no message just number on phone multiple times

Is today, "call people up randomly day" cause I just got a call from this number, doesn't leave a message and I don't recognize the number, so I don't pick up. I must have gotten three other calls today with similar numbers and some that look like IP addresses and none of them leave a message. I know they are robo dialed calls and they know they called a cellphone so I will never answer the phone when they call. Why do they waste everyone's time by calling people they know will never make them any money?

Cardholder Services to lower my rates
Did not answer it because it was a strange number ON MY CELL PHONE!! They did not leave a voice mail. Thank you to the prior posts. Now I know never to answer that number.
Wants to lower my credit card rates. News flash? I don't have any credit cards. None. Whatsoever!
Call my cell and home #. " Time is running out to get a lower rate on your credit card" I don't have a credit card with anyone except my local credit union.
this call came through on my cell phone. No one has the right to call me on my cell phone where I pay for my minutes. Something to do with credit card rates I think.
called left no msg. caller id says Kent Wa. Thankful that I have google voice so I just add the number to the blocked list and all they will get to hear on their call back is: "The number you have dialed is not in service and there is no new number."
I kept Debbie on the phone about 5 minutes trying to find my credit cards. I am so tired of these horrible people and their robo dialing honest citizens to scam American Banks and cause problems. I have contacted Kenny Marchant's office and complained along with the FCC, State Atty. Office, etc. What can we do?????????????

Scam, to lower intrest rates, but want a card in good standing with 3000 limit or more and ask for credit or debit card then hang up if you ask to be remocved, ask for their name or, say you have no cards.
