Who Called Us

Call came in on my cell phone. I didn't pick up as I didn't recognize the number.

My iphone shows that the call came from Alabama. Didn't leave a message and I don't plan on calling back.

They call our home and my cell phone every day or every other day. The first time they called my cell was the very next day after I had gotten it! Next time they call my cell, I'm going to answer it... and they're going to be sorry.

I receive calls everyday from this same number and today I decided to answer and was informed it was a offer for an extended warranty and they ask for make and model of car and when I gave them my name and asked for their company name, they rudely hung up. I hope they can't use my name to find out information on me and my family. These people needs to be stopped. Checked number and listed for a Marguerite Kittrel 251-947-8966. Poor LADY!!!!!!!!

Fraud! Something should be done about the company doing this!

FUCK them!! they have called me for a damn yr bout the same damn message. they wont give me their address, or anything, can anyone help me screw this company. or get them to atleast stop calling me

These stupid warranty people keep calling I get these calls at least 2 times a month. Any suggestion on how to block this spam call? I just changed my number 6 months ago!!

This is the 4th call I've received from them in the past few weeks. They tell me that my vehicle is out of warranty. When I ask WHICH vehicle, they want me to give them the make, model and year of every vehile that I own. I then ask them again WHICH vehicle they called about. They repeat their question and I repeat MY question. Then they get frustrated and hang up on me.

The callback number traces to Marguerite Kittrell in Foley, AL 36567 - which means they're using a caller ID anonymzer program.

Don't forget to report them to the authorities.

Not only with this number but they use many other phone numbers. And to top it off I don't have any warranties on my car. Its a BOILER ROOM SCAM. They want to sell you a bogus warranty on your old car. GYPSY'S FLY BY NIGHT

Called my cell I didn't pick up because I didn't know the number. I thought it was illegal to call cellphones. And it isn't like I have a vehicle that has a warranty expiring so whoever it is hasn't done business with me.

This freaking company calls me every other day. What can I do?? I will not call the number.

These calls are very annoying they called my personal cell then about an hr later my work cell!!! They use to always call my home number but good thing we changed it.

Received a recorded message from this number about 2nd notice car warranty, I get these calls from different numbers and usually hang up. This is my cell phone, and due to family matters, I need to keep the line open, which makes these calls annoying. This time I selected to talk to person, to give them a piece of my mind, and I never got past the first sentence before I was hung up on. It sounded like a call center in the backround. Tried to call it, the number has been busy for hours, so it's still good and probably can be traced by the phone company. Usually, when calling back, I get a number not in service message. Guess I made my point. Own my own car, and is 20 years old, so this warranty thing is bogus.

What kinds of lowlives do this kind of crap? They called me during an important meeting. They need to get off their lazy sleezy buts and get real jobs instead of trying to scam people...

This is a consumer fraud scam which needs to be stopped.

These freaks called me twice now on the same day, 1 hr apart. They also called a good friend of mine today. Since we're concerned about my brothers whereabouts, we both thought that it might be him stuck somewhere. I mean, what are the chances that 2 different people, in different areas of Denver, both get phone calls from the same # around the same time? Thanks Nikki for your input on the company... I'll definitely be on the phone tomorrow with my state's consumer fraud dept.

This call was about a vehicle warranty well i havent driven or owned a car in 3 years because i've been in a wheelchair. Do you think it would be ok if I ran them over with my wheelchair?

the number 251-947-8966 called my personal cell phone AND my unrelated work cell within 2 hours of each other. bogus recordings... can't get it to stop.

This company will not stop calling. I've sat through their message and pressed the buttons when prompted to "opt out" (btw, I never "opted in" in the first place). But they continue to call. I don't know how they got my unlisted number but there will be hell to pay if I find out. This is obviously a scam. I hope that something can be done before they actually get someone to give them $$.

Stupid douchebag automated message, about making billions a year in some technology field.
So I played ball and pressed 1 to speak to a representative, like the message said. I got a human in about 10 seconds, then started really playing it up: "OH MY GOD! YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?" He didn't even finished his introductory message, some stock line "How can I help you with this amazing opportunity?" LOL. I was already going off "OH MY GOD! FUCK YEAH! MAKE ME THIS MONEY! I'M A SHOOT IN MY PANTS! YOU BETTER GET TO THE DETAILS RIGHT NOW! FUCK YEAH! YYEEEAAAAHH!" He hung up. Then I was feeling crazy so I kept dialing back to keep giving him shit in his ear. They kept picking up and hanging up in a second flat, knowing it was me. I was playing around having fun but was on the verge of telling this guy I was ready to kill him (this was probably the 10th time I got this number calling me in the past week).

I keep getting these calls and I don't have either of the cars under my name. I've had this number for the past 4 years, so my number hasn't been recently disconnected. Apparently do not call lists don't really exist.

This company calls at least once a week and it is very annoying!!! It doesn't matter what time of day or where we are. They first started calling our LAN Line then they are calling all 5 of our cell phones. It is using up my air time and I don't even have a vehicle warranty and don't want one but if I did I would go through my credit union. I wish someone would do something to put a stop to these annoying and definately unwanted calls!!!!.

I've gotten a string of missed calls from random unknown numbers on my cell phone for the past few months. Since cell phone caller ID does not show the name of the company or person calling, I had no idea who they were or where they were calling from until now. They never leave a message, and I haven't called any of them back. From what I've read on this site, the majority of them are from an auto warranty scam. These are the numbers that have called me: 251-947-8966, 330-452-6280, 702-224-2595, 302-875-8634, 817-444-5194, 212-831-2863, 802-525-4519. These numbers are all fraudulent. I would like to find the person who put me on this phone list and punch him in the mouth.

I just called the number "888-282-3524" and demanded to speak with a supervisor. I asked for the company name he represented and he told me Premier Auto Warranty. I said that wasn't correct and said to him "That is funny, I have your business name as "Royal Administration" He continued to give me the run around until I explained that I did a little investigation using Google and found their company information. I told him that if I received one more call on my cell number or home number that I would be turning it over to my attorney for legal action. I gave him my number without divulging any additional personal information. He assured me I wouldn't be getting another call.

They always leave a message that this is the final call before they "close the file". I wish they would! They always call my cell phone. I don't know where they got my number. I just bought a car in August so the warranty is not about to run out. I also never gave anyone at the dealership my cell phone number. I paid cash for the car, so they didn't get any info from any car loan information. Just junk.

I have had quite enough of this Vehicle Warranty stuff. They call everyday and use up my minutes. Is there anything I can do legally to make this idiots stop!

This company- or fool who keeps calling is harrasing me now, they called about 11:35pm today and again in about 2 hrs later- i am tired of getting these calls....I wish they would get a life, good thing i have unlimited minutes on my cell phone...

The poor lady from Alabama is not the person making the calls... What these people are doing is spoofing caller id records to make it look like they're calling from her number. They buy lists of recently disconnected numbers and use those to spoof... I know, because they got my cell phone number on one of their lists, and I got angry calls at all hours of the day and night, complaining about these car warranty scams. Trust me, I hate these people as much as you guys do.

They claim to have a complete bumper to bumper warranty, the guy told me it would cover everything, including my clutch (I drive a stick shift). They pressure you to buy *right now* otherwise you'll miss these great prices... unfortunately my car is still under the manufacturer's warranty (5 years, my car is only 2 years old..) and they tried telling me they already had a file on me from the dealership (except they kept saying that i bought my car in Texas, and I actually purchased my car in NJ....)

Called on second notice for warranty. I own my car and it's 20 years old. I keep getting these calls on my cell. If I find out the person or organization that's behind this, I'm publishing their numbers so they can get calls all the time and\or get legal action taken against them. A lawsuit sounds about right for these jerks.

Vehicle Warranty Service - Same recording used by hundreds of other calls. That guy should be taken to court for agreeing to record that stale message and bothering all of America with his obnoxious voice.

I saw an out of town area code and looked it up here. Another useless call.

I followed the prompts to see what happens. I said "yes" that I was interested. I ended up getting someone on the phone and I tried to get more info such as company name, location, etc. "Just to be sure before I hand them money", wink! They got real paranoid and defensive. Eventually another guy got on the phone and got real nasty. They ended up hanging up on me without giving me any info. They claimed they were in California and received my number from my dealer. Funny, since they could not tell me what type of car I drive!
