How do I stop them from calling?

Called today, I do not answer any bogus calls. This region is famous for con-artists working out of California(computer tricks).

One more clue: Near the top of this web page it shows this number as being "Assigned Tacoma, Washington (Qwest Corporation)". When I contacted Quest (now CenturyLink), they said that this number does not belong to one of their customers. I wonder which company one should contact to recommend that they cancel the phone service on this number.
This rediculous I am caller list too! they call atleat twice a week and on my cell too! This needs to stop!

We are on the "Do not call" list. Automated call from "Credit Card Services". "There is no problem with your credit card account at this time." How do they know??? Press one to talk with a rep; press two to discontinue (which I did on their call before the previous time they called.) Either a scam, fraud, or very agressive, inconsiderate company. I recommend all phone companies revoke all of their numbers (which are listed when one clicks on "SERVICE DEPT" above.

Modify mortgage scam; stated they had to modify our mortgage due to legislative requirements (new laws). Ha, we don't have a mortgage. Pressed "5" to talk to a representative, and of course, they were "too busy" helping other homeowners but asked that you leave your name and number and if you were behind in your payments to be sure you left that info too.

We are so frustrated with all these stupid calls! Even with caller ID, it is bothersome. Something needs to be done about this.

pushed 3 to talk to a human waited then asked the female at the other end why is she calling my business. she was told to only call residences she said. tried to tell her to put the number she dialed click she hung up.

call at 8 pm and no answer. sounded like computer call. when i called back, turns out it is a marketing outfit out of the seattle area. they offer an option to opt out, but no method of doing so.

After reaming the call taker a new one he told me to call back the # listed on the CID and you can opt out of the auto dialer list. So far so good, they were calling every two weeks, but no calls since.
Scam. NOT a real or legitimate company. DO NOT CALL BACK AND DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS. It only validates that your number is real. All they want is your personal information and credit card/bank account. Criminals. Just report and warn others.
