said I had never been known by that name, she then asked if the last 4 of my SS# was ####, I said no. She then apologized for calling, thanked me nicely for returning my call and said she would make a note in the account. we will see if they call me back. she clearly identified herself and Tate & Kirlin. overall a good experience so far.
I am with everyone on here check the laws in your state. There are several laws against sharing debt information with people other than the people they are collecting on. and I have learned a lesson, look numbers you don't know up on the Internet first. I am going to have to grip at my mom for not instilling the "don't talk to strangers rule" good enough in here 35 year old son.

First time anyone from this number has tried to contact me. Just left a phone number and an extension. I did not call back and will not call back. Never talk about anyone over the phone if you don"t know who they are and what is the purpose of the call. Did not identify themselves only the caller I.D. gave me some information then I Googled the phone number and found this site.

I received 2 calls. On the second call, the guy got rude, and I told him you got one more time to call this number and I'll drive to Philly and kick your muthaf@#*in azz outside 2810 Southampton Road after you get off work, bytch! I didn't expect the threat to work, but I didn't receive another call from them. If they call you, you don't have to be polite.

Asked for my stepdad, who set up my phone number. Hmmm. No one else has this number but me and him. Interested to know how THEY got it, because I've only had it for two months and no way my stepdad gives this number out, uses it, etc. They tried to trick me by sound like a friend of my stepdad: "Do you have his cell phone number, I'm doing some buisness for him." Yeah, like I was born yesterday. I *69 and a message says they are "Tate and Kirlin".

The call my home at the most untimly momments in the day. On 01-09-09 they called when i WAS going to a doctor appointment. They harress me to pay through my checking acct or my savings acct and I do not like that. The name they gave was Tate and Karlin Associates. Something needs to be done with this debt collection agency.

They just called and a recorded message said to hold for an important call. I then could hear a lot of switchboard noise in the background. I said 'Hello" 2-3 times and no one was there. Then they hung up. I'm glad I checked here for the info on these guys. Will let future calls go right to voice mail.

These people called, asked for me, but they called me at my work number! There was a lot of switchboard noise in the background. She asked for me by name. Told them they had the wrong number and she said "i'll call back". I said please dont!

To Adrienne---if your college debt was seven+ years ago, it might be over the statute of limitaions. Check the laws of the state where you live, and also of the state where you went to college (if a different one). If the SOL has run out, they cannot collect the debt, although Tate/Kirlin has had many federal fines levied against them for "accidentally" posting a false payment to accounts to restart the SOL.

I called the number back left on my answering machine 267-672-5091 (tate and Karlin), The guy asked for my name, I gave it to him, then he began telling me he was collecting on a debt. I simply asked, "who I was speaking to" and he got very defensive, and began yelling at me saying "Hey, you called me." He gave me a SS# and asked if that were me I said no, I asked what account this was, he gave me the account number, then he gave me the DOB, street address and middle initial and phone number.
I've reported this company to the Texas Attorney Generals office.

This has been going on for almost 3 years now!! We moved here from South america ...and they asked for a NATALY Garcia. Strangely my youngest daughters name is NATALIA...similar. My mistake was to refuse to put her on the phone! SHE WAS 5 when this started....there is no way she has a DILLARDS credit card. After telling them they had the wrong number...calls kept on coming.

My suggestions: after calling the police, sending them letters ( had to play the role of the person they were trying to get in order to get the info), trying to blocking their number ( you cant....they are always collections agencies from out of state), tracing the calls, forget it...is a 1-800- number NOT traceable.

YOUR BEST BET....change your phone numbers! NEVER EVER give your information when THESE CALLS get to you. REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR NAME OR PHONE....if they have the right person they should not be ASKING in the first place. DONT waste energy and time explaining to DEAF ears...JUST HANG UP.

COLLECTION agencies have to be by far the worse jobs out there....I feel for the jerks behind the phones. I worked at a collection agency before, luckily for me i was not a collector.

I have been getting calls from this company, Tate & Kirklin for over a year now looking for a George Richardson. There is no one by the name of George living here. My husband and I have both spoken with personnel who refused to identify themselves.

I am so mad right now, if I saw that "Robby" guy i would punch him in the nose! They have called me repeatedly for the last month and I am so sick of them! I have a bill that got placed with them, and it is only a small amount, but they will take nothing less than the whole thing. I keep telling them I will pay it in 2 installments, but he keeps hounding me, and he even had the nerve to call me a liar and was yelling at me and told me he would not deal with me anymore, and will take my bill to furher collection means. I want to see him try. i can't believe they can get away with harrassing people the way they do and also that they can sleep at night knowing the way they treat people.

Hey "Kitty," call me again, because I now have a lifeguard whistle and am looking forward to blasting your eardrums. Why don't you go to school and get an education and get a real job instead of being a parasite? C'mon people, call the police, report to donotcall.gov, call your state attorney general's office. Keep a log of all calls and record their messages if you can. Google for attorneys who work on harassing bill collector cases--somewhere there is a class action suit on these scumholes. "Kitty" will then be out of work and receiving harassing calls from debt collectors--LOL.

I know it's a scumbag collection agency. The number showed up as Mitchell, SD. They call under another number too which does list their name. They never leave a message. They just hang up. I never answer the phone anyway, so they are wasting their time. In today's economy, I'm sure they have plenty of other people to harrass. With the cost of living being what it is, people are just trying to survive. Who has time to worry about a sleazy collection agency who will steal the food out of your baby's mouth just to earn ten cents on a dollar.

I've been getting calls from these people for 2 months about a debt owed to Walmart. I spoke to a "Tracy", a "Marsha", and a guy claiming to be a manager to threatened me and mockingly asked me to spell "harassment". I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and will indeed take legal action if they continue to call--I have informed them by telephone and letter to stop, and I have reported the identity theft (the cause of the debt) to my local authorities as well as this collection agency.

Half of you out there in "comment land" are not reading other people's comments or you would get that this company is not only harrassing those that owe debt, but others as well. And I had the pleasure of speaking to Duncan McCloud. Wasn't he a television character? I wonder if they made the connection of Duncan living forever just like their relentless calls.

Contact your police department and report harassing phone calls and hopefully they'll take care of it or find out what to do.

I receive numerous calls from them on a daily basis. I even get calls from them on the weekends!!! I actually picked up one day and the "lady" on the other end sounded all gruff and rude tryin to get me to give out my info. I asked her what for and she never gave me an answer. I Googled the number and found this page. I'm more or so less irked at the fact that I looked on my up to date credit report and I have nothing owed to anyone being represented by this company. They called me from a 267 area code number, left me a message to call 877-672-5070. The name was Amy Carver. I left a message asking them to send me balck and white proof that I owe a dept and who from and all. They never called me back. Please do not fall for this scam!!! It's rediculous when people actually get up in the morning and are proud to call this "honest" work!!! Just straight B-S!!!

Tate & Karlin, Assoc, at the number listed, just called our house telling us we were negative in our Washington Mutual Account by a certain amount. They wanted us to pay it today. When my husband said he would deal with Washington Mutual themselves they were surprised. Of course they were, they are trying to scam the money from us. We are not negative and our acct is fine.

These people are absolutely the worst. They are trying to collect on a second mortgage in foreclosure. The property is almost in escrow and they act as if they are the note holders. They are not they will talk over you and will not let you get a word in at all. Unbelievable!

The individual who called, was extremely rude and would not answer why she was calling us. No name of operator was given. She left a phone number and asked that my husband return the call. He called back shortly, there was a recorded message. We are often harrassed because there is another individual in our area with a similar first name to my husband who has several outstanding bills and unpaid debts. We get the brunt of his phone calls because we publish our name in the phone book and he chooses not to -- so he doesn't have to take these phone calls.

Calling about a debt settlement and how is I gave them a post dated check that it would be processed and would pay off a credit card debt. I am young and obviusly nieve. The amount that they cashed the check for was 346.00 when they said it would only be cashed for 62.00. These people are conartist Arabs that are out to get your money.

Man, they drafted $105 out of my account, and I've never talked to these people.

They called me while in Bankruptcy protection. I will pass this on to the judge and request he files federal charges against them.

We received a called from them telling us we owed 5000.00 and they would take 6 post dated checks for 25.00 each and it is against the law to post date a check. They said the client was going to sue if we didn't and i told my husband that it didn't make since. They didn't give there name and when they called they hung up and my husband had to call them back. They said it is 11 year old debit.

So worked with these guys on my valid Sears debt. Told me I could pay half debt off in three months. Next billing statement showed full debt amount. Came online to research and here I am.

This company has called my place of employment numerous times even after being told that this is a Police Department. The person calling is very rude and will not allow you to say anything. When I tried to make a statement the female who called would only say you need to take care of this issue.

This guy by the name of BOB called me also on a bill that had been paid years ago. He got real rude and told me to just take my wallet out and read my debit card # to him so this matter can be cleared up. At that point , I go so pissed I told him to stick his hand up his a-- and pull out his sh-- and see how pleasing it was beacuse I wasn't listening to anymore of his bullsh--. I hung up!!

This is a collection agency out of Phidelphia. They called me on a bill for 39.00 from 6 years ago and then they were rude as evee.

I missed a cell phone call from this number today. Another company out of Massachusetts - David Taylor and Associates Collection Agency/Leasecomm - began calling my home last week. Apparently these people make a living by threatening people to collect third party debts. Report all calls of this nature to the legal authorities.

OK, so they called me a couple of weeks ago about a debt from seven years ago that I wasn't aware of. I spoke with them about paying it and having the money paid when I got my next paycheck. After that conversation, they wanted to know where I work, how often I get paid, etc. They said, "Our client needs this information. They can get it anyway." I said, "Fine, so let them get it." They said, "Do you really want them to do a social security check on you?" I said, "If they want to, I can't stop them," and I hung up.

SOME GUY THREATEND TO MEET ME IN THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE HE DID NOT BELIEVE WHO I SAID I WAS. THESE PEOPLE ARE BRUTAL!!! WHO TEACHES PEOPLE TO BE SO MEAN??

This outfit tried to "catch me" using the name of "T Binni" at 267-762-5070. I cut off their name and number when I discovered they were a pesky and dubious collection agency. My credit is excellent owing no one anything but small current bills! They are wasting my time and theirs!

Just got my NEW Sprint phone last week and have been getting a call from this company twice a day. Its always a recording never a live person asking for a guy that I do not know. I thought it was illegal to call a cell phone by using recoded messages. I called the company back and told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling me but the say, "we have heard that before", laugh, then they hang up. But they still call me.

these guys are so terrible, they call but dont leave messages, just a zillion calls and fills up the caller id. These guys buy old old transpired debt and use illegal fair credit act practices. They are bottom feeders in the credit world. Just report them to Donotcall.gov

the guy called identified himself as David Tate, acted like we were old friends. never heard of him before. but have called over 30 times during the past two weeks. each time a different person leaving their name on the answering mach.

I actually asked him more questions than he had the chance to ask me. They are a collection agency. They were hired by Sears to help collect on a delinquent account I do have. The rep that I did speak with was very customer service oriented & was more than willing to work with me in figuring out what options were available.

Robert Adams from Tate & Kirlin called me AT WORK regarding a real bill from college - 7 years ago. Very rude. Calls several times per day. Fed me some "legal" baloney and I fear that I may have accidentally admitted fault or something along those lines by confirming that yes, I do recall this bill that he is referring to. But I have not seen an actual bill in the mail for years. He told me that I am in a 'queue' and facing legal action. And asked me if I would like to make a statement regarding this. What do I do??? You want me to tell YOU what number YOU called. I said so I guess if you really did call here for debt collection you would know what number you dialed and who you called for. I wouldn't have to tell you. HE said ahh, ahhh ahhh, then the phone went CLICK, bet you can guess. Yep I got hung up on.

This company called me today looking for my sister who has never lived in this state nor with me in our home state. I was told she gave them my number, which is odd considering she doesnot have my home number.

These people are a Collection Agency. They call to confirm Number to Name FIRST. They will keep calling till the correct response is answered.

I personally would think about any recent/outstanding debts you may have, and consider an alternative "Agency" to help pay your debts.

Alot of times, you own bank may have an option to pay your debts in small installments. If you have debts, it's not the end of the world. Seriously. You are in control of your finances, as long as you take steps to fix them.

So, if you want Tate & Kirlin to stop calling, tell them that they have the wrong number, and come up with a name like, Jane Smithe, and make sure you emphasis the added "E" at the end.

do not call lists are for telemarketing only. being on a dnc list doesnt help with the bills that you owe. i have payed my bills through this office. i checked the bbb website and seen that this office has received a satisfactory rating, which in my opinion is excellant for this type of business. keep in mind if you owe a bill the credit that you receive may be financed by a different co. than the one you opened the account with. best option answer the phone when you recieve a call and ask questions.

My first day they gave me a booklet of things to say and a fake name. They told me "No matter what we are protected by *insert random law firm here*"

My husband received a letter from this company stating he owed $7,500 on a credit card he knew nothing about. The customer service represenative, Lisa Brown, was very rude and wanted my husband to mail the full $7,500. He told her that was not possible but could make payments once they proved he owed the supposed debt. She told him to "call back when he was ready to be serious about paying the debt". We checked my husband's credit report immediately after and there's no such debt. I called a few days after and again requested proof. The following week we received documentation of another person's debt. I called back to let them know what they sent was not my husband's information. They basically accused me of lying and asked me to fax over what they sent. Now they won't return our phone calls and we've not seen any other letters. DO NOT send them money until they can send you proof!

They call me sometimes several times a day, sometimes right after the last call and let it ring. Usually hang up when I answer. One young girl was calling me names and yelling at me, asking if my mommy pays my bills because I (lied)told her I didn't have a job, and that I was 31. She went on saying that I should be embarrassed that I was almost 40 and not paying my bills. Her boss took the phone and he wasn't any better. Hung up and said he'd let me get back to watching TV. They have even called my grandfather, and continue to bother my parents even, whom they just did a last name search and call everyone that shows up on that list. These are the bottom feeders of collections, people. Don't send them any money. All this over some little $300 maxed out crappy credit card (they say I owe $thousands now)that defaulted in college 7-8 years ago, beyond the point of being collectible or affecting credit, as far as I know. What they are doing is illegal. They sometimes call from different out of state cell phones or numbers with some name you won't recognize. Either don't answer the phone, or pick it up and just have fun messing with them. Eventually they will see it isn't profitable for them. Another number they use is 267-672-5071.

They've been harassing my Mother for about 2 months now. The thing is, they can't leave a message because that would count as a customer contact, so you will have to answer the phone, tell them that you want an address or fax number so you can send them a letter requesting that they stop calling.
They are not practicing legal collections procedures and if enough people start fighting back, they will be forced to stop or a law suit will ensue.
Even if you ARE a deadbeat, they can't harass you.

PURE EVIL Bill Collectors. They were calling about a phone bill which was paid over 2 yrs. ago and proof was sent to the prior 3 collection companies. They call at all hours despite having proof of payment and even threatened to notify family members that have listed phone #'s of our "failure" to pay our "debt". A sham and fraud company. BE AWARE.

It's this same number every time they call. There's nothing on my credit report from these people just like others have said. Well got a great dael in the mail yesterday from these assholes who said they would settle for 50% of 6462.06 debt. I called them and never have I had the worst customer service ever! I even called back again today to speake to a manager and was as bad as the rest of them. Anyway this is a fraud company so dont fall for it. Received a letter from Tate and Kirlin (Phil.) What a great deal they offered me. If I paid 40% of the $2600.00 I owed to Who Knows Who, they would be nice enough to fogive the remaining 60% of the debt. I wonder how many people actually send them $$$

They've called here now several times, using "Ed Barlow" & "Tate & Kirlin". They left a message, but asked for "C" (my husbands 1st initial) and then MY MAIDEN name!
I don't care what they're calling for... until I'm summoned to court, I'm not giving in to them! Oh, we're on the DNC list also.

I received a call from Tate & Kirlin on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006 and again the next day. It showed on the caller ID as Tate & Kirlin. I called the # back and was given Ed Barlow's voicemail, so I left a message. I then went online to see who Tawe & Kirlin are, and I see they are a collections agency! I am all worried now that some collections agency is after me! And why I don't know?

They are a collection agency and consistantly call despite being told to not call this number. They are attempting to collect on a debt that was settled 12 years ago.

I received a collection notice from Tate & Kirlin Associates. The date of the letter wa 11/15/2006. It stated that I owed $2,089.99 but if I paid by 12/6/2006, I would only owe half. The letter was made out to my name and my husband's name. I called the number on the letter 877-982-0001 to inquire about this debt. The account was opened in August 1991 and the last payment was received in August 1998. My husband and I were not even married in 1991 and I did not have any credit accounts at all. I was just starting college! I informed Tate & Kirlin to order the original documents because I had no knowledge of this account. If I did this, I would no longer be able to pay half of the debt-I would have to pay it all. I do not recognize the company that the debt supposedly originated from and they no longer exist. Something told me to research Tate & Kirlin-glad I did. I think this is a bunch of crap! I pay my bills-just bought a new house, new car and 2 brand new ATV's-couldn't have done that with bad credit!

These people called me at 9:30 p.m. last night. There was a female voice who said I'm Pam and I have an important message for you. Please call me at --- and left an 800 number. I don't know why these people are calling me and have told them to leave me alone

I get calls from them (Tate and Kirlin) and what I assume is them (unknown on Caller ID). They call and when I answer all there is is silence. I get an occasional voicemail for an 877 call back. Just so it is said, I have great credit scores on a 3 bureaus and have no late/delinquent payments or bankruptcies. This is ridiculous.....

Total BS... They call and hang up. You call back and they pass you off three or four times before anyone will attempt to say why they called in the first place. Then it's "oh, we must have a wrong number..."

After MANY calls, sometimes 3 to 4 per day, I called THEM today asking for the name at the extension that had been left on my vm. I decided to be VERY RUDE to them, saying immediately I did not appreciate my time being wasted for calls to someone who did not live at my address. Tate &Kirlin said they would remove my number from their list. We'll see.

Got 2 calls from them in 2 nights in a row. Afer 3 rings I picked it up said hello they hang up. Called 2674070100 back told the person to stop calling and hanging up he said we did not answer the phone in a reasonable amout of time. When we told him to stop calling and hanging up he got an attitude.

Got my first call from them today, did not leave message. Looked them up and they appear to be a collection agency. Then I found this site. My ex took bankruptcy on his own debts, but credit companies somehow have my phone # on his report. Wonder if thats the issue. They can call all they want. I have an answering machine. Or for a suggestion, next time they ask for someone, tell them to hold, lay the phone down and walk away.

Got a call from them. Gave them my number and apparently they got the wrong number to call reguarding collections ( I'm assuming? LOL!! ). ZKA put their Pa. number up; Call them at that number to stop the calls.

I have received yet another call from 267-407-0100. These bozos have called from other numbers, and are increasing abusive. I have asked them to leave me alone, however, they are more and more abusive.

A recording asks me to verify who I am by the key pad and I am never the person they ask for. I called the number back and got a recording asking for an extension then I was cut off.

Caller ID displayed Tate & Kirlin, but recorded message that played (telling us to call such-and-such 877 number) did not mention Tate & Kirlin.

Rude person who asked for someone that does not live here. When asked how she got this number she wanted to know why I was asking her these question was the person availabe or not!! I just hung up!

We got 2 calls from this phone number today, claiming to be the office of Jacob Randell. It showed up as Tate and Kirlin. Do not know what this concerns, but after finding this site, we won't be calling them back.

I'm on DNC list. This # seems to rotate with the 702-835-0142. They hang when I answer the phone or never leave a message when it rolls to voice mail. And no, I never have had any outstanding debts or bankruptcy. This call came in on a Sunday @ 4:46 p.m. What's with these people anyway??????

I keep getting calls from this company with both numbers show on my caller id 267-407-0100 & 702-835-0142. When they call they just hang up after trying to verify who I am. I don't have any outstanding bills so I'm not sure why they are calling. I'm on the DNC list till 2009 and will report as a violation. I found the company info in PA, it's Tate & Kirlin Associates, 2800 Southampton Rd, Phil. PA 19154-1207, 215-464-4500 Hope this helps :)

The caller asked for a person I've never heard of, and I asked who was calling. They repeated that they wanted to speak to the unknown person again, and I again asked who was calling. At this point they hung up.

I added them to my phone system's black list and reported the call to the donotcall.gov site.

Call was from an Ed Barlow. Could hear lot of voices in background so it obviously is a telemarketing or collection agency

Sounds like the name is Peete & Crinlim, but I can't be sure.

In place of company name on caller ID they put in a different phone number. 702-835-0142

They are a bottom feeder debt collector who uses illegal tactics and tries to collect on bankrupted debt which is also illegal.
