They keep calling; I don't answer.

I have repeatedly reported this scam since signing on the DNC list I got another on caller ID today. This shows me that most likely the government isn't interested in pursuing anything that doesn't net them a windfall of fines or scores political points for *someone*... the objective of protecting the consumer is just rhetoric; propaganda to reinforce the illusion that our concerns even show up on their radar. I intend to find something that emits an ear-damaging screech over the phone to deal with the human I get when "Rachel" robocalls. For the first ten or so times I got called I requested to them that my number be removed. Eventually I couldn't get the request out before I was hung up on. This is harassment and law enforcement has shown that it intends to do absolutely nothing about it so it is time for regular folks to start fighting back.

More credit card scams from "Rachel". HOW do they get away with this??

I missed the call, so I didn't get to hear the beginning of the message with some identification. I tried calling the number, but got a recording that this number was unavailable.

Yet another pre-recorded "Rachel" call. All I can say is there must be some idiots out there that are falling for these scams, otherwise they wouldn't bother calling people at all.

Andy, your phone number isn't some state secret. Any hack with an autodialer can blast calls to an entire county within minutes. Access to the DNC registry comes at an annual fee per area code, which a criminal is unlikely to bother paying.

Contrary to your emotional outburst, your DNC complaints add to a pool of evidence for law enforcement. A mass of complaints has helped the FTC choke off several credit reprice scammers in the past two years. If you hope for more prompt human assistance, file complaints with the FTC and attorneys general. Individual action through a TCPA lawsuit would be a strong suggestion, if anyone manages to corner one of these scammers long enough.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Oh goody, this time it was Rachel offering me a lower interest rate on my credit card, but only if I arranged it NOW. I pressed 1 to get a person and then blew the whistle I keep near the phone, hoping the person answering is now having a hard time clearing her head.

Charge them 2,500 per call and turn them into the justice dept.

This is the second call this week from this number. We don't answer calls when the ID is not someone we know-- figure if it's important, they'll leave a message. This was a message to lower our credit card interest rate (sorry Charlie, we don't carry a credit card balance so we don't pay any interest to begin with).

Multiple calls to lower credit card interest. Reported this # mutliple times with donotcall.gov. First of all, I dont think DONOTCALL is doing squat to stop these calls. Secondly, by registering you are putting your # out there for more spammers - survey, opinions, charity organization. Finally, these guys gotten smarter by calling from a # and displaying a different #. Try calling this # back, it is a non-existing #. Not sure how to stop these sleeze balls who has no life.

I just filed a complaint against this number on the donotcall.gov website. I encourage you all to do the same so that we can bombard them with the info and get these guys to stop calling.

The usual illegal robocall from "Rachel". In case anyone is wondering,
"push 3 to stop these calls" doesn't help. They'll keep calling. :-(

Same as others stated. So what what would happen if a bunch went there and kicked the shit out of them?

Here is the phone number for these scam artists: 888-878-1014. If you politely ask to speak to Rachel because you have additional information for her, you can get to these folks and let them have it!

I want to acquire a device similar to an old fashioned modem that produces an ear drum busting screech since these criminals insist on calling me after many years of requests not to be called as well as repeated complaints filed with the federal placebo button known as "Do Not Call". These criminals deserve no less than permanent physical injury for the more than one decade of harassment they've been pursuing with complete impunity in my case.

This is a scam to get your personal information. They are trying to take advantage of people who are undergoing financial problems due to the economy. They can not lower your intrest rate.

Do not, under any circumstances, give them any personal information.

so tired of these calls...rude and annoying. I have clicked their "number3" to talk to a human and been treated very rudely. receive several of these calls a week.

5/30/12 Receive calls several times a week for same purpose. They call under various phone numbers so impossible to block. Scam artists stating they can lower my interest rate.

Constant calls in spite of Do Not Call Request. When demanded to talk to supervisor / mgr the person yelled back at me and hung up. But calls keep coming. Harassment. Hope they are shut down soon.

2 calls within 5 minutes and have others in the past. Can't dial into that number.

This time the ID showed "Lower Interest." I didn't answer, but knew that it was another of the Rachel scammers. Didn't work. Report this and other number to the FTC Do Not Call violations. Given enough time, they too will act.

"RACHEL" ALSO USES 727-674-9990, 971-217-9513,503-457-1085 & 253-382-9909. IF WE EVER FIND THESE FOLKS MY AMMUNITION COST WILL GO UP. WE ARE TIRED OF THEIR HARASSMENT. MAYBE A LITTLE C4.

RACHEL FROM CARDHOLDER SERVICES CALLING AGAIN USING A NEW NUMBER, ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR DNC LIST

This was a recorded message with a female voice identifying herself as Rachel with Card Holder Services. This call was received on my home number which is registered with the Nation Do Not Call list. This is absolutely a solicitation.

Rachel of Card Services, I pressed l to talk to rep and ripped their ass about calling same people over and over and over again. I told them google themselves to see what the American public is saying about their nuisance calls. Said they better find another job soon cause FCC is closing in on them and will put All OF THEM IN JAIL for all the laws they've broken.

Robodialer, Rachel, asked to be removed and reminded them you've told them they are violating the DNC law only to have a deafening roar in their background dorwn everything out. DNC complaint filed again!
